Such a cute cafe with organic coffee, this is one of the few coffee shops that offer CBD infused coffee. We tried it and was a good vibe. If you like your coffee sweet let them.know, as organic coffee and syrups have less sugar! Once we added a little.more syrup, it was soon good. All of the items have super cute names. They also have a really cute picture spot. This place is clean and quaint, Im so happy I found it! Will be back soon!

Came here to do some assignments and online meetings. Great place to study or relax after a long day. I had the iced caramel latte. The level of caffeine and amount of ice was exactly what I needed to push through a six page paper.Customer service is excellent and sound level is optimal for people who just need moderate to little background noise. You can definitely study with or without headphones. Plenty of outlets and seating. Sanitized and clean. Definitely coming here for the remainder of my semester as a student.

Staff is always wonderful and very knowledgeable of their menu. The staff is good and confident at making suggestions.They have a whole line-up of signature drinks. My favorite part is they offer legitimate coffee from a light to dark roast. The snacks are great, although I havent ventured far down their food menu. Seating is clean and great if youre trying to get some work done; plug outlets are abundant and easily accessible. I just have two gripes: 1. I wish they had more comfortable seating other than the cushioned bench and couch area, and 2. They offered heavy cream in the coffee.

Beyond my expectations. I had no idea that coffee flavor could be so much more than just brown tasting. Today I had the Orange Mocha Coffee at The Perfect Latte and it blew my mind. The orange and chocolate notes came through without hesitation. It was a rich lightly sweetened cup of HOT YUM! I am so spoiled now. How will I ever go back to the pods. I paired my lunch-visit experience with a slice of Quiche Lorraine that was fluffy, cheesy and delish. I finished my date with The Perfect Latte with a slice of cinnamon coffee cake that was fresh and tender. Match all that up with a friendly environment and great customer service and you get 5 stars!

We live in the neighborhood and we love to travel and support local coffee shops. If I could give this review zero stars, I would. Our experience was absolutely horrible in every way. We don’t have many options in our Richmond neighborhood, but there are a few really nice mom and pop places that far surpass this one in taste, price point and most importantly good old fashioned CUSTOMER SERVICE. Our family doesn’t ask for over the top items so there was no excuse. It gets a bit ridiculous when baristas don’t even welcome you with a hi. We politely ordered 3 iced coffees and 1 mocha iced coffee with low ice. After 15 solid minutes,there was another female barista chomping on her bagel and cream cheese at the front while she was operating the espresso machine for another customer’s order!!! We then asked the guy which drink was the mocha because it was the same color as the regular ones, and they rudely challenged us verbally on it. They were so rude and so unpleasant to be around. Overall, the experience was horrible, customer service was disgusting, coffee was good for two of us if you like a licorice flavor aftertaste. We spent almost $27 on 4 drinks that were filled to the top with ice and came with such poor service and rude attitudes from non professional workers. We immediately went home and called the shop to speak to the owner and 3 days later, still no response back from either a manager or the owner. So deeply disappointed that people don’t care about how they treat people and that owners don’t care about making their shop and staff the best they can be. Took very long to get service. Was told to wait and she took 4 people order when I was next telling me since I was not ready to order when she got to me I now had to go to the back of the line. She was rude to me and told me they were out when she just made the same drink. I was so insulted I just walked out. I will never go back again with that kind of service. I love going to The Perfect Latte to study or just to meet up with a friend to catch up. All of the staff are welcoming, warm and know a lot about the products they are selling. They also keep their store amazingly clean! Every time a customer leaves the staff will go to the vacated table gather all the trash and sanitize the space for the next customer. The environment is warm and inviting and perfect for studying for classes, reading or enjoying a cup of coffee or tea with a friend or family member. All of their baked goods are made from a local bakery so you are actually supporting multiple local businesses. The owner is super kind and very knowledgeable about every single product and makes amazing suggestions on what product you should try. She is also open to suggestions and is not afraid to make changes based on customer recommendations. I frequently go there to study for my classes and I am never disappointed no matter what I end up getting.

My friend and I were super excited to try this place out since it had great reviews. However, we were very disappointed. I was content with my coffee as I got the almond joy latte (not the worst or best latte I’ve had), but my friends strawberry mango smoothie wasn’t all that great. By far the best specialty coffee shop Ive ever been to! While most beverages from coffee shops are either too sweet or taste too strong/bitter, Perfect Latte ones are JUST RIGHT! Luckily, just up the road I spotted the small, quaint, and cozy shop, The Perfect Latte, and I was saved. For me, this coffee shop truly encompasses what a “perfect latte” would be. Family-oriented and friendly, I find myself continuing to come back about twice a week to order my favorite iced butterscotch latte. The owner is hard-working, genuine, charismatic, and has been very supportive of me as an educator. I enjoy the serene, quiet, and studious atmosphere which makes it a great place to read as well as work on lesson planning. I also enjoy the beautiful artwork displayed which adds to the aesthetic features of the shop. The past two years I have spent coming here have been great and I will continue to be a patron of the shop. Thank you for being so incredibly amazing!

So much yes. The owner is fabulous. Dogs are allowed outside if you have your own seats. Really great breakfast sandwich’s and yummy lates. It’s super cute atmosphere inside. My only gripe is that there is no covered outside seating. It’s a great halfway point for people who want to hang with friends near Rosenberg. Never had a bad experience and they sometimes have local vendors come set shop in or near the store. I love this place. Totally worth a try.

Another gem in the Richmond area! My husband and I went there for the first time after a friend of ours recommended it. Located in a strip mall, as you walk inside, the first thing you notice is the welcoming nature. There are plenty of chairs and sofas to relax or get some work done. They have a large selection of coffee, lattes, teas as well as bites like pastries and sandwiches. My husband and I were a little overwhelmed by the option but he settled on the Latin Fusion (Cajeta and Tres Leches) and I had the Almond Joy (almond, hazelnut and coconut). Both were extremely delicious! They also offer a wide array of different milk options (including oat milk which I love and is difficult to find). They also have a small bookcase with some books to enjoy with your coffee. I am super excited to come back and try more options!

This place is great! I have been going on the regular with some friends and we all love it... the cold coffees are great 10 / 10 (I like smores) and and the chocolate crescents are delicious 11 / 10! I have had Taylor and Natalie take my order, and they are very helpful and super nice... they seem to enjoy working there! The atmospheric is amazing... very quit and very great to study or have some friend time... I would go there just for the atmosphere, but the coffee is so good, I gotta get some of that... great place! -NL

This place is wayyyyyy toooo loud. There is no music to create a relaxing atmosphere nor block out the background noise. If there is one person that has a child or on a personal phone call then you will hear all of it and have zero focus to your own tasks (my situation 2.18.21). The coffee is decent at best. Like most coffee bars, hard to justify $5/ small. Unless you were in an awesome environment to hang out at, which this place does not have. Will likely never go back.

We have been there few times and its already our favorite coffee shop. They have some of the best smoothies, my favorite is mixed berry smoothie. Also, the croissants are great. Very casual and laid back setting in the shop with lots of seats and couches, youll never know how you spent your couple hours with your family or friends.

The “spices of the east” iced latte was SO good. I have never had a chai latte taste so refreshing, light, and delicious!! I love the ambiance at TPL and the spacious, comfy array of seating. Staff is real friendly!

We went today and ordered two sausage and cheese croissants that were still iced cold and both coffees tasted burnt. The girl working there also never wore gloves while preparing the drinks and food.We will never return and we don’t recommend this place.
