Tried to reach someone for 2 days and nobody would answer the phone. Ive tested positive for covid and need my medicines. When you do get to speak to someone they are rude and unprofessional. I will be changing pharmacist and Ive called corporate and reported them.
To the Asian boy pharmacist behind the counter who puts way to much gel in his hair. You are the most disrespectful person that’s worked at this location. You think it’s funny because I couldn’t get my medicine. You are working in the wrong field to be laughing at people and winking in a disrespectful way.I shouldn’t be put to the test when I am getting my medicine. You’ve been reported
I’d give this place a negative stars. Place is slow, never answer the phone and feels like staff just dgaf. Take your business somewhere else.
I have been using CVS at Rincon for almosta year and the service gets progressivelyworse at the pharmacy. The problem is oneof not being able to get your rx filled even thoDr sends it over before you leave his office.I go to the pharmacist and it will be an hr orlonger. I tell them I will drive back the next dayto get it. I go back next afternoon and not ready! They CAN fill it if I can wait an hr!I can not wait with my 87 yr old Alzheimer’sPt and my car a/c quit working yesterday.. So my sonWill have to pick it up. By the time he could goDays later,They had put it back. I went to dr again yesterday and had new rxs. I told them I wanted my eye gtts and Antibiotic that was put back and refilled yesterday. I told him to be sureThe antibiotic was filled also. I waited about an hr. I got a sitter so I could sit and wait for rxs.I got home and antibiotic was missing.I called and she can fill it but it will be 2-3 hrs. So I can’t pick it up today.Tomorrow will be the 4th trip to get my eye meds to use them two together.I can’t use this pharmacy anymore becauseI do not have time to keep fighting to getMy rxs.I used CVS Port Wentworth for short whileBut changed because Rincon was closer.Maybe Walgreens or CVS Port Wentworth?Sick people do not need frustration like thisTrying to get meds and get home!I am an RN for 34 yrs …..have never everseen a non-functioning pharmacy like this one. They need a whole new system geared towardCUSTOMER SERVICE.
I went in to get the second covid shot and the pharmacist said to secedual it online. The online website said you could walk in to get it. I told him that and he got mad.
Always kept clean and organized. Employees including Pharmacy staff are always friendly and helpful. I hope store management and above know just how great the staff is at this location.
YES,This is my number one choice of all the chain drug stores. The staff is professional and friendly. The choices are numerous.
Slow!My wife was prescribed a antibiotic and they would would not fill it when she went in to get it. They told her it would be ready the next day.My wife is now 24 hrs behind on her meds. Kroger is better to let everyone know.
This place is horrible I have been in the drive up line for a hour!!!! Meanwhile my child is at home coughing uncontrollably because she needs her steroid for asthma but they are taking there sweet little time. They need better people who can move faster.
If I could give the 0 stars I would! I took my COVID test on February 24th! Here it is March 3rd still no results! I called corporate they transferred me over to the minute clinic.. I didn’t get anywhere. She basically told me that she emailed the pharmacy I took the test at and it could take 48 - 72 hours to get back from them so basically it will take me 10 days to get results! If you are wanting to take a quick test for your job cvs is not the place!
I’ve literally been on hold for 15 mins … if I could put no stars I would ! I’m calling because they are telling me a prescription I NEEDED since Thursday won’t be filled until Monday and I’m trying to understand why … I hate dealing with this place and its customer service is just horrible … they just need to fire everyone and start over in my opinion no one tries and definitely doesn’t have the heart for the work in a pharmacy…
This place is a joke for health. People not wearing their mask. Pharmacy isnt clean. People are rude like Im suppose to know something that was never told to me. Will never use a CVS again because of this place. If you care about your loved ones and family dont use the unclean rude CVS company because they definitely dont care about your health.
I have an issue every time I visit this location. Today it was a young lady named Shay. She needs a job where she doesnt deal with people. Not at all friendly or nice.
Was greeted as soon as I walked into the store by a friendly and smiley store clerk. She then preceded to tell me to let her know if I needed help looking for anything. I dropped off my prescription and they said it would take 30mins to fill. I came to the drive through to pick it up in less then 30 minutes. Overall a very delightful experience. I will continue to refill my prescriptions here.
Absolutely zero stars, I have to say the woman working there tonight is a disgraceful excuse for a human being, let alone one who works in customer service. How dare you behave so inhumanely toward me and my two sick little toddlers, you have no place working here or even being alive as far as I’m concerned. I’m so sorry you exist and so sorry to see CVS has no standards for their employee conduct.
I have to use CVS due to insurance. I hate the CVS that is close to my house. They always say it’s a two hour wait. I go home and return two and a half hours later. Have to go in because the drive thru is always backed up. Prescription is not ready so I sit down to wait. I then realized why it is a two hour wait. The lady pharmacist and the girl filling prescriptions can’t stop talking and laughing long enough to get anything done. Not to mention the girl filling prescriptions has to keep stopping to read and answer text. They are slow, inconsiderate, rude, lazy. They could care less about their sick customers.
This has been the best customer service of all other CVS stores I have been to. They currently have a good pharmacy group that is courteous and helpful.
Worst pharmacy ever. I have had so many issues. Today the pharmacist himself lied to my face. Telling me he called two times to Walgreens to have my script transferred and he said they had nothing on file. I call and it’s there. He didn’t call. Sickening. Don’t like your job quit then. I picked it up at the other pharmacy within 20 minutes. Cvs this is by far your worst pharmacy ever. Hire new staff.
The associates have been rude EVERY time ive been there. The last time I went, I pulled up to window in drive thru and was told before I ever even opened my mouth that they werent filling any more orders that day. And unfortunately, our doctor had called the prescription in! That was the last time I ever went and will never ever go back. Enjoy your experience and go to Kroger. They are always friendly and helpful.
Pharmacist and techs are pretty rude. Tried using GoodRx and was totally unresponsive to my request. Ill go to Port Wentworth or Pooler in the future.
I went into the store looking for cold and flu meds and needed some advice from the pharmacist. While waiting for Tania the pharmacist I was greeted very nicely by staff but then witnessed how rude and terrible she (Tania) was to her staff. It seemed nothing was good enough for her, she was degrading towards other staff members as they were running around working their tails off. She was rude to a customer at the window who also has questions about the meds he was receiving. She was extremely short with me and said, the Over The Counter meds are over there, just read the back of the box! I have NEVER seen someone in a pharmacy be so rude when asked for help. CVS has pleasant employees BUT this PHARMACIST is the worst! One of the other pharmacy employees did however come over and assist me. CVS should definitely re-evaluate this ladys position and talk to the other employees about her actions!
Love shopping here. They have everything that I need and the staffs are very helpful.
The store is better than the other one
Pretty good customer service.
Dropped of 2 prescriptions after going to Urgent Care. CVS said 20 minutes. 4 hours later no text message confirming it is ready. Went back to CVS. Prescription not ready - the lady said someone put in pick up time as 11 PM rather than 11 AM. I wasnt feeling well and told them I would wait for the prescription. About 15 minutes later she said it was ready. Paid for it, drove home and opened the bag. There were no pills in the bottle. Called them . Went back. Gave them the empty bottle and they put the pills in the bottle.Went home wondering if they even gave me the right drug.
Stay far away from this Pharmacy. They are disorganized and not helpful. I gave them my phone number on 3 separate occasions and still didnt end up in system.
Convenient place
Dropped off 2 prescriptions said they would be ready with in the hour. I gave them 2 hours, when I went back they had no clue where they were and didnt have the insurance on file at all. I gave all the info when I dropped off the prescriptions. Last time using CVS.
Wonderful service
Staff is very slow
