Its always an adventure going to the car dealership. However this last experience, For the most part was interesting. The service was excellent, things were done in a orderly fashion.And as a result Im back on the road. The service was great, the price not so much. Just one thought, why are the consumers taking the setbacks, and forking over revenue that doesnt exist, everything has skyrocketed. Im done, thanks Fitzgerald Buick.....

I love coming to this Nicholson location. I have been coming here since 2018 and they have kept my loyalty because of their amazing customer service. The manager, Tim, is wonderful and provides great service. He was able to schedule an appointment for that worked with my limited hours since I am a teacher. Over the years he has helped me with any issues on my Terrain. Mo did a great job ensuring I was kept in the loop regarding extra services my car needed other than the oil change I came in for. Tino did a great job working on my car! overall, I love this location and they deserve all the kudos!!

I’m very disappointed and totally regret coming to this Fitzgerald dealer to buy my car the car that was sold to me had so many mechanical issues. how is possible that you will sell a certified vehicle with all these mechanical issues. A week after buying this Yukon GMC, I lost the breaks with my whole family in the car I could not stop the car luckily nothing major happened l Took the car back to dealer so they can checked it. Days later they gave it back to me that all was good the next day the same episode the same issue. I was very stressed out and overwhelmed took another day off from work to take the car to a mechanic shop paid out my pockets just 3 weeks after buying it. the mechanic right away found what the problem was. It was the break vacuum pump was bad. $1300 out of pocket problem was solve i thought it was over but nooo couple month later the car broke down can’t even drive it. Call Fitzgerald dealer for help and they have been ignoring me and now I’m stuck with This car park on my driveway for two months not able to drive. Only 10 months since the day I bought it not even a year.Calling GMC calling everywhere hopefully something gets done in my case very disappointed

I came in for the 30,000 mile maintenance on my 2016 Buick Encore. Advisor Brian was friendly and professional throughout the process. After about an hour, the maintenance was done except for recommendations to replace air filters and battery (not at all surprising, since my battery did show signs a couple of times last winter). Everything was done, complete with a wash, within 90 minutes. You guys do excellent work, and Ill definitely be back!

Went to go check out a Honda S2000 - they failed to mention that the car cannot be used as a daily driver with all the performance upgrades. The car will not pass emissions in some states including MD. I expressed my concerns to the salesman (who was really nice/helpful the entire time) about how the car drives and the price and he said maybe the sales manager could work something out with me to reduce price or replace the aftermarket parts. I tried to negotiate with the Sales manager Corey but he immediately turned me away saying I wasnt the right buyer for the car and I could replace the parts back to stock on my own. He didnt want to hear anything I had to say in person.Two months later the car still hasnt sold and dropped $2000 in price. Be careful with this place and who you speak with there.

Brian was super professional and pleasant in the service department. All my questions were answered and he made sure I was fully aware of anything that was happening with my vehicle. This dealership wasn’t the closest to my home, but had an earlier opening for the service date I needed. I will be driving the extra miles to return to this dealership when needed.

The worst experience ever. The staff is unwilling to help, doesn’t let you finish sentence and tells you straight away that cannot help you.Second experience with they. Even when they repair transmission it broke after 2 weeks. When we tried to get refunded or the fix the transmission they said that it is not their problem.I strictly don’t recommend. If I could I would give minus 5 stars.

I spent a month (October) of frustration dealing with another GM dealer trying to get pricing information for a 2021 Yukon Denali. I am/was eligible for GM Employee pricing through a sibling. Ultimately after a month I was finally told by a sales manager that they were not doing Employee pricing on 21 Yukon’s due to availability. That’s fine but I should have been told on my very first contact with them. I was in a time crunch due to my then current vehicle’s lease expiration. I then contacted Fitzgerald GMC and was put in contact with Bob King, the sales manager. In less then a 5 minute conversation he agreed to take an order for the Yukon with Employee pricing. He was very pleasant and I subsequently emailed him with vehicle equipment preference and he quickly provided the pricing information I requested. He also put me in touch with Jason Watts, the salesperson who I would be dealing with. I ultimately ordered the vehicle and both were very responsive throughout the process and exhibited complete professionalism even when I was at times impatient awaiting the vehicle to be delivered. I finally took delivery in February and was very happy with the entire process. I will happily recommend Fitzgerald GMC to others.

