It was only 1 lady in store. She handled the line really fast & she was really nice. The only thing for some reason the Advanced Auto Parts code reader didnt reset. We got all the work on the car done & it didnt say anything else needed done. However it still wont work. Man I tell you its always something!

Came here to get my windshield wipers changed. When I got in line, there were 2 other people with the same issue. The guy working there, Shachka, was efficient, professional, and knowledgeable and replaced my wipers for free. When some other shoppers saw him replacing them, they came in for new wipers too. Great service!

Well stocked and I received very good customer service. My battery was dead after about 12 months and they replaced it no questions asked - I did have my receipt. If you are shopping price there are cheaper ways to go.

CREDIT CARD ALERT at this store - Data Possibly Lifted? Two hours after handing over my brand new Citi-Bank Platinum MasterCard to the only cashier working this store (you are not allowed to swipe the card yourself because of the COVID plexiglass barriers) the bank alerted me to several large fraudulent purchases made on my card. They said this was the ONLY store this card was used at in the last 30 days. They immediately canceled the card. Coincidence?.. I think not. Beware of this possible outcome and insist on swiping your own card so that you may check for any illegal devices that can steal your cards data especially the card number and code on the back, or for the use of a SKIMMER or chip reader for instance. Otherwise Advance Auto is a great auto parts store, they sell really good products! 5-Stars on that.

Got there around 7:50am CLOSED, store opens at 7:30am I was waiting on the parking lot until one employee from that store, was walking by the main entrance outside, and told me the manager overslept, sorry but for me and my business is important to get all the supplies I need for my shop, couldnt wait and could not do any business with them now, had to go to different vendor

Good place to get parts, if a bit small. The people are friendly and fast. For head and tail lights, I would suggest researching on their website what lights are compatible with your car before going to the store. You could most likely ask a staff member to research that for you in store, but I like doing it beforehand.

Unfortunately this is one of the bigger advance autos around here and they keep most things in stock, if it wasnt for their inventory I would never go here and I usually avoid it like the plague. I hate going here especially any time in the evening because employees ignore you, play around and talk in the back or sit there on their phones like youre not standing there in front of them. There can be 6 people standing in line and you have 1 guy running the register while the other guy thinks doing inventory is more important. The quince orchard location is much better.

Not really their fault, but advertised free battery installation has a caveat based on how busy they are. Ordered online, received order ready email. Went to pick up battery and the staff were backed up. Cashier apologized that it could be a half hour because they were so busy. Started replacing my battery and just as I was finishing up, an employee came out to help. He also apologized that it was so busy and finished tightening things up, waited to make sure the car started properly and then wheeled the core (old battery) back in for me.Good prices when things are on sale.

Usually friendly and helpful staff, and they have a wide range of parts. We sell classic and rare imports, and Id say they have the parts were looking for about 75% of the time, which is pretty good. They also have great hours, opening at 0700, and not closing until 9pm most nights. Id certainly recommend this location.if youre nearby. Be sure to sign up for email coupons which often save 30% off your purchases.

I will often use the Advance Auto app to find applications for my 2008 Civic Coupe, be it headlight bulbs, battery, brake parts or other random hard-to-find items like 14-16 gauge wire bullet connectors, 22-2 wire, and some other really vague stuff.Ive called to ask staff to check stock and theyve always been happy to put the item up front with my name on it to pick up later that day. The store is often busy so expect to be patient, especially prior to snow storms or when it rains. It seems one associate is often outside replacing wiper blades, batteries, headlight bulbs or assisting a customer in some other way.Covid-19 Edit - The staff use PPE and follow all proper social distancing guidelines. Please do the same when entering or working with them outside. The store is set up appropriately with directional aisles, six-foot dots and plastic barriers at checkout.

I ran over a mile in dress shoes to make it to the store on time. I had gotten stranded in my car and needed a single part (a shifter cable bushing). I made it 5 minutes before the store closed. I can understand that employees want to close up shop and go home, and if they had the necessary expertise and motivation, they could have had me out of that store in 5 minutes. But Raquelle and Martin went below and stopped short of decent customer service (the opposite of above and beyond). Neither had enough basic expertise to know how to search for the part in their inventory system and neither had the motivation to serve their last customer. Instead they bickered with each other while I waited for help, and, in the end, the part they sold me was the wrong one.

I went in to buy a replacement main beam for one of my minivans headlights and I wanted to look this up in the book that pretty much every auto parts store has to make sure that I get the right one, except they didnt have one of those books. Guess what? There were 5 people in front of me so I just walked out.

