I have been making weekly trips to this convenience store for the last year because my husband has appointments at McGuire VA Hospital. I dont know where theyve found their cashiers at but they are the most pleasant ladies in Richmond. They are no nice and they act like they really enjoy their jobs. I always walk out of there with a smile on my face after doing business with them.

I came in today at 11:50, this is the second time the cashier she claims her name is ladybug shes a heavy set black woman with blond hair red on top), she is by far the most rudest customer service representative I have ever encountered in my life. Not only upon entering the store did she not say anything to me it wasnt until I went over to grab a 12 pack of Sprite to your her yelling and repeating over and over hello hello hello I thought maybe someone was on their phone it was until I looked over when she says very rudely that shes been trying to get my attention that they have been closed and I need to get out of her store confused I said your stores open 24 hours and I have been in this store before later than this! Very rudely she said I said were closed and the guy behind him who previously came in she forgot to lock the door Ive never known a store to close at 11:50 but she was very hostile I am 5 months pregnant I really honestly felt as with she may have try to fight me the way she was acting, so i proceeded to leave when leaving I asked her name and she said her name is ladybug but she covered up her name tag as well, there were five more people standing outside who have also said the same thing that theyve came to the store before and that it was not closed! I will not come back to this store ever! And Im surprised yall even have business having someone like that working for you no customer should ever be in fear of associate putting their hands on them this was ridiculous Pitstop you need to do better

Hello i am a cashier at bells road pitstop i jus wana thank each and EVERY One of u for taking the time out to give us a review..me personally i enjoy my job im a great worker im very friendly i try to meet all customers needs and also to do everything thats EXPECTED of me to do... In addition to that Ive been with this company for 9months!!!! And it hasnt been all bad its been fair tha job is what u make it... I do my best to be fast n friendly... I hope to see more great reviews... Have a bless one.

Delicious Chocolate Ice Cream & polite and friendly staff. (bathroom little dirty, didnt use it)