I would like to start with saying that I was very impressed with how we were treated in the dealership and everyone was very welcoming to my husband and I. Jason Watts (Salesperson) was very patient with us and very helpful. He was not vague with us, answering all our questions as clearly as possible. Cody Lee (In Finance) was another person who helped us, also very helpful and outgoing to help us find the best deal. I brought my car in because I needed my oil filter adapter replaced and reset the TPMS. I scheduled to bring it in online, but when I got there they said it would take a week before they could even look at it. They were nice enough to provide a loaner car which helped, so no big deal. Unfortunately and the reason why I will not be using them again is that when I picked up my car the power steering was no longer working the same. Before I brought it in, smooth and easy. After, steering was tight and difficult. When I called, they said the repairs they did had nothing to do with power steering and that they would look at it if I brought it in, but would charge me. Is it possible it was a coincidence, sure. But Im not buying it and Im not spending money there again.

I drove from North Carolina to look at a 2017 Buick LaCrosse. I was extremely pleased with the pricing as they gave an honest and great price with no haggling necessary. It was definitely worth the drive. My salesperson Jason was honest, friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. He made sure to take the time to answer every question I had and if he doesn’t know the answer he will find you someone that does.The managers Cody Lee in finance, and Cory Pardue the used car manager, were both excellent to work with as well. They were not pushy at all, and were understanding about any concerns I had. They will definitely take the time needed to take care of you. Being out of state I was worried about the paperwork but they are very experienced with that so they made it worry free! I especially appreciated their transparency that they are a non commission based dealership which makes them give you their best price up front. It was nice not having to haggle for once!PS they have great coffee!

The last day I call in to see if it’s ready, they sold it without even telling me it was ready. Then, the manager had no excuse for his salesmen’s run-a-round bullcrap. Sales rep was courteous and efficient. We were hoping it would go a little quicker since we thought most of the preliminary work had been completed on time. We had to have our grandchildren with us and they got a little antsy as two hours approached. Considering staffing under present conditions, it went well. I let my wife leave after signatures to get the boys home, but Jason stayed with me and helped get onStar initialized and running for me. We were in for a oil change and tire rotation and it took a little longer than we thought but I did ask them to fix a tire that had a gradual leak. The tire had been plugged before and the receipt said they plugged it again. I spoke to one of the service reps and he told me they do not plug tires - they patched it. I had signed up for the special on their website, but when I checked in, it came up as the standard price. The Service Rep was helpful and she gave me the reduced rate that was advertised on their website. They washed the car and I was not aware that a car wash was part of the service - very nice especially this time of year.We waited on our car and while waiting, there were some of the employees walking around with their masks down/off.

My appointment was@11:30am, my vehicle wasnt ready until after 1pm. I was there for oil change and tire rotation. When my vehicle was returned to me the message display indicated that I need to service tire pressure monitoring system. It wasnt like that when I dropped my vehicle off. I was told its taking longer than usual because the technician was trying to be careful with my tires. I think that it took so long because he or she was trying to fix the problem that he or she caused. In my opinion I did not receive good service on that day so I will not return to have my vehicle serviced there!!!

Bought a used truck, Traveled over three hours away to look at it. The bank they used wouldn’t loan because truck was to old. Went home got a bank check from our bank for it. When I called to see if I could get it in a day they said no first come first serve went up that night to get it I got it home. The next morning I look under the truck and the wheel seal is leaking down the tire and front u-joint was bad. I got them things fixed at home because I didn’t want to travel back up there. Then 2 weeks later I tried to use 4WD and of course it didn’t work. Called the dealership and they told me buy as is and they just can’t help me. The transfer case is bad and is going to cost me 1600 dollars. I do understand but as is, but you would think they would try to take the time to help since it was clearly a problem when I bought it. We have dealt with plenty of dealers in the past. I have never dealt with people who are so unwilling to help a customer. NEVER BUY OFF THEM AGAIN! I know every experience if different and I hope your’s is better than mine.