I stopped in on the evening of Sunday, February 26th and purchased a few items. One of which included a bottle of tire shine. I got five minutes down the road and went to apply the tire shine, one squeeze and the nozzle broke. I called them two minutes after they closed and asked them if they could replace it quickly as I was right around the corner. He said due to security reasons, after closing, nobody is allowed in, which I understand (laziness). I asked him if I could just wait outside and he could bring me one to the door and Id gladly give him the defective product. He said he would ask his manager and then proceeded to hang up on me. I called back and they didnt even have the decency to answer. I showed up thirty seconds later and knocked on the door as the associate was sweeping, bottle of tire shine in hand. He gave me some hand gesture and essentially told me to screw off (rudeness). Long gone are the days of customer service.

Ordered mirror glass for my van. Told me it would be in the next day. Went back two days later and part wasnt there. He said hed check and let me know. At the same time I was there, another customer was experiencing the same issue. Left my tel#. no one called. Went back a week later and no one knew the whereabouts of my part., why it wasnt there, or when it would be there. Just a friggin waste of time...

Came to buy a couple of items and saw that Seafoam was on sale (buy 2 get 1 free). Got two them and noticed on the cash register that the cashier was charging me for all 3. Told her that one should be on sale but she wouldnt believe me (thats not right). Went over to the item and there are three stickers that specifically state that this exact item was buy 2 get 1 free. Long story short, the cashier did not honor the sale and was told come back tomorrow when my manager is here, he ready left! They still had multiple hours left till the store closed, I guess everyone that needs help past scanning an item in to the xomouter will have to come back!.....should have gone to Autozone or Pepboys!

Teller at the front said No, and than after making a confused face he stated we only have two today and we can not leave the building. I do no know what the policy is but try no to look irrated because I came in to ask for a free engine light check

I wind up here a lot due to its proximity to my work. While its location is convenient nothing else about it is. Service is awful, there will often be 5 or 6 staff members standing around talking about how much they dislike working there while customers pile up at the one open register

Woman named Raquel could change a battery about as well as she could speak English. It took her exactly 53 minutes to change my battery. I asked her to because it was free, didnt expect it to take her so long. Its a 5-minute battery change. Disgraceful. Never going to ask her to help me again. The rest of the store was alright.

Although it depends on what employee you will be talking with, my latest experience was really bad. I needed to check battery in my car and first thing they asked was to put car in front of the store, when in other store employee was fine with going to parking lot (+20 feet walk).After few minutes he told me that he cannot check it since it is not fully charge and he need to charge it in store, but he refused to help me because this is not our battery. So he gives me tools and provide little help to disconnect the battery. That charging take a while but after it was done none ever come to proceed with checking. I was have to remind them several times and after waiting in a new line of customers I finally got my batter checked.So now I needed to by a new one and got it installed. After paying for my battery they told me that 1) to get a free installation I need to buy some thing (which is not even fitting my car) for 4$, 2)I again need to wait until all customers behind (!) me in a line will be served. Also I think I was talking with a same lady that other reviewer already described because she was saying I dont care how long are you waiting here I wouldnt recommend going into that store unless you have no other options, drive for 13 minutes to other location. Or you can hope that you will face more polite crew shift.

It okey going there, but the employees acts in way like they own the company, when returning a defective product that has guaranteed to 2 up 5 years replacement, they said we dont do replacement, they make their own judgment and sometimes they refuse to bring you something thats in the back of the warehouse , they say only if you buy it, when infact that the reason your there for to buy it.

Bought a heavily used hydrolic jack last week, which is broken and does not work. Was told I could not return or exchange it without a reciept which was not given to me because I was told it would be emailed to me. (Never was). Now Im stuck with a jack that was broken upon sale because the employees are too lazy to check if a product works before selling it. Not happy at all.

Waited a total of 30 minutes to get my battery tested.. everytime i thought i would finally get helped... they would help the next person first. gotta get the line down in the mean time there were employees in the back hiding out. Literally just left the store. Went in to look for an oil filter for my 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee and their book isnt up to date so had to go wait in line to ask about the part number since they dont carry STP products in store. Stood in line for 10mins before getting up to the counter. Then the girl took 20mins to checkout about 5 people who had their items to pay. Just said screw it and left. Seems like an ongoing issue with this particular location. Even when going in and knowing what your buying expect about 10mins to get to the register and pay...

If youre looking for stickers, stick on cheap plastic/chrome parts, fake hood scoops, things to hang from your rearview mirror, or car wax this is the place to go. If youre looking for gaskets, o-rings, washers or other things to actually fix a vehicle, they have very very little.
