Every time I’ve gone to this location I’m amazed/disappointed at how limited their selection of beverages is: sodas, energy drinks, gatorades all the basics but nothing beyond that. Of course what limited varieties they do have always seem be be in very low stock as well, making your choices even more limited. Especially compared to the selection at other rofo locations I’ve frequented in the past, it’s just a shame that this location is now the closest one in my area.Food, cleanliness, and staff are all fine, but PLEASE expand your drink choices!

Probably one of the best Royal Farms car washes I have been to.... Restroom really nasty.

Today I was told “honestly everything in here is disgusting and rock hard you probably shouldn’t eat it”Rude employees, disgusting bathrooms, disgusting food facilities, and expired food on the shelves. Go, literally, anywhere else.Edit: I was contacted by a manager who apologized and said they should have had fresh food, or offered to make new food. I appreciate the owning up and they offered me a free dinner. The manager stated he wanted to build customer loyalty, and not just be like every other place. I will certainly be back to give another try (especially because it is my most convenient gas station).

I stopped coming to this royal farms for over a year because it would take 20 minutes to get an 8 piece. Recently I stopped in omw home and had execllent quick service. Decided to grab lunch today OMW home from work and....the manager....I have been in managment in one setting or another, mostly food related, for almost 15 years. Two rules, lead by example, and you catch more flies with honey. She was standing at the soda fountain and YELLED across the store to the cashier to come wipe it up. Then, she was checking the ready to go hot box and realized something was mislabelled and while the woman was making my food YELLED at her to come fix it. Not a good look at all, and definitely not putting customers first. There is a time and place for correction and yelling at your staff from across the room is neither the time nor the place.My 2 star review is simply reflective of this manager. The staff, despite being belittled and yelled at in front of customers, did their jobs with smiles on their faces. They are better than I am, I would have walked out long ago! Kuddos to them for being loyal, she doesnt deserve it with that mindset!

I am not sure if this is a standard Royal Farms thing or not, but this place had the best coffee bar Ive ever seen in a gas station. They had multiple flavors of creamers, every kind of milk (dairy and dairy free.) They even had a can of whipped cream, and every size is a dollar.

Dont trust them I used my bank card on there gas pump I purchase $9.99 worth of gas I hung up the muzzle when i was finished and woke up to a $50 fee on my bank statement from royal farms , then i called to dispute it and the royal farms tried to blame corporate then i call corporate and they told me they gave me false information so i called back and they blame on my bank , never again smh

Food is good....if they have it. They are out of many things all of the time. Employees are very nice especially Sheila

My husband brought me home a bacon egg and cheese croissant. The bacon was NOT cooked at all. Looks like they put it straight from package onto the sandwhich. My husband took it back and they sent a picture of it to the manager. This store is getting as bad as it was when it was at the old location.

Great Place, Even Better Gas Station.I go here regularly for Coffee and Gas, at least on the weekends. The prices are affordable and the quality is nice.The store itself is clean, and incredibly laid out. Its easy to get in and out.Ive heard that the staff here were rude, inexperienced and possibly even unprofessional.I disagree entirely. When Ive needed help or had a question, theyve helped me and went out of their way.What people need to remember is that this area is full of wealthier people.You cant expect professional workers for minimum wage at this area, but I think theyre great.Alright, now on to why you actually read this review.No, Gas is NOT cheaper here or more expensive than other places, its average. So if youre going for pure cheapness, this aint your place.But in exchange for that, you get AMAZING pumps, theyre well lit, easy to use and modern. Easily one of the best and most safe areas to fill up your car, Id easily pay 2 cents more for a gallon of gas in exchange for safety and convenience.The car wash here is pretty nice, prices go from $8 to $12. This location needs to get its employees under control, theyve been, for the most part, unprofessional since the location opened. The food is also very hit or miss and the chicken tenders are atrocious - dry dry dry and tasteless like cardboard. I used to go to Royal Farms a lot when it was at its old location around the corner, but since the move, Ive really fallen off of it due to the poor service and poor food quality. I do give them five stars for the free air for tires!

Not cool for employees to joke about killing people (with cleaner) while cleaning the kitchen area then laugh at a customer who just ordered food when he voiced his concern. Glade he walked out i wouldnt buy food from here either. Poor guy.

The service was fair when I went in. I was told they have a hard time getting and keeping good employees.

I love the chicken tenders and the Chesapeake sauce is awesome!
