I could have written this review awhile ago but I wanted to see how the car faired after a big overhaul. MB brought my 2008 BMW 335i convertible back to life I was going to junk it but MB came to its rescue. It needed both turbos replaced as well as the heater box and its related AC components. All expensive and time consuming operations. MB also replaced ignition coils and injectors and various other parts. All in all the 13 year old car is mechanically fit. MB worked hard to get the work done at a price that the cars age justified.

Patrick helped me on some common issues to look for before I purchased a used auto which I appreciate very much. Great company, will use them for my services going forward.

I brought my 2009 Mercedes SL600 in for A Service (oil, lube, filters), replacement of radiator, repair of leak in hydraulic fluid lines which raise and lower the hard top convertible roof and transmission flush. Imal had to track down a very scarce part, found it and picked it up himself. They did excellent work.

The service was great and the mechanics explained everything to me in detail. I was also given a quote for all of the repairs before they started and my truck was delivered back to me on time. I would refer my friends and family to MB automotive.

My first time going to MB Automotive yesterday. The excellent reviews I‘ve read about them before hand are well deserved. Waiting area is clean with several leather chairs and magazines. The garage, hardware tools, and diagnostic tools are kept clean and orderly. Owner was friendly, and takes his time with you. He went over some leaks found and explained what happens if you wait too long to fix it. They have several loaner cars available. If needed, you have to let him know ahead of time. Last by not least, the price they charge is very fair (not only compared to the dealer, but other similar garages that specialize in European cars). This will be my new „Go To“ place for all my Mercedes car needs.

Great job repairing the old ML350 after the guidearm popped off. Also idenfied other necessary repairs and fixed improperly connected emergency break cables for free. Only small mistake was that they forgot to patch a tire after they found a nail. After the tire showed signs of the leak I took it back and they immediately fixed it. Only took a little over a day to get it all done.

I bought a 2010 Mercedes ML350 from an Audi dealer. It was immaculate and high mileage with no warranty but did have a sterling Euromotorcars maintenance history (my previous Benz dealer). During week two, the “Brake Ware!” light came on, and I went to MB Automotive, whom I did not know. Front desk manager Imao was beside himself – I was both surprised and impressed. “You must take this car back at once: no way the brakes could have passed inspection and also a leaking shock, warn rear brake bale, broken coil spring, and more - this isnt legal!”. They immediately fixed everything for a good price. Audi insisted no-fault and said my used car passed inspection. Two weeks later rear door hatch stopped closing – my car wouldn’t lock. MB Automotive ordered a new latch that oddly did not work; they ordered a second latch that seemed faulty and then after hours unrelenting mechanic, Edwin came up with a new idea – he fixed it! The next part is essential: upon my first arrival, Imao escorted me into the bay and advised me to photograph the inspection deficiencies; I also stored the brakes in a bag sealed for chain of custody. I presented my MD AG letter and blaring evidence to the Audi GM and walked with $3,100. That more than covered everything – the car is great now. MB Automotive is as authentic as it gets. They are experts, experienced and obsessed with ethics and taking care of their clients. Shops like this dont exist anymore. Fully recommend.

Our vehicle needed extensive engine repairs. We no longer trusted the dealer to perform this work. We took our vehicle to MB Automotive Services. The team at MB Automotive carefully reviewed the problems with me and showed me in detail. They needed some additional time to determine all of the problems. I then met with them again and they reviewed the proposed repairs with me in detail and presented a written estimate. The vehicle was ready when they promised. They made the repairs that they indicated and performed some additional work above an beyond. We are very pleased with the outcome of the work they performed. They really know what they are doing and understood the problems and required repairs to our vehicle. In addition, they took very good care of our vehicle while it was in their care. They really care about the quality of their work and want their customers to be satisfied. We will be taking our vehicle back to them for future service work.

Patrick was the most helpful business owner I’ve ever met. My license plates expired whilst my car was in his shop. He organized my connection to a registration business in Gaithersburg, he went out of his way and had the car emissions tested, and after pick up when I discovered an issue with the ac motor took the car back and gave me his own loaner for a week whilst fixing the ac blower motor. I insisted he send car to dealer and he did that too to ensure the electronic test showed car safe to drive beyond accident.Please entrust Patrick with your car. It’s in warm safe caring hands.

Was referred to MB by a shop I used to patronize when I owned a Bimmer. The recommendation was spot on as they did a thorough check of the car, though the major issue was a noisy front end [shocks]. Imal replaced both sides and the bearing race just in case it was damaged by the pothole that ruined the shock. He did some other general maintenance items that he didnt charge us for. The car had recently been painted on the passenger side and the body shop {Mile One} didnt bother to clean off the dust left from the sanding. Imal commented on how well we take of our ride [MBZ 280 SLK] and detailed the engine for us, free of charge! Now thats service. I told him when we left, that I hoped we would not be seeing him anytime soon, but hes our mechanic now. :-)

I went to the MB Automotive Services two days ago to inquire about changing oil on my Porsche. I was greeted by Imal, co-partner of the company. He was courteous and very professional in answering all my questions and giving me an estimate. Today was my appointment, I went back and Imal greeted me on time and immediately took my car and began working on it. In less than an hour the car was ready. He explained the job they had performed on my car which was beyond an oil change such as topping of air on 4 tires and adding window washing fluids. The final price was about 11% less than the original estimate. How wonderful!What more can a customer expect? I received professional advice, excellent customer service, no time wasted, and above all a great value. Thank you MB Automotive. I will go back and also bring my wifes car for any services we need.

