Horrible customer service.

If your delivering a load here don’t have anywhere else to be. They stop receiving at 1pm which is psychotic. They close around 430p and promise to unload you at 730am but that doesn’t happen try 9 or 10am. Worst warehouse ever. Need new management. Everyone blames their shortcomings on space in the yard nevertheless it’s plenty of space just poorly organized. All management needs to be fired immediately.

Brought me defective shingles from Owens Corning Duration. They already coming apart. I am having to go through Owens Corning difficult warranty process . Installed by Vinton Roofing, Vinton Va. . Shingles have holes in them and granular coming off. The roof is 4 months old. Owens Corning has a sales representative in Roanoke but O.C. will not send him out to speed this up. I was told its all on me.
