I have read nothing but bad things about this place on our communitys Facebook page and today had my own experience! $15 over and above the cost of a roll of stamps? 😱 Thats $0.15 more per stamp! Highway robbery! I drove 3 miles to the Post Office in Hallmark and saved a bundle! What a bunch of crooks!

Customers beware, this is indeed a money-oriented place with facade. The service appears to be nice and friendly, yet thats all superficial. Theyre very greedy, tried to charge me USPS Priority Flat Rate Mail $15, which doubled the true price. When I asked them why Postal Office only charges me $8, they answered awkwardly saying that the envelope was kind of heavy blah blah. Give me a break, its flat rate. And they even shamelessly lied to me saying that Postal Office would charge the same price. What a bunch of crooks!So this place is okay for those who only drop mail or package (already paid postage), but definitely not good for those who are gonna mail or ship something. Their greediness deserves 0 star.

First time here and forgot my wallet. Gentleman at the front was extremely courteous and kind and was able to work with me. Great place for what you need.

Harassing my wife for dropping off a prepaid parcel to add in outgoing mail...because she doesn’t have a mailbox in the store??? You guys suck! Local customers should go to send & receive down van buren for much better service!

LIVE SCANS =YES!! Just called and was very happy to find THIS Postal Annex store is still doing Live Scans. (Some are not, as well as the Sheriff Dept. Offices, due to the Covid-19.) The young man who helped me out on the phone was very helpful and polite! I will be going there soon for my full background check - required for a new job I am applying for!

Smily people that can turn rude very quickly. Unprofessional manager, mixed up my mail into other peoples PO boxes several times, no apology, but quick to rise fees. Have taking my business elsewhere.

They lost my packages, terrible management! Refused all responsibility, cost me $$$ loss and tons of hassle, reported to Better Business Bureau.

Was told at opening that the package drop off bin was full by the very unprofessional manager who then told me package drop off was only available for PO box holders at this location. Never had this issue in years that Ive been coming here and will be taking my business elsewhere.

My local Postal Annex off of Van Buren Blvd. in Riverside 92508 always comes through. The staff are courteous and welcoming. Ive used the notary numerous times and they always find the best price for sending packages. Ive also bought sports related gifts as they carry a decent variety of items. Shoutout to Orangecrest Postal Annex!

The girls that work here are extremely rude.... and they seemed like they hated their jobs and didnt want to be bothered.... Took a long time to get helped and they werent able to help with what I needed...I will never return to this place again....or recommend it to anyone...I will go to a real post office instead 👎👎👎👎

20 minute wait because only one person working the desk. 5 mins before Im taken care of an employee with her 3 year old comes out from the back starts helping customers while her child runs around the store...so professional

Doesnt get mail out on time ! Needed to get a letter out lady told me it will be sent out next day but it wasnt sent out untill a week..now bills past due!! will never go there again. Worst human beings ever!

Picture has not good quality, the flash of their camera is so week that they take the picture extremely close and that causes distorted image, they dont do a good job.

We have had a box here for years. Never any junk mail. The whole group of people know us by name,are always willing to help. We have had anywhere from bumper ,fenders, lectric bikes shipped here.We wouldnt go anywhere else. The owner is friendly, girls always curious.
