Incompetent. The worst service I can remember. If I could give zero stars, I would. Promised 60 minutes. After 75 minutes, they said another 25 minutes. After 2 1/4 hours, they said they’d redirect a driver 10 miles away. After 2 1/2 hours, they canceled. Don’t even think about using this company

Glad I called jackrabbit nc so they could inform me the shortcomings of this company.Currently waiting an hour over the originally quoted time just to find the tech. Is not even on the way.A simple call to let you know what’s going on would be nice.Not like they care though. Insurance company will pay them regardless.Good luck if you’re using this service lol

I would give 0 stars if I could. I locked my keys in my car and USAA set up roadside assistance through Jack Rabbit. Initially it said it would be a 37 min wait. It got down to 5 min and I left the restaurant we were waiting inside (my toddler was with me and acting crazy at that point) to go outside to meet them. We waited outside for another 40 minutes in the sweltering heat because the stupid app kept saying they were arriving soon. They would answer any phone calls from me or USAA. Finally USAA canceled their services and referred me to someone else. So now we have to wait several more hours.So they lied about how long it would take, wouldn’t answer their phone AT ALL and clearly don’t care about customer service one bit. I will be sending a letter to USAA to advise them against using this company in the future because they clearly don’t align with USAA’s commitment to customer service.

THEE ABSOLUTE WORST!! Waited 2 1/2 hours and they never showed. Then when you call, they dont answer. USAA had to cancel and find someone else, who came within the allotted time. Too bad 1 star is the lowest rating they could get!!

Tech expert William was timely, competent, prepared, professional and courteous. He arrived swiftly and jumped my car battery in 1 minute. I used Jack Rabbit tonight via ALLSTATE ROADSIDE ASST. and will ask for this company in the future. Quality service.

I called because my 90 year old dad locked his keys in his car on the hottest day of the year. This person came over so quickly! and he was done in a flash. He called me (I called the roadside assistance in so they had my number) to make sure it was the right car and to let me know he was there. I am so grateful--you prevented a lot of pain and suffering today!

Two hours waiting in the heat for a battery boost. I’m not sure why my insurance is even using these guys for roadside. My insurance company ended up canceling and finding someone else. If you get assigned to this company, good luck!

I locked myself out of my car. Started a claim with Kia roadside assistance, which connected me to Jack Rabbit. I got called by the driver within 30 seconds of hitting submit with Kia. The rep arrived at my house within 8 minutes. Had my car open in under a minute. Zero damage to my car. Polite, courteous, professional, zero damage to my car. I was expecting this to be a several hour affair that would have offset my whole day. I didn’t lose a second of time. that was tremendous service, and far exceeded my expectations. 10/10 in all categories

Hope this is the one that Charles works at! He did a quick and easy job! I appreciate his patience when I was a little irritated. He even made me laugh when I told him I spilled coffee all in my car on top of locking my keys in my car. He was great. Great customer service. Keep working hard.

I would not recommend this company. Had to go through ins company to use this company. Was first told 37 minutes. No show i called back said be any 15 minites. Finally, the guy calls from a parking lot. No fool, i am at my house. Good luck if you ever have to use this company. Name change jack turtle .

Used my roadside assistance to help when my son locked my keys in my car at church, who contracted Jack Rabbit USA to come unlock us. Said 37 minutes. Over 90 minutes later, still heard nothing and my app said they were not even on the road yet. Called to confirm and was told she would call the driver and find out. After being on hold for over 10 minutes she told me she couldnt contact him or locate him, but texted him to give me a call. At this point a sheriffs deputy happened to see me pacing and was able to help me get into my vehicle. I cancelled through my roadside assistance. An hour after this the driver contacts me hes on his way. I informed him I had cancelled and he rudely asked what I had done that for. Glad I wasnt stuck somewhere outside in the heat if its 2.5 hours to come unlock a door that literally took 5 minutes if that to open.

If I could give 0 star I would. Waiting over 2 hrs, no calls from anyone, had to call them 4 times. Should be called jacked up road side annoyance. Hopefully my insurance company wont use them again. This company sucks. So just got off the phone and they cant even repair my tire, so much for road side assistance. Never use this company

Took 2 hours to get to Primos pizza in Mechanicsville while I was standing outside the truck in the POURING down rain. I called for an ETA repeatedly and was told 15 min each time. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone for anything.

Horrible company! Was dispatched took over 3 HOURS to come! Every time I called tho check on ETA was given a different time of arrival or they simply hung up. Filing complaint with BBB and my insurance company so they know never to use them again!

I would never recommend your services. The guy that was used for roadside assistance cussed me out and left me stranded, he then proceeded to leave got put of his car to cuss me out again but this time I was afraid because I didnt know if he was going to harm me. A customer should never, ever be treated in such a manner. I will also let Facebook know not to use your services. Word of mouth is powerful!

I contacted my insurance company because my husband locked our keys in the car. Time 9:55. Their estimated arrival time was 40 minutes. Waited 40 minutes called back they said it was an additional 40 minute wait time. I told my insurance company I did not want them to come service my vehicle and to send somebody else. Worst company ever. Pop a lock and Quick service roadside assistance are your go to.

The lady finally showed up and tried to jump my car but it wouldn’t work. She told me it was the starter and I’d have to have it towed. Tow truck arrived and was able to jump the car within seconds. Jack rabbit has terrible customer service.

Very slow to respond to a gas delivery, I have been waiting for over an hour it’s sad really Tripple A is way faster why my Chevy Roadside choose these people I don’t know but there response time is slow.... And it’s very cold out so that makes it worse....

This is the WORST customer service of any kind that I have ever experienced. Left waiting in the cold for an hour and a half. No notification of delay. When the service person finally arrived he was unable to help. At first he seemed tired and overwhelmed--then borderline hostile. Customer service for Jack Rabbit was at best dismissive. Do Not Use This Company. I am contacting my insurance company (Safeco) to let them know about this nightmare!

Fastest response time - Thats as big of a lie as they tell you on the phone. Waited 3 hours for someone to show up to change a flat tire. Every time I called back it was one excuse after another. Caught them in a straight out lie. I would not trust them one bit.

So.....This company is the absolute worst!!!!! After I waited for over 3 1/2 hours, they never showed. I got hung up on by the dispatcher twice...the first time she never came back to the phone after she asked me to hold on while she finished her previous conversation.....15 minutes in and I hung up. I called back and got hung up on!!! If there were something else (less) that I could rate them, I would!!!!!!

Seems alot of people wait for many hours for the @$#@$#* jack rabbit roadside assistance guys. 0 stars for them.But, on closer inspection, this is actually a page for a convieniance store. Im sure most of these reviews are not about them.Seems like a nice little place.5 stars to try to balance out some of the improper negitive reviews. xP

Said estimated time of arrival was 40 minutes then sent another message after waiting an hour saying it was pushed back 30 minutes. Once showed up put my spare on my car but the spare was flat and left me an undrivable car

The guy told me he couldnt get his app to work and wasnt going to come until he knew he was going to get paid.
