This is my go to location for Staples for when I need things quicker than Amazon. Ordering online is easy and the website is good to filter any products that are available for in-store pickup. They do have a good selection of the standard products available for in-store pickup and most of the other stuff is online only.Stopping by and picking up my order was easy. They have a online order pickup sign but I have never seen that open; I generally have to get in the main checkout line to pickup my order.The store is well laid out and stuff is easy to find. Staff is helpful too.

We just returned from Office Depot to purchase computer printer paper and a computer ink cartridge. We had difficulty locating the cartridge. Daniel, an energetic young man not only checked the shelving and climbed the ladder to look at the stock, but ended up helping us to order the correct ink cartridge. In addition, another young man in the copying/ laminating area helped us to laminate some cards. His asked first, How are you today? He seemed genuinely interested. The friendly service makes this store a wonderful place to go, get supplies, and get assistance. Good job!

Very good service getting some office chairs. Kareem was very helpful and friendly. I was surprised by level of good service for Staples. Kareem really seemed to care. Staples should make him a manager.

Very poor customer service.I hope this helps the management to address this issue but I wasn’t approached by anyone nor did anyone help me find the item I was looking for after I asked.

They have a great selection of binders here. I always get Staples brand binders because theyre incredibly durable and reliable. The staffs also really nice. However, the pencil/pen selection is a little small(at least, for a pen fanatic like me). If youre into that then Id recommend Office Depot. Otherwise, great place for stationary fans!

This store is our favorite office supply store in the area. Some of their prices are high, but if you price match, then they always become the lowest price. They seem to always be in stock of everything I need, and the customer service is amazing. All of the employees are very helpful and kind. The store is also always clean and well organized. Sadly, this is Rockvilles last Staples store, as years ago there were two more just down the road.

The staff were very friendly and helpful! One of the people on the floor approached when he saw I had a worried look on my face and showed me to the area I was looking for.

Perhaps it was just a matter of good timing, as maybe there was additional staff there stocking, that were incredibly attentive, and knowledgeable, but we were impressed by the customer service. Lots of stuff, and staff to help find it. Good job!

Really awesome staff, especially Carlos and Tiffany in the Copy and Print Center! They made sure I was taken care of and happy when something I ordered didnt come in the expected time frame. The plan B we came up with worked out really well. They are the best!

Good selection of office supplies. Friendly & knowledgeable associates (most). Printing & copying has room for improvement (line at kiosk, technical difficulties etc.). Computer section has only a small selection on display. Tablets on display are only partially functional. In addition, if you dont compare online (even on Staples own site) you would be paying much more on items above $50.

The last of the office supply stores, there used to be 4 on the pike this one seemed to make it on gusto and location. Good selection nothing out of the ordinary here. The checkout lanes are a bit strange but maybe its a new method?

Excellent- I love the print by email feature at Staples and the clerk helped me to get my documents printed the fastest through print by email instead of using Google Drive. I got my print outs off my phone into paper in 5 minutes flat.

Omar and Krys in the copy & print shop are great!! Phenomenal customer service. Omar remembered me days later and helped with my printing needs while Krys simultaneously helped me find transfer paper for my baby shower onesie station. AMAZING!

The staff here is great. I was frustrated with always having a hassle printing at the FedEx down the street (machines not working, slow staff), came here to print and will be in the future too. Stephanie in the copy/print dept was awesome. I had a large scale project in a rush and she was fast and knew her stuff. While she handled that I used the other machines to print out the simple stuff I didnt need help on. It was a very pleasant experience.

Keith easy tech supervisor is the rudest person Ive ever seen in staples. This place is not recommended to anyone due to their lack of customer services and staff behavior (keith). Definitely following up with headquarter office.

Even though it was extremely busy, back to school day soon, employees were mindful enough to notice I needed guidance. The long line went fast, I was surprised. The whole store seemed to be attuned to parents & kids needs and neglected no one.

