I honestly have had my issues with this Verizon, but today I walked in to an effortless experience with Isaac. I set up my new phone on wifi, and my old phone was broken beyond the point of unlocking. I couldnt even make a phone call to reach tech support on how to activate my new phone. Within 15 minutes I was out of there with everything set up like brand new. Im not a big phone gal, so to be able to walk in and get the issue corrected was relieving from the already aggravating experience. He really does define the level of customer service that should be present in a phone company. He could have told me to make a phone call, and that he couldnt have helped me, but he took the initiative to make sure I walked away with a resolution. I really cant stress it, I have been shuffled by this company, but Isaac helped me like it was a part of protocol the whole time. I really am interested to see the success of the location and him as an individual, I hope to see him as a manager when I return. He really does encompass what I would like to believe, the service that should be displayed by a Verizon employee, but incorporates his own compassion to make you feel heard. Im happy I visited in person. Thank you Isaac!! This ones for all your help!!

Sydney was really knowledgeable and didn’t try to oversell anything. She took the time to understand what we needed and gave us all the options and got us the best deal based on our plan. I’ve definitely had bad experiences at Verizon stores before but if I ever need anything else I’m going to specifically request Sydney because she just knew exactly what to do and it was painless for once.

I went yesterday to upgrade my phone and Isaac was extremely helpful. I couldn’t recommend him or this location enough. The staff is very knowledgeable and very friendly. I will definitely be going there from now on!

I recently went to this Verizon store because my old phone broke. I was in a time crunch between meetings and Gabe was incredibly helpful to get me in and out. This was no easy task as I had forgotten all relevant passwords and was not a current Verizon customer. With his help I signed up for a Verizon plan, bought the new iPhone 12 Max and decked it out with a case and screen protector.I highly recommend asking for Gabe if you go to this location.

The staff were friendly, but I have never had a good experience with Verizon as a provider. Trying to get my phone activated with my cellular had taken over 6 hours and I’m very frustrated. If you are a Verizon customer then this store is great but if you don’t already have Verizon I wouldn’t recommend their services

When I went to the store, despite being the only one there, and handling 3 customers at once, Christopher treated everybody with the same level of respect. Justin at this location was awesome, had a ton of hang ups after going to the hopewell location with our rep giving us wrong information and ended up having to go to this store to pick up a phone we had already paid for at the hopewell location. Once we got here we instantly had low expectations but after about 5 minutes of talking with Justin he managed to fix our account, remove items that were added that we werent even asked if we wanted to add and get the phone set up. Next time we are looking to upgrade we will be definitely be taking the 30 minute drive just to deal with Justin again.

POORLY TRAINED STAFF AND EXORBITANT RE-STOCKING FEEI went to Wireless Zone today in order to purchase and activate a wireless hotspot. After sitting down with a customer representative, I was informed that a monthly unlimited plan for a hot spot would cost $10, $20 or $80 per month -- after asking what the distinction between those three plans was, I was informed that the more expensive ones got a few megabits more and were a bit faster. I told the representative I had no problem with a slightly slower connection, and that I would like to get the unlimited plan for $10/month. She accepted my credit card and told me that I would be charged $105 for the hotspot, and that that price would come with the two-year plan.When I signed the tablet to agree to the contract terms, I saw that I was being charged $27/month -- I proceeded to ask why the monthly plan cost more than the $10/month originally promised. She informed me that there was a monthly $17 insurance fee that I only had to pay once and could immediately cancel. She then took the jetpack out of its box, programmed it and handed it back to me so that we could finalize the transaction.It was then that I noticed that the brand new jetpack, which had been taken out of the box no more than five minutes ago, said it had 1.0 GB for the next month. I proceeded to ask why it said that, and the representative informed me, Oh, its still unlimited, its just one gigabit. While this did not seem like an adequate explanation, her confident reassurance was assertive enough to end the conversation. I accepted her explanation, until another, more senior representative joined the conversation, and informed me that my plan options were as follows:You can pay $15 for 1 Gigabyte per month, or $80 for unlimited.Having signed the contract under VERY DIFFERENT TERMS, I said that these plans were outside of my budget, and that I would like to return the item, which I had bought no more than 15 minutes before. I was told that I could return it, but I would have to pay a $50 re-stocking fee. After a long argument, in which I was accused of deceiving the customer representative instead of being treated with understanding and respect, I requested that the senior representative contact her manager, who informed her that under no condition was the $50 re-stocking fee to be waived.Meanwhile, after initially saying that she would take the blame for the mistake and find a way to waive the re-stocking fee, the less senior representative -- who presumably has been working at the store for no more than a week -- made an about-face and began adamantly denying any responsibility for her mistakes.The item was placed back in its box in mint condition and on the shelf, and I was charged a $50 re-stocking fee for something I had bought 30 minutes before. I expressed how outrageous this was, but I was once again informed that nothing could be done, thanks to company policy and an intransigent manager.IN SHORT: Customer representatives are not properly trained, will give you incorrect, exorbitantly under-priced quotes, and then once you are informed of the true rates AFTER you have signed a contract, you will have no choice but to comply with the expensive rates or pay a $50 RESTOCKING FEE.By the end of this consultation, I left the store two hours later, having paid $50 for NOTHING.