I truly believe unless it is a small job, even that has not proven right in some cases, one should always go to the Dealer for Euro Cars. Though later they took it to the Dealer, it took a lot of cross fire to get there.In these days of Covid 19, every car must be washed from inside out, Sanitized etc before giving it back; car was so dirty it looked like it had come out of the dumps or a trash area. It should be the norm or the rule, not an exception; I was scared to drive it home.

Ive been taking my range rover for service here, and the entire MB team is great. They do good work at a fair price and dont nickle and dime you. Id highly recommend anyone with a land rover to come here for service.

Patrick and Iman took great care of my 2016 Range Rover evoque . They are honest, and really know what they’re doing. I first came here when the dealership wanted to charge me 800 for a 20k mile oil change and tune up. These guys did everything and more for less than what the dealer wanted to charge me. I later had to come back because a detailing shop didn’t put my wheel bolts back correctly. Patrick and Iman took good care of me, and these guys don’t know how to take advantage of anyone, and you feel like family. Great work, great service, fast, reliable, and exceptional pricing. I have a 2006 Porsche Cayenne S, and I needed to get some preventive maintenance done along with some repairs. I always go to the Porsche dealerships for my maintenance, but I usually end up paying ridiculous prices. My vehicle is 13 years old and being charged $450 for an oil change at a Porsche dealership is absolutely unacceptable. I decided to take the advice of Consumer Reports magazine to look for reliable independent shops that specialize in my type of vehicle. I found MB Automotive in my research, and they were a highly rated repair shop from various sites. I worked with Imal who took great care of me and my vehicle. I am very impressed with the customer service, quality of repairs, and price point. I had multiple items addressed - blinking headlight, battery change, oil change, back hatch not staying up anymore, eyeglass holder button, etc. I am estimating that I paid half the price of a Porsche dealership with the same quality of workmanship. I absolutely recommend MB Automotive as they are true professionals with fair pricing!

I can honestly say that I was suspicious on all of the 5 Star reviews. But after taking my car here, if I could give 10 Stars, I would. Patrick and the lead mechanic were so detailed in what I needed to have done and what I did not need to have done to ensure my Mercedes would remain reliable for another 5 years. They inspected the car with an exacting eye and were meticulous in performing the services and repair. To top it off, they washed my engine and it looks better than the day I bought the car. My 2012 cls550 was having starting issues associated with a CEL recently. I normally perform my own repairs, however when I narrowed down the issue to engine timing, I knew that this was something I was not capable of repairing myself. I did some research to find an honest and reputable repair shop specializing in MBs and thats when I found MB Automotive Services. MB Automotive Services confirmed my suspicion and walked me through the repair. It was a multi-day, complicated repair, but in the end my car was returned to me better than the day I got it. I have been servicing my 2007 S550 Mercedes Benz at MB Automotive Services since 2008. It is no gain saying that their mechanics are very experienced, which means that there is no on the job training as you may find at some dealerships in the area. Their quality services have saved me time and money. The staff are very friendly and courteous, and the waiting area is always clean.This is also one of very few repair shops, outside of auto dealerships, that I have used that offer loaner cars for convenience.

I have used MB Automotive Services for 2 Mercedes, 1999 and 2002. MB has maintained my cars without a hitch for this long period. They have also done body work, collision and rust. From the most minor job to the most major they have provided exceptional service. Mechanics have uncanny ability to diagnosis a problem without hesitation. Always an amazing job. Took my 13 BMW X.5 35d to them for brakes, slight whine coming from the front (turned out to be the idler pulley) and oil and transmission fluid change. MB Automotive is the best repair shop you will find. I started bringing my 2000 E39 to Patrick and Iman three years ago after I became unhappy with the local BMW dealers work. MB brought the performance back to what it was when I first drove it off the dealers lot. It was amazing!MB thoroughly inspects the car during each maintenance routine and will walk you through (and visually show you) any issues. They use only the best parts, perform their services at a very fair price, and stand behind everything they do with the best warranty available.I recently had them swap out my stock sound system that had gone bad with a new Pioneer system. MB is simply the best automotive service establishment we have ever used. Patrick saved our water logged Audi TT so that it performs better than the day we bought it used. We were so confident in their ability that we brought in our Saab in anticipation of our twenty-something kids using it over Thanksgiving and again received great service. OK, They are EXCELLENT Mechanics and VERY HONEST!! That says it all! They deliver more value than what you are being charged!!Most important of all is THEY DO NOT RIP YOU OFF!!!!!!!!! I have no incentive to make these comments now since they fixed up EVERYTHING that was wrong from previous repairs and more staff, that I had paid for to other Mechanics, but never got done.My commuter car can last now for many more years. (BMW 318 , 1995 MODEL).I have been ROYALLY RIPPED OFF by at least 12 other auto shops in the area including dealerships.....so I would like to thank the MB TEAM very much for their Excellent Workmanship and Honesty and when the Warranty on my BENZ expires I will deal with them. For now they will be monitoring the BMW , and maybe my neighbors AUDI SUV. I will post more another time ...since its getting late now for dinner. The high reviews for MB Automotive really speak for themselves, this group is really spectacular. They are competent and have great customer service! Would highly recommend.

To sum it all up in one word is impossible. MB Automotive Services in Rockville, MD is the ABSOLUTE best service center to take your BMW for servicing, repair work, and/or preventive maintenance. Patrick and the Gang are very courteous, they explain the issue(s) to my understanding, and they are efficient. My car is always completed when they say it will be ready and my car is never just sitting around. If I could give more stars, I would. They have been servicing my vehicle for the past 5 years and I will continue to go there. Try them, you will like them and you will not be disappointed.

I broke the drivers side mirror unit on my 2017 X1 BMW. MB took care of my problem quickly, expertly, and at a savings of over 60% compared to what the dealer would have charged. Fantastic service. Ill be a returning customer.
