This review is about 3 months overdue but I had the greatest experience and I owe it all to Marcos! Usually a trip to the Verizon store is tedious and stressful, but he was so conversational, patient, and helpful. He informed me of a promotion that made my phone cost only $10 and drastically lowered our monthly bill. He also recommended an excellent screen protector that is so thin I can’t even tell that it’s on the phone. Such great service and nice people. Would give 100 stars if I could.

Zach was extremely helpful and found multiple deals for me. When I mentioned I was a teacher he gave me additional information for discounts. He really was looking out for the customer, going above and beyond. My phone had a huge amount of data to send over and he patiently helped me with that as well. At one point he was the only person manning the store with multiple people coming in at once. He was still able to juggle helping these multiple groups and myself and didnt seem stressed at all. I knew having to replace my phone was going to be a long process, but Zack explained everything, was very personable and made the experience enjoyable.

My experience with this store has been HORRIBLE! My trade in devices were misplaced and they giving me the run around. Was supposed to get a call back to resolve the issue but no one called and they haven’t even created a case like they said they were. I have a business account so this is ridiculous. And to top it off there is NO STORE MANAGER. The manager was fired so there is no one I can even speak to in higher up management. The store keep telling me to call customer service and customer service keep telling me to go to the store. Every time I go to this store nothing is being done and they NEVER answer the phone. This really make me regret switching to Verizon

Jamie M is an absolute rock star!!! She is the most patient and helpful employee you’ll ever find in a Verizon store. You must come here and ask for Jamie. She knows everything about all of the devices and the best service plan and she will explain everything in easy to understand layman’s terms. Some tech savvy sales peeps end up making you feel like you have stupid questions, but not Jamie. Verizon should pay her ten times what they pay everyone else. She is,again, the very best!!!!

Wonderful service. Both the gentlemen working were very nice. Not only was the service helpful and honest but truly personable and funny! We got a new cell phone and updated our service plan (something that we didnt even know about and ended up saving us money!) He even told us we could trade in our current phone for a rebate (something else we didnt know) and ended up getting a large rebate. Just wonderful service. Who knew buying a new phone and changing service plans could go so smoothly!

I had the pleasure of meeting Mr. William Blon and he did a GREAT job helping me select both my new Galaxy Note and my Apple Watch! I do currently own an iPhone but really wanted a 2nd line with a separate phone to conduct business off my personal number!William, you were beyond patient with me and very thorough! I went to 2 other locations and they told me that they were not able to get to get me set up successfully. Trevor did it successfully and patiently.

William Blon gave us wrong information about device dollars. He stated they couldnt be used in stores anymore and we could call customer service after the fact to have them applied. This was incorrect so now we have over $100 in device dollars that is unusable.

Great experience from this Verizon store! We were looking at possibly changing carrier and Zack was outstanding! Very knowledgeable, patient, and super friendly. He went over the best options for what we were looking for in phones and service. The Verizon plan cut our current bill almost in half! No brainer, we switched to Verizon right then. Thank you Zack!

Everytime I go there they never have enough staff and you end up waiting at least 30 minutes to talk to someone. Your better off going to a real Verizon.

Called this store because I needed a mobile hotspot so that I can work from home. I got to the store in enough time to purchase the last one & was helped by William B. He was funny and helpful throughout the process. He even activated my device for me. In all the process probably took about 20 minutes & I was able to return back to work in a reasonable amount of time. Thank you William for your prompt help.

Best service Ive ever had!!! Came in frustrated and confused from being given a lot of misinformation, felt like I had been scammed at another location near my home trying to get my son a new phone. It is really difficult to say too many good things about Zack. Not only did he patiently sit down with my wife and me after our son broke our phone, he did everything he could to walk us through the various plans and phone upgrade options to maximize our savings and get us everything we need. And, as someone whose career makes having a reliable phone absolutely necessary, I appreciated his attention to detail to make sure I would have everything taken care of. And, to top it all off, he had about the sunniest disposition and sense of humor Ive ever seen in someone working in a cell phone store. I will never go anywhere else again as long as he is working there, and Ive already been recommending him to others!