1. There was a promotional sticker on the windshield that showed a price that was about $1,300 less than the price at which the dealership offered me the vehicle. When I inquired about the lower promotional price, I was told that the dealership would not honor that price. The promotional window sticker did not have an expiration date on it but an effective date of January 26, 2021.2. When I returned to the dealership to pick up my new vehicle, it had not been cleaned and I had to point out that it was not clean. The dealership then proceeded to clean it.3. I did not receive an orientation to the vehicle and was left on my own to figure out OnStar, the myGMC app, and other features of the vehicle.Other than these observations, my experience was fine.

My car was towed in because it had a dead battery. The next day I was called, authorized a new battery and came to pick it up. A service person drove it to me and I went home. The next morning, the car would not start and indicated it could not detect the remote. I started the car using the fob in the compartment under the cup holder, returned to Fitzgerald and when I expressed displeasure to the service agent for what had happened and asking why they hadnt checked the remote, I was told the service department did not do that and I needed to go to the parts department for the remotes battery.I was angry that this had not been done, that I needed to come back because it had not been done, and that no offer was made for her to right what I considered their wrong.This dealership is the one the car was bought from and is the one who has done its maintenance. This is the first time, I have not been satisfied hence I would still recommend them with this recent footnote

I would not recommend to have service done on a vehicle. I brought my car in for what should have been a fairly straight forward repair .. Brian informed me that the estimate of all the things discovered was 3900.00. I paid 365.00 for diagnostics. and oil change. Because of this high estimate I got a second opinion, at which time I paid 650.00 for the items that were legitamate. Extremely disappointing..

On Tue 9/29/20 my wife and I purchased a new 2020 Buick Encore GX car at Fitz in Rockville from Mr. Cody Lee, and we were quite impressed with his care and attentiveness during the purchasing process. We feel that we received a very fair purchase price and a fair trade-in value as well, and that their add-on insurances and protections we purchased were reasonably priced. We received quotes from other Buick dealers and the Fitz prices seemed to be the best deal.We also worked with Ms. Lara Schumake in the business office with the loan and final options - we purchased the 10-year extended warranty policy, tire/wheel policy, and fabric/finish policies. As a recurring customer, she gave us a break on the big 10-year policy.This was our 2nd purchase from Fitz, as we continue to be thrilled with the sales and service care at Fitz. We travel cross-town from Silver Spring to Rockville for our car service, as we are treated so well there, and their generous free loaner car program when our car is in for service for more than a short time, such as they did last week on our old car, and it was all free. The loaner car makes service much more convenient.As a matter of fact, driving the loaner car a week ago for 3 days was why we came back and bought the same make and model new at Fitz, as it had an Advanced Technology Package feature - linking the cruise control with the auto-braking anti-crash system, which my wifes older 2014 Buick did not have on it, and we wanted it to be safer on the road.Bob Holland, Silver Spring, MD

