Very satisfied with the look of the floors, and the quality of the installation. I chose this installer because it seemed they place a high value on attention to detail and quality for installations, after having just been through a pretty sloppy kitchen remodel by another company. So Renaissance lived up to my expectations and I would recommend them. Latif was the flooring expert, and he has offered to come back anytime to address any problems that come up.

Weve had carpet installed twice by Renaissance and both experiences were wonderful. They have an extensive selection of carpets and everyone weve worked with there has been knowledgeable about which options would be right for us. Weve never been pressured to spend more than we wanted to, and have gotten a great value from their services. The first installation was for carpeting in part of our basement (pre-COVID). After a few months and one rambunctious kitten, we had some loose threads along the seam and called to have this repaired...well, then COVID hit and we cancelled the appointment and kind of forgot about the whole thing. Fast forward to about a month ago when we wanted to install carpet in our sunroom. I mentioned that we would also (finally!) like that seam repaired, and they ended up doing this free of charge without even a second thought about it! I was pleasantly surprised by this, and even more surprised to find that the repair is so seamless that I would never even know there was an issue at all. Very high quality work! We love the new carpet in our sunroom as well - both installations have gone smoothly, communication is great, and follow-up is also thorough. We will continue to use Renaissance for our needs and recommend them highly!

We are redoing our family room and wanted carpeting for it and found Renaissance after looking at their good reviews on Google and Yelp. We went to the showroom and met Latif, told him what we needed, and he pointed us in the right direction for what we are looking for. From start to finish, Renaissance Floor was absolutely fantastic! From the very first phone call to get an estimate, Amir was extremely helpful and detailed. His crew (Jose & Juan) ripped out our entire main floor, which included the entrance, study, living/dining rooms, powder room, closets, kitchen and sunroom, all of varying materials (hardwood, ceramic tile and carpet). We also had our old carpeted staircase redone with new wood flooring. They did an extraordinarily incredible job of reducing squeaks...even going to the extent of opening up the plywood subfloors to investigate the cause of the squeaks.We were very impressed with the professionalism of the installation crew. For the entire week they were at our home, they arrived just before 8 am and left around 5 pm. Jose and Juan were polite, clean (and very safety conscientious around our two small children) and didnt play any music whatsoever (unlike our kitchen contractors who played very loud rock music). Amir also visited and checked on how things were going on the first day and made a special trip for the staircase flooring installation. After all the floors were done, the crew spent about 1/2 hour vacuuming the mess and dust...it was so clean afterwards!Our in-store experience was wonderful as well. Amir and another store associate made us all (including our kids) feel very welcome and patiently showed us samples and taught us a lot about the different types and styles of each sample. Wonderful experience, from start to finish. Latif was incredibly friendly and helpful when we stopped in the showroom, and we walked out with our floors ordered same-day. The only snag we hit was regarding scheduling the install, but it got worked out fairly easily and were then installed within the week. I couldnt even get these guys to come look at my project to give me an estimate. They wanted me to do the measurements, tell them the width and thickness of the hardwood, and even the finish color before they would even talk about coming to look at my project. How should I know? After a bit of shopping around, we ended up working with Renaissance to do LVT in our basement. They were a complete pleasure to work with. Totally reliable, reasonable in their pricing, and absolutely dedicated to doing a great job. The installation actually required more prep work on the cement floor than they included in their original estimate, but - because they wanted to assure a great result, they did the extra work without any additional cost to us and honored their original estimate. I called Renaissance 4 or 5 years after I bought carpets for 5 bedrooms that needed to be re-stretched. Not only did they (Amir!) remember me, but they were home 2 days later stretching the carpets for free, then following up in the afternoon with a phone call asking if I was satisfied! Incredible service.

Bassir measured and brought samples, ordered my carpet, and had it installed in less than two weeks. The installers were expert level and the installed carpet reflects that. The carpet looks amazing and totally changes the look of the rooms. I will return to Renaissance Floor Center next time I need flooring and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for first-rate product and service.

We paid over $3500 for a basement laminate floor which separated and buckled within a year and despite seeing it, they did not believe it was their product or installation. There are plenty other options out there to use.Don’t go there

We contacted Renaissance again for additional work. This time to extend the hardwood flooring into the family room and to have carpet installed in certain areas as well.Just as before, Amir was very helpful, patient and courteous. Despite having to postpone installation a couple of times, when we finally gave him the go-ahead, he promised a start and end date, and stood by that. I had obtained quotes from two home improvement companies, and was about to go ahead with one of them for laminated floor installation. One day I went for a routine maintenance on my car, I walked in to Renaissance Floor and Carpet which was in the same neighborhood. The quote I received from Latif for hardwood flooring was comparable to the quotes I had received for laminated flooring from the others! Great selection in store and great customer service. Was slightly more expensive than other options but the selection andservice made buying very easy and was worth it. Latif helped us find several good options at different price points for carpet tomatch the existing stairs. He also let our 8 month-old play on the carpet samples and gave her a cute stuffed dog!

Renaissance Carpet recently installed carpet in our lower level. Latif came to our house and worked with us on an estimate. He was very timely and brought a number of options for us to consider. Although there was a manufacturer’s defect in the original carpet that was installed, Renaissance Carpet worked to get us a complete replacement – which looks fabulous. Latif came out personally to assist us with the new installation and adjustments. The installation crew was incredibly professional. They worked fast, were very clean and careful of our belongings.

We just had Renaissance Floors install hardwood floors in all four bedrooms, stairs and the hallway in our house. They also installed laminate floor in the basement. As always their work is excellent. They are hardworking and meticulous in the work they do. They previously installed hardwood floors in the rest of our home and our sunroom and when we decided to do the rest of our house we did not hesitate to contact them. We did not even consider using anyone else. The owner Amir is wonderful to work with and came to our home on the first day and made sure everything proceeded as planned. He even did some additional work that was not part of the contract. The project was completed on time and we are very happy with the work. We highly recommend this company.

We have used this company twice. The team doing our installation did a very nice job and putting in our new floors and stairs. They stayed late when needed and took care of all the details we asked about (floor squeaks, molding etc.)

Our project expert was Latif who guided us through product selection, design, measurement and installation.After narrowing down possible selections in the showroom, Latif came to our house with several samples so we could evaluate colors and textures in our home environment. He carefully measured each space and created a detailed project drawing for estimation and installation purposes.Installation was completed in two phases: second floor and then the first floor. Each team that came to our house during the installation phase was professional, courteous, efficient and expert in every aspect. Each team arrived on time each day they were scheduled. The installers moved the furniture and replaced it when done. Removal of old flooring was quick and efficient. They swept clean the spaces before new flooring was installed.We feel we paid a fair price for exceptional products and service. Latif was always available if we had questions during the project.