I visited this store a few weeks ago to upgrade my phone and had the pleasure of working with Zack. He walked me through changing my plan to actually save me money and was able to get me my new phone with tons of accessories for only ten cents! He also took the time to show me the new features of my new phone and was very willing to answer any and all questions I had. The store was not busy at all for a weekend and I was in and out with no wait. I highly recommend this location and most of all, Zack! Go Pitt!

My phone got wet and I went to get a new phone. I was upset about losing all my data. I first went to the Verizon Store on Broad Street, a corporate store. The man who started working with me was condescending and just wanted to sell me an expensive phone. He also said he couldnt get my data off my phone. I left the store and went to the Verizon Store on Staples Mill Rd. The staff were all friendly and Zach waited on me. He was helpful, knowledgeable, empathetic to my concerns, gave me lots of options regarding phones, explained my new phone and most importantly was able to get all my data from my old phone onto my new one. Zach was wonderful. I recommend him and the Staples Mill friendly and knowledgeable store.

The person helping was friendly. We saw there were no activation fees online with store pickup. When we asked if we should order our two iPhone 11s that way, we were told that they would be waived. An hour into the process we learned we would be getting a refund via text message somehow... ok so not waived but we thought, whatever. Two months later, no text message. When we called we were told the person who helped us and the store manager were out but we’d receive a call within 3 days. No call...Also there was a service added which we had not spoken about in the store.

Tonight My fiancé & I went to Verizon to shop around for switching carries, we where pleased to find out, If we bought 2 IPhone 11’s We would get $700 Off, ( Also Need to be switching from another carries to Qualify for promo. My Helper was William Blond let me tell you, this man made me laugh so hard my cheeks hurt when I let! Great personality, very very helpful in explaining to a young person as myself the best option I could go for, the out come was amazing! I’m so happy with my new Carrier and phone plan! Went in to trade in my old phone, Galaxy S7, for a Pixel 3. The store associate, Mr. Jerry Simmers, helped me out with a seamless transfer and a fantastic package with a wireless charger, screen protector, and case. Jerry hooked me up while assisting other customers that walked into the store, and it was impressive to watch him get me set up while helping them out, as he was the only associate working at the time. This is my go to Verizon wireless store in Richmond!

Zach was amazing. Came in on a Saturday afternoon for both my husband and I to upgrade our phones. It was by far the easiest, least hassle of an experience I have ever had dealing with phones. I would highly recommend this store and Zach to anyone.

I have used this store twice, the first to help my in-laws migrate from flip phones to smart phones and the second to upgrade my phone. Jerry and Allison were patient, knowledgeable, and friendly. I have used the larger Verizon Wireless store but very much prefer my experiences at this store.

I went into the Verizon Store on Staples Mill Rd to switch phones..The Customer Service was OUTSTANDING..Randall W..waited on me...I told him what I needed to do and he helped me and also helped me with a New Tablet...He switched everything for me and explained All the Charges and Answered All my Questions...He was such a nice person and I really enjoyed my Time there..which was about 1hr...He really cares about his Customers and makes sure they have a Positive Experience...He is an Asset to the Company...I will tell people I know about him and My Experience...

If you want help with your phone in a great environment, This is the place to go. Sylvester was a huge help and even gave me some tips on how to solve my problem. Honestly, the insurance that Verizon sells is kinda a joke, but we have to get it so we dont have to buy a brand new phone...so..with that said...the reps can only do so much. Its not their fault the company is set up the way it is. But they do control how they treat you and every other store should be embarrassed at their customer service and learn from this store. IF YOU LIVE ANYWHERE IN THE CITY OR CLOSE BY....THIS STORE IS WORTH GOING TO TO GET HELP WITH YOUR PHONE!!!!! these guys/girls are awesome!! I bypass 4 other stores to go to this one because of their service!! These folks should be rewarded! You will see me again!! On my next purchase!
