DO NOT USE THIS PLACE!!!! ITS INFESTED W MICE. I HAD MY STUFF THERE FOR BARELY 4 MONTHS. I ONLY HAD HOUSE FURNITURE AND BEDROOM SETS NO FOOD OR ANYTHING LIKE THAT. I WENT TO GO GRAB SOMETHING FROM IT AND THE ENTIRE STORAGE WAS INFESTED W MICE THEY WERE RUNNING AROUND EVERYWHERE I HAD TO THROW MY ENTIRE UNIT AWAY. THERE WAS A DEAD RAT IN MY STUFF AND AS I WALKED AROUND THE UNIT THERE WERE MICE SCURRYING AROUND. THEN WHEN I TOLD THE MANAGER THEY GAVE ME THE NUMBER TO THEIR INSURANCE AND MADE A CLAIM BUT CONVENIENTLY THEY DONT COVER INFESTATION. Had to get a storage unit for a few weeks, process was seamless and honest! All my work equipment was safe through out the time it was there and cancellation was just as easy! Thanks!

Rodent infested. Dead rodents inside my stuff and nests. Absolutely no food products at all in my unit. This is from not keeping bait stations and not keeping up a better maintenance for them. I’ve never seen or experienced a rodent infestation like this in my life. Just gross and disgusting. When I told them they really didn’t care. And they raised the rent from 170.00 a month to 225.00 a month. Very disappointed in this place. Do not recommend to anyone!!

Horrible customer service by Leslie. I have been in storage for a very long time as an Area Manager overseeing multiple locations. This person decides to call after we moved out to try to state we never told her we were out and that she was going to charge us for the full month but was going to let it slide. Too bad that we know the CubeSmart software and know we had 5 days past the due date to be out. Nothing like leaving a negative impression as a last impression. She is lucky, I do not call the owners of that exact location and talk about her poor attitude. As someone who is new to the industry, she needs a lot of training on customer service. Mikayla is doing such a great job there but Leslie, with her bad service, is going to push everyone away. Please retrain asap.

Very very unhappy . Have been a loyal long term customer and received a 25% rate hike without any notification. Very poor record keeping since becoming Cube Smart. Recommend you seek a storage that informs you other that when your bill is due only

Always a friendly helpful staff and clean premises.

The staff were kind and easy to speak with regarding any concerns. The storage units and surrounding space were always kept clean. Gates were easy to access and the hours were reasonable to enter.

When I forgot my lock they gave me a loaner until the following day, so I didnt have to buy another one. They are always friendly and helpful.

Very friendly staff with excellent customer service! Recently left another storage unit due to terrible customer service and constant issues with billing. So far cube smart has been excellent in every way possible.

Ive had some really bad experiences with storage places in the past, so I was reluctant to use one again. This place turned out to be a really unexpectedly pleasant surprise. I booked my reservation, signed my contract, and paid for my unit online. Then it took me almost a week to actually get in there. The woman in the office was really nice, she called me everyday, and not in an annoying, pushy way at all. She seemed genuinely concerned with making sure my needs were met. When I finally made it, I got there after they closed. The gentleman working that day, Anthony, stayed late just to help me. Really friendly, courteous, helpful, and professional. The facility itself is clean and organized - exactly as pictured and exactly what I expected. Best of all, theyre cheaper than every other place I looked at, a LOT cheaper. Definitely recommend these guys if youre looking for storage.

Great customer service. Had different sized units to choose from. Good price point. Very clean property. When I had difficulty with my lock, a quick assistance with the appropriate lock spray and reminders on how to hold the door in place to open and relock the door were terrific!! Would highly recommend this company.

I heard about StorQuest through a friend. I called up and spoke with Daniel and Michellel on different days who were both a pleasure to work with. When I actually went down there I met Staci who had me standing in the unit I wanted shortly after I got there which was new for me. She was professional and got me up to speed quickly and I left there feeling great. Prices are good and the facilities are clean and well secured. I absolutely would recommend this facility to anyone.

Rosemary was very friendly and informative with my concerns about leasing a unit. She assured me that their facility is very well secured ( I rented a storage from manteca And had a very bad experience) and well maintained. This storage facility is great! Katie was super helpful when we came to view the units. She walked us around in 110 degree weather, listened to my husband and I bicker the whole time and never complained! The facility is clean, the hours are good and the location is perfect!

My reservation was last minute and I was VERY stressed, as I had to move my entire home into a storage unit because the new house wasnt going to be ready in time. The customer service people on the phone couldnt have been nicer or more helpful in figuring out what I needed, and making sure I got the Internet promotional rate. I was happy with that process (and it was nice for something to go right for a change, because up to this point, EVERYTHING that could go wrong with my move had gone wrong - TERRIBLY WRONG - EXCEPT for my storage unit rental experience. The phone reservation went well and I got a good deal, so I was happy. THEN, when I showed up to the facility to pay & get my unit, the Property Manager, Katie went above and beyond to help me through the process...TWO TIMES!...I had to rent a second, smaller unit later that day because I have WAY TOO MUCH STUFF! But Im SO GLAD I went through StorQuest! The two units would have cost me a lot more elsewhere, and I wouldnt have had the pleasure of meeting and working with Katie. She was pleasant, helpful, and didnt get frustrated with me and my 1000 questions. I highly recommend this place...particularly the StorQuest on Frontage Rd. And Id like to especially thank Katie for making a horrible, stressful day go a little bit better! 😊

Clean storage area and Helpful staff

On 2/4/2019, I was scheduled to have my items stored at the StorQuest on Frontage Road in Ripon, CA moved to my new home in New Braunfels, TX. The moving company ultimately did a `bait and switch´ and it resulted in my cancelling out their services.In the midst of all my personal chaos while at my storage unit at StorQuest, your store Associate (Rosemary - Assistant Manager) made note of what was going on, used her resources and provided me with a phone number to an alternative moving company. Not only was I shocked by her efforts as I had absolutely NO idea that shed noted what I was faced with but I was and AM GRATEFUL for her OUTSTANDING customer service, attention to detail and willingness to go above and beyond the call of her duties to assist with something that had nothing to do with StorQuest - directly.These days, its EXTREMELY difficult to find people in the field of customer service who are willing to go above and beyond the call of duty to assist a customer. Rosemary is representing the TRUE definition of what it means to have humaniatic skills and the ability to lend a helping hand to your fellow man. As I said to her directly, SHE is the opitome of what Id have on the front line of my own business! Shes kind, courteous, friendly, helpful and not afraid to do more than what her job responsibilities and duties may outline!In conclusion, StorQuest most definitely has a true `GEM´ in Rosemary!
