I just moved to Roanoke and finding Hustle Haven was like truly finding a haven! The classes are so fun and the teachers are amazing. I find myself looking forward to class all day. They survey customers to see what kinds of classes people are interested in, what times work best for their schedule, and to create COVID protocols. Such an incredible, well run business. Try the one month unlimited to start out and you’ll find yourself wanting to come every day!

Hustle Haven is such a bright and welcoming place. Huge sense of community! Each front desk person and instructor remembered my name after one visit. The classes they offer are so fun and eclectic; unlike any workout class offered in the Roanoke Valley. Their potion car is delicious and they are always coming up with more to offer. I highly recommend HH!!!

I have been attending Hustle/Haven for over a year now and it really is the perfect Haven from my Hustle. The most welcoming staff, fantastic classes, knowledgeable instructors, delicious potions, and a real sense of community.

Hustle/Haven is truly a haven for me! From the moment you walk in the doors, you enter a safe space. The vibe is chic and comfy and the staff are beyond welcoming! Dont even get me started on the classes...!!! The variety offered is beyond compare. From chill yoga to hot yoga and classes in between; cycle classes ranging from dance parties to power climbs, there truly is something for everyone. I am challenged and supported in and out of every class (did I mention the potion bar?!) and I am truly so so grateful to call Hustle/Haven a home away from home. Roanoke is lucky to have such a phenomenal female owned fitness/wellness space.

Hustle/Haven is exactly what I needed! In just a short amount of time it has changed my life. The spin classes are challenging and fun, but fly by with the amazing soundtracks and energetic teachers. The varied yoga classes are perfect and you can always find what you need be it a hot flow class, or a warm yin class to zen out for the weekend. I would also recommend the combo classes where you get the best of both worlds.Lets not forget the yummy potion bar that is an excellent end to any class. 10/10 would recommend!!!COVID-19: Hustle/Haven does an excellent job of keeping the place pristine, sanitized, and safe for all who enter.

I love coming to Hustle Haven! Everyone is super friendly and immediately will put you at ease. Facilities are so cute, clean and accommodating! Every instructor I’ve had for either yoga or cycle has been so positive and encouraging. If you’re not sure about trying new workout classes, this is the place to try!

Workouts have become something I look forward to, rather than a forced hour that I spend hours dreading. The camaraderie is unparalleled to any other I’ve experienced in workout communities. The attention to detail throughout the facility is mind blowing. The craftsmanship of the renovations and custom made furniture does not go unnoticed. It is apparent how much time, thought, and intentionality has gone into each decorative touch, whether it be the artist commissioned murals, color changing lights to set the mood, or the custom ordered half round wood siding around the bar area. The potions bar was a genius touch and the free weekend mimosas are a great motivator to finish out the workout strong. Thank you for creating such a lovely, inviting, empowering, and inspiring space for us all to enjoy. This place is truly a haven.

Hustle Haven is a cycle and yoga studio that opened in Downtown Roanoke. If you haven’t noticed the pink and beautifully painted building by the talented local artist, Maggie Perrin-key, on Campbell Ave you need to check it out. I fell in love with yoga a few years ago and when I moved to Roanoke I had trouble finding a gym/studio I liked. When I found out about Hustle Haven I was excited to try it out. The combination of yoga (haven) and cycle (hustle) is the perfect combination and just what Roanoke needed. The design, efforts, detail and passion that went into this studio is obvious the second you step through the door. This team has created a very unique and amazing experience for all members and individuals trying it out. All staff make the effort to get to know you and provide you with the best experience possible. Not only do they have the most amazing classes but a beautiful facility with seating and a back deck with a fire pit to hang out. Fun and unique merchandise, such as clothing, yoga mats, and health products, and a potion bar with the most delicious and healthy drink recipes that can be customized. Hustle Haven is a must try studio in a Roanoke that is like no other and you will fall in love with!

Hustle/Haven lives up to its motto of being a haven from your daily hustle. I especially love the juxtaposition of having energizing cycle downstairs and tranquil yoga upstairs. The ambiance of the two really suits whatever mood youre in. The classes are a lot of fun and of course great workouts. As a beginner, I appreciated the attention to details around form and technique. The instructors are very friendly and helpful. If its your first time, dont leave without trying something from the potion bar. The ingredients may sound unique, but everything is absolutely delicious and well worth it!

Hustle Haven is exactly what Roanoke needed. They will help you get your mind and body fit. I look forward to each and every class. I leave with a clear mind and a smile on my face. All of the instructors are absolutely phenomenal. If you haven’t checked this place out yet, get on it! You won’t be disappointed!!