Great service experience! I made an appointment for first available - Monday, but got a call on Saturday that they can get my vehicle in. It didn’t take long at all to complete the drop off, get a loaner car, and be on my way. Best part was, I got my vehicle back earlier than expected, inspected for other needs, topped off fluids, cleaned, washed, ready to go! Pick up was even faster than drop off and when I returned the loaner, a nice gentleman met me in the parking lot, took my key and gave me the thumbs up. I’m impressed by Brian and his crew. My rating is because of the honest, caring sales experience I had with Jacob Camacho. It was such a great experience that I wish I had been able to seal the deal on one of the cars he showed me. He invested his time and made me feel I mattered as a customer. He appeared to be concerned about helping me get what I wanted at a good price. His General Manager mentioned to me how up front Jacob was and Im glad his excellent service was recognized by the GM. We were originally attracted to Fitzgeralds 5-star rating for service; so much so we drove our Yukon Denali over one hour each way. Time is very important to this military family of eight. Things started off well, we provided a list of fault codes already identified by an outside service technician. Stated we were patient as long as the vehicle was fixed as our warranty is soon to expire. Of the four issues (heater, power window/door module, center console, and tailgate), only one (tailgate) was repaired. Imagine my surprise and disappointment when I retrieved the vehicle and was handed the closing bill with the list of same codes I had originally provided with only one issue solved (the tailgate). When I asked why there was a lack of solutions, I was given a generic and seemingly lazy answer that there were three after-market cables attached to the battery thus affecting the entire electrical system. With a little extra effort, one would have realized there was only one cable attached to the terminal which was also not in use. I have pictures to prove if needed. How can it be that when I give Fitzgerald GMC a very flexible timeline, a list of problems/codes already identified, as Fitzgerald also verified the same problems (the codes), and yet our vehicle still has issues with heat, power windows, etc? Perhaps Fitzgerald GMC does not have the proper tools or trained mechanic to solve our problem. I cannot answer this dilemma, only your team can. However, I do know Fitzgerald GMC wasted my familys time.

During this visit, the Service Department addressed my concerns, accurately provided me with the timeframe for when my car would be repaired, and ensured that I had a loaner. Text massageMy visit at the dealership was very disappoint the seller person was rude. You and this person didnt want to negotiate the car plus that you didnt want it to work with me at all .... I had been approved from my bank .... It was more the you were asking on the price of the car .... I had a bank check with me on that day .... Car price was 25,600 I got approved for 40000 and you didnt want it to work with me at all .... I felt very discriminate from your team at that dealer you manageI glad I didnt have to make any business with your company

My Buick service experience was absolutely terrible. First, the dealer was going to give me back my car without fixing the issue. I insisted they keep it a third day to find the issue with AC after not finding leak for two days. We knew it was leaking but they couldnt find leak. It was under warranty and it was near the end. They wouldnt guarantee fixing it after warranty expired even though leak wasnt found. On 3rd day they found leak in AC after keeping it on machine over full night.When I received my car it was damaged. No one inspected it. Leather torn on seats and area they worked on (center console) inside vehicle was all scratched (deep long scratches). Dirt / grease inside my car and on seats. I had to point everything out. Dealer agreed to fix it. Brought car in again for another day and they fixed seats and part of scratches. I pointed it out again and I have to come in a third time to have it fixed. Service manage forgot to order center plate that was also scratched. No one inspects their work to ensure it is completed properly. This is really terrible. How can you give a customer back a damaged vehicle and hope they dont notice???Yes they gave me a rental to fix damage but it should have never happened in first place. Fitzgerald service should have caught and fixed before I pointed it out. I still have grease all over my door. I have pictures of everything. The only positive is my AC is working. I have next to zero confidence from their terrible workmanship that fix to AC will last. I have called GM, informed them of everything, and opened a case. Should fixed to AC fail, I have a case for them to fix outside of warranty. Leak was under console inside vehicle and no possible way I could have caused or cause in future should it fail again.

We needed ( unexpectedly) brake work done while visiting from out of town. We went in on a Monday morning with no appointment. Brian Wilson, assistant service manager, listened, updated us and got the work done as quickly as possible. Car needed all new brake pads and rotors for a trip through the mountains back to Ohio. Weve had GM cars since 1967, with service at many GM dealers, and this may have been our best yet. Highly recommended Fitzgerald Buick/auto mall, Rockville, MD

I have purchased my second vehicle from Fitzgerald in August 2012 and the main reason is because of the outstanding service department they provided my wife during my two military deployments. They are quick, courteous, and very pleasant. Everyone ask if you need anything from the service member that takes your keys, to the service manager in processing your vehicle. I drove 40 minutes pass numerous other GMC dealers for an oil change. Then do it again two weeks later to get the tires rotated, best service I have ever had. When I get back from Alaska I will be ready for another Denali.William Lewis