If I could give 0 star, I would do it. Total rip off. We went there to buy back to school supply. After paying $220.00 only received one bag of items and they kept the rest for themselves to sell again to others. When my husband challenged the cashier, and asked, how everything is only in one bag, he confirmed and said yes. Then when we were leaving the cashier asked if we need a big bag for backpack since it was rainy, so we got another bag, just for that and he put also a folder inside that. When we got home and checked the items, find out only 40% of our purchase were in the bag. We called next morning, and explained the situation and they said, there is a bag there. My husband went there, but that wasnt our bag. We asked them for the rest of the items, and asked them to check their security camera recording. The guy went to their office and checked it and came back and said that we have received 3 bags. Since I was sure I only received 2 bags, I asked the manger to show me the footage but he said no so I challenged him again to check the footage again. He went back and checked again and this time he said, yes there was 2 bags, but the cashier had put the 3rd bag inside of the big bag which had backpack in it. This wasnt even possible because, when I received my only bag and wanted to leave , the cashier offers a bag for the backpack because of the rain, so there was no way for him to put another bag in it, since we were already leaving. Also the backpack is not missing so any bag inside the same backpacks bag also cant be missing. I challenged the guy/manager to only take a picture of the footage at the moment that shows 3 bags with his cell phone and show it to me, but he said no, he wont do that. We paid $220.00 and got only $100.00 worth of goods. They should be ashamed of themselves that take money form people like us, and not giving them what they already have paid for it.

Dont expect to be in and out quickly if youre on the go. Ive never been to the copy & print shop here where it wasnt a 20-minute process, regardless of what I need done. The fact that there isnt a FedEx Office or Office Depot close by makes this location obnoxiously busy on the evenings and weekends.

Dont waste your time..everything is out of stock. Associates are not knowledgeable..and management is even worse. We were treated with DISRESPECT just for attempting to make a purchase. The staff didnt even attempt to check stock or close a sale. They simply told us that the item we wanted was stolen and they have not had new stock in for a very long time. We asked if they do inventory and they said, No. This location, similar to Best Buy on 355, needs to close or needs a serious change of management..

My wife and I both enrolled for TSA pre-check. The application process was a quick and painless.The store was also nice. They had some good clearance items.

Katie (Ketty as I see on her name tag) is so incredibly rude. Completely lacks custom service skills. Creates such a hostile environment. Many customers were unhappy with their service in the print department. I don’t recommend this location at all.

The staff tries their best. Usually shelves are stocked. My only criticism is that the clearance prices are typically misleading and rarely are bargain prices.

The techs do not know their products very well. I purchased the HP 05X toner cartridge at the recommendation of the tech specialist in-lieu of the 05A toner cartridge because he said it had more ink and was compatible with all products that accept that 05A cartridge. It fact it was not compatible with my printer and this all happened while in the middle of an important print run for our company and held up several employees from completing their work.

I purchased 7 posters from staples on rockville pike and all of my coworkers and clients loved the quality of their work! The workers were very flexible and adaptable to what i needed for the poster. I want to thank yasir, Katie and Stephanie for their work

Bad customer service! In particularly their assistant shop manager, a rude man named Michael Torrance. I made an order and received the ready-to-pick-up email in the morning and then went to the shop during late afternoon before they closed. They found that actually they made a mistake because parts of the order were actually out of stock. Rather than fulfilled part of available once, they then canceled the whole order in frontal of me with their shop iPad; and the rude Michael told me the order cannot be fulfilled and asked me to leave.He refused to answer my questions and asked me to call their website customer service number for any order issue. He even threated me to call security if I didnt leave the shop. to Very rude and unrespectful! In addition, he refused to provide his employer ID or last name, although the shop has business cards that you can find his name on it.Never visit this shop anymore!

This Staples location has plenty of parking, appears clean and well-kept, and is never busy. The employees are rude, not willing to help, and uninformed. I visit this location because its near my home and they are the only store nearby that carries ink for my printer. While I dont expect much from the staff, they shouldnt go out of their way to make it seem like Im bothering them by entering the store and making a purchase.