Hustle haven is the place to go if you’re looking to get your sweat on! All of the instructors are amazing and push you to be the best you. In every cycle class they remind you that “this is your workout. Make it what you want”. With that being said, yes they encourage you to leave it all out on the bike but if you’re not comfortable with something, you do not have to go as hard. I feel so welcomed by all of the staff members and it is truly a judge free atmosphere. H/H has boosted my self-confidence and after every class I am craving more.

I love this place and this workout. My favorite class is the combo cycle/yoga they offer. I love the diversity of fitting two workouts that feel good for my body and mind all into my lunch hour. I also appreciate that the studio is a welcoming, come-as-you-are atmosphere for lots of different types of people regardless of age, body type, or previous experience.

I couldnt have dreamed up a more perfect gym if I tried - I didnt even know a gym like this could exist! I have so much fun working out, the tone the instructors set is non competitive and self-care oriented, I feel so not judged in any way and I think that is the biggest motivator to exercise that I could ask for. PLUS the classes are fun, the potion bar is delicious, and the whole place inside and out is gorgeous. It feels like warm, welcoming community and I just love coming here to workout. Highly recommend you try!

This place is a dream come true. In the midst of a pandemic, we all need reminders to prioritize our mental and physical health. Hustle/Haven does all of that and so much more. With one of the most welcoming self-love communities in the Roanoke valley, Hustle/Haven offers a unique space to relax and show yourself gratitude. From restorative yin yoga to powerful vinyasa flows to cycle dance parties – there is truly something for everyone. Giving this place a try was one of the best decisions I have made for myself!

Just go! Stop reading reviews, stop thinking about it and go. This place is awesome. They have a great Spin class that is doable at all fitness levels, Yoga and a Potion Bar. The staff is helpful and kind. The music is great and the atmosphere has a cool vibe to it. So happy to have a place like this in Roanoke.

All my life I’ve only lifted weights. I come from a bodybuilding background & never once thought yoga& cycling would be a satisfying workout for me. I was so wrong! Now that I cycle & yoga 2-4x a week, I feel much better in my joints& muscles. I was diagnosed with asthma at 30yrs old & I totally believe that these two Workouts have definitely helped improve my breathing as well. I can’t imagine not having hustle haven in my life!

I just tried Hustle/Haven for the first time last weekend for a private class organized by friends! This was my first cycling class and the staff was so helpful to get my shoes fitted and my bike settings adjusted. The class was such a good workout + just felt like a dance party on a bike! I felt comfortable going at my own pace, 1) because the instructor was encouraging and 2) the blacklights! I cant write a review without acknowledging the amazing atmosphere - they knocked it out of the park and this really is a gem in Roanoke!

Workouts that will totally make you forget you’re working out. The yoga and spin classes are super fun with sweet/knowledgeable instructors. The potion bar is a must- there’s nothing else like it Roanoke!(They’ve also been super COVID-conscious. Class sizes have been limited to accommodate a safe space for everyone. The studio spaces are always neat and sanitized. I feel very safe here!)

I moved a few weeks ago, but really miss Hustle/Haven. The Match Made in Haven classes were my favorite because you get the best of cycling and yoga. And the entire staff were welcoming and super friendly. I will definitely stop by the next time Im in Roanoke!

Ive had such a great experience at Hustle/Haven! They are brand spanking new to Roanoke and they are filling a void that was so desperately needed-- both a bumping spin studio and yoga paradise all under one roof. They are also very safe-- following Covid safety and cleaning protocols. Its also just a really beautifully designed space, truly a must see in Roanoke!

I love everyones energy there! They respond quickly to any questions that I have. They are pro-military and will also work with you if life comes up. The classes are also absolutely amazing :-)

Love this place. The atmosphere is welcoming and really sets the tone for whatever class you are participating in. I love the array of availability. The potion bar offers unique and tasty post class drinks to really cap off the experience.

Hustle Haven has the best vibe. The staff are enthusiastic, friendly, and generate a positive atmosphere every visit. I go to Hustle/Haven 4-6 times a week for Hustle Flow and Cycling and I am never disappointed with the playlist and workout of the day. It is a must join for mental and full body wellness.

This is a place where all are selfless in the pursuit of their desire to accomplish their own goals all while inspiring and motivating others to do the same- and making it fun!

If you are looking for that motivation to workout then definitely give this a try! They help you get adjusted to everything during your first time and motivate you throughout the workout! The potion bar is a plus!!!
