Would have given 5 stars…For service and friendliness, however…After getting my truck issue evaluated, I went to clean out things for the motel and found it UNLOCKED in the back lot. I went inside and complained to a man in the office (said it was unacceptable). Then, after the weekend, I followed up and phoned Moe and told him what happened as well.When I returned for my ready truck, 11 days later (part on BO), I found my truck UNLOCKED yet again, this time in the front lot.Owner: Realize that this is our livelihoods in our trucks, along with personal items that we don’t want stolen. Realize that my company policy is to always LOCK the tuck at ALL TIMES, and *I DO*. Also realize the day and age we live in. So please address this issue (lack of consideration). THANK YOU.

This place was great got us in told us the problem said that did not have the part would get the next day but good news they found the part and put it in same day 5 hours then on our way everyone from the ladies who answered the phone to the manager to the mechanic were fabulous I will use them again if I break down in the area

Kenworth dealership. I went to this place to get a cap for my diesel thnk. I ordered it by phone, when I got there the part was already there ready to be picked up.Just amazing.

The only reason I didnt give them 5 stars was because the tech forgot to do something that was on the work order. Had we not checked, we would have been without an essential elements. Kudos for getting the truck in quickly and worked on. We appreciate you guys.

I was very disappointed, that GM didnt let customers know that half the staff was infected with covid-19. Will never visit this shop again. Very irresponsible. 🤫😒

Desk staff and mechanics were all very helpful. They replaced the radiator in my Volvo very quickly (within 5 hours and this with a small crew who had no prior experience replacing Volvo radiators! Quick to learn and eager to please). Nice customer lounge as well. Truck is still running fine.

Showed up with a broken idler pulley and serpentine belt plus leaking coolant. Pulled right into the shop and had me out within 2 hrs. Great service and friendly staff!!.

It took them 48 hours to get us an estimate, then it took them 5 days to do 10 hours of work. They told us everyday, it will be done tomorrow. When we called they would say they will start working on it in a half an hour. However, when our driver showed up over an hour later to get something from the truck, truck was still outside. Not touched from the 2 days before. Before we approved the work, they told us they had all the parts. That means they were either lying to us that they had them or about when the truck would be done. Truck was brought to the shop on Monday and was there until Saturday afternoon.

Friendly service

Took truck in for derate and to have dpf filter looked at and cleaned. Was told it was turbo accenator. I fixed it for 1900. I get to lincoln Nebraska and same codes come up. I make it to dealer in Lincoln and had to drop 8300 more to fix cracked Doc. Shop in Lincoln says they never checked your dpf or they would have seen the crack in it. Thanks for fixing something that wasnt needed for 1900 and resetting codes. Shop in Lincoln is due praise for fixing something you never even bothered looking at. Steer clear of here if you own your truck and always go with your gut. Thanks Lincoln Nebraska Kenworth.

Find anybody who working on picture.No one and this is not break time.They people supost change on my truck one injector, they say that must change 3 .... and for change 3 injector I spent 7 days in the service. By pass this place.

Needed a jump start and a radiator hose. Somehow... The hose took 5 hours to replace and over 300 dollars in labor even though I told them exactly which one it was. Plus 300 more dollars in unnecessary tests that I didnt ask for. Oh, and then they forgot to refill my antifreeze. Not exaggerating at all. Nice lounge and cashier, but that was all. Ill never return and I wouldnt recommend to Anybody.

It took 2 weeks of hard searching but they finally found the root cause of the AC not working right, and an issue with the actuators for the vent doors. They called KW engineers to figure out why the compressor clutch wouldnt stay working. Turned out to be a ground wire deep in the wiring harness was broken and the ends were connecting when the truck was cold then separating when it got hot. Not sure of the name of the fellow who fixed it. Props to him 👌🤘🤘👍🖖If ever I need repairs while Im on home time Ill ask for him to fix it. 😀😄😁

Came in for service on a check engine light. Had never been there before. I was treated from the onset of my stay as if i were returning family.I own a 12 volvo tractor and had been to several other regional dealers for service. This facilty is located just off 581/81 on Peters Creek Rd.It has easy access and can be seen from the highway..A true gem..Ffrom the time you enter . a true repair facilty that treats you like family..clean...in and out in a timely fashion..From the parts dept. To the main shop..top notch service at fair price..if over night repair , they have deals with the local Hotel..shuttle service..low cal resturaunt s within walking..and Del. Service.will return if need be..the mechanics are some of the best and are trustworthy and creditworthy.

If you know your part number you wont have any problems. I have had problems returning stuff to these folks. Make sure it is clarified WHO is responsible for wrong parts, wrong quantity and such. Not my favorite vendor.

Excelente service brought my kenworth t700 for a starter problem had it replace..every body from the service manager and service lady and the mechanic that work on my truck were nice and very professional. Kenworth is the best.

Had my Volvo 780 with a Volvo D-13 Engine in to have my exhaust manifold slip seals replaced and they put on the wrong parts. They put outer slip seals and they were suppose to do inner slips. Their work damaged my exhaust manifold. I do understand that human error occurs. However, Bill Duval refuses to take any responsibility for the damage they have done. In fact, they refuse to step up to the plate and warranty the work that they did, or either they are just not educated in the matter. The people were very nice during the time the truck was in the shop, but they just do not want to man up and take responsibilty for their less than poor workmanship. Beware if you are in a position that you have to use them to do work on your truck.
