My mother had her vacuum repaired recently. It came back faulty. Guy tried to make out like my mom who messed it up which is ludicrous. He tried to charge her more money to fix it again. I cannot believe he wouldnt fix it free of charge since it was not repaired satisfactory to begin with. She wont be taking her business there again and neither will I or anyone I know.

Received excellent servicing of my Magnesium which was experiencing issues as a result of me vacuuming up items that dont belong in a vacuum cleaner. Very happy with four Oreck vacuum cleaners and the Orbiter shampooer and using their top notch cleaning products. Been a customer for many years and highly recommend this store for purchases.

Ive used this location for almost 20 years and have bought 4 vacuums here. My best one lasted 10 years! I have purchased different models and love them so much, I have one for each floor of the house! When the store was sold last year, I had the pleasure of meeting the new owner. I was in the market for an updated Oreck and despite it being almost closing time. the owner took time to show me the new stock. He explained the upgrades, warranty and functions but never pushed me to buy. When it came time for me to purchase, he was willing to give me a trade in value and free bags. I have been back a couple times for routine maintenance and am always pleased. I would recommend this business if you need or want a great, long-lasting vacuum and a professional salesperson who knows this brand and cares about customer service.

I switched to Oreck after years of being a Dyson owner and will never go back! The products are diverse and you cant beat the turnaround time/quality guarantee when you need your vacuum repaired. This particular store is under new management and has proven thus far to provide excellent customer service. The store owner is very knowledgeable with every product in the store and always greets you with a smile. This was my first time coming in the store. and I was Very impressed with how many different types of bags they had in stock. With sears going out of business here in Roanoke I panicked about where to find my Kenmore bags and they had everything that I needed and I learned that they also service all brands of vacuums. I was going to start this off with a pun about how this store sucked However, my experience here was far beyond terrible. After an hour of hearing excuses about why the service number was frustrating for the employee to deal with, he whines about how he just doesnt want to work with Oreck anymore. He then proceeded to inform me that it would be around 2 weeks before he thought he could work on my vacuum, because there were other people already in line for today... unless I wanted to pay extra... (I feel it might be worth noting, that I also would like to find a place to service my vacuum without the employee mocking my accent right to my face) If I could drive to Lynchburg to have it serviced in the future, I would, as is I will just have to find a new brand.

Took their own sweet time replacing filters for my vacuum. Never called to update me on status of repair. After 10 days, vacuum still not ready. I had to ask about a loaner - NO loaners available!

New thing every time, even with the change in ownership, customer service is still lousy. Orecks arent bad vacuums, but the customer service factor is enough to keep me from buying another. I also echo an earlier sentiment, dont expect promptness, we live a great distance and at the end of over a 45 min. ordeal he says it will be at least 10 days.

I do not own an Oreck vacuum but I was told that they work on all brands, so I dropped off my vacuum to be repaired by them. They originally told me that it would be a week or more before they could fix it because they had to order the part. They fixed my vacuum in just a few days because luckily they had a used part in stock. Thanks guys

Have been trying to find a belt for a Hoover vacumm. Saw that this place was a dealer. I called about this and they could not hep because I did not have old belt, very short and rude. I called another local company who pulled it right up and had in stock.

Products are great but the service is horrible!
