Me and my wife Barb had Goodrich Gourmet cater our wedding this September and they did a phenomenal job. The food was outstanding and the service staff was excellent. They we showed up before the event and had everything done and coordinated with the Tent company as well as theport-o-let company, The owner, Lauren scheduled it all and coordinated with them to get everything done. Lauren, you were amazing and the staff is above and beyond perfect! Being Italian, food is everything to us when it comes to a wedding. Not only did you nail the food but you truly replicated my homemade sauce. Even my mother in-law thought that I gave you our sauce!! I’ve been married for 30 years and have tried to cook as well as she does and you managed to do it just by a few verbal directions. I hope you and your staff heard the compliments through out the night. Guest could not get enough of your cooking from cocktail hour to end of the dinner. I need to mention your staff. All night long they were there for whatever we needed, like making sure the bridal party during cocktail hour(bridal pictures) were being feed and served drinks. I loved working with Goodrich Gourmet on May 18th, 2019 for Hannah and Isaac’s wedding! The food served at this wedding was out of this world! Can’t wait to taste their work again!

We ordered lunch from this company to celebrate a record-breaking month in sales for our dealership, and they did not disappoint! Specifically we ordered a taco buffet which consisted of the juiciest steak as well as chipotle chicken with all of the toppings you could think of and corn/black bean rice. The gentleman that delivered it all (from 2 1/2 hours away!) was very nice and professional, and not one thing was leaked or spilled! Everyone raved about the food and there was more than enough to go around. We highly recommend Goodrich Catering!!!

Goodrich Gourmet was fantastic to work with from beginning to end! They have a huge list of food options that will surely be fit for any event. I might be biased, but everything was incredibly delicious. We go SO many compliments about the food from our guests. We had 3 plated meal options, and all of the food came out quick and hot. The process for renting place settings and linens was extremely easy and there were so many options to choose from. Besides the food being fantastic, the best part of Goodrich was how attentive and helpful the staff was during our wedding. And all of this for extremely reasonable pricing! I would recommend Goodrich Gourmet over and over!

Goodrich Gourmet catered our company Christmas dinner and everything was FABULOUS! Our employees raved about the food, and have requested the same for next year. We had a traditional ham & turkey holiday spread, along with some appetizers, and drinks - and it couldnt have been better. I would recommend their services to anyone!

Seriously awesome experience. Despite Covid decreasing my wedding reception numbers to only 10... Goodrich [Nic] was always very responsive and helpful and willing to work with me. They still traveled over 45 minutes to my reception site and gave us an amazing plated dinner for only 10 guests. They were professional and nice and the food was GREAT. I really appreciated everything that they did for us.

I had thrown a surprise party for my significant other and we had tubes down the river. Adriana was awesome to work as this was all done last minute. And the owner “Dale” was exceptional and had delivered the meals himself after finding out I couldn’t get there to pick up! Above and beyond my expectations and will be forever great full!

Where to begin...my husband and I were recently planning our third attempt at a wedding during covid and ended up having a very small ceremony in the Charlottesville area at the last minute this past weekend. Our venue was able to recommend Lauren at Goodrich and she was able to quickly meet for a call and then put something together for us right away. Not only was the level of service and professionalism incredible, but the food was AMAZING...and I mean out of this world -- particularly the Lobster Mac n cheese (I eat lobster anywhere I go as its my favorite thing) was the best I had ever had! The pulled pork was also incredible...it was marinated in some secret goodness that I cant describe. I have had SO many family members rave about how the food and location was their favorite part of our wedding and they have all mentioned the fact that they want to go back to the area just to have the food again. Lauren and her staff are incredie and clearly have food that speaks for itself. Im so thankful that I got connected with them for my wedding after a lot of setbacks and my husband and I are already trying to figure out how to order from them again in the future even though we live 5 hrs away. We are determined to eat their food again! 🙂

I came from out of town to host an event in Richmond, and I was extremely impressed and satisfied with the food and service. They were very accommodating in terms of both the menu and the setup. Everyone that came to the event asked where the food came from because it was just so good. I highly recommend!

My husband and I loved working with Lauren and her team at Goodrich! We decided to have a buffet - chicken, brisket, potatoes, veggies - and our guests absolutely loved the food! From our initial tasting to our wedding day, everything was seamless with Goodrich. Lauren always offered advice when we needed it, and it made decision making so easy. Her team is professional, the food is delicious, and I would recommend Goodrich to any couple planning a wedding!

Goodrich Gourmet is absolutely delicious and had tons of options, which was important to us because we had guests with dietary restrictions (gluten free and vegetarian), as well as quite a few kids. They made separate meals and delivered them to the tables where these people were sitting, instead of our guests having limited options and picking through what they can and can’t eat.We were also able to rent our linens and flatware from them, which made it incredibly simple for us.

Goodrich Gourmet went above and beyond for our daughters wedding. The food was incredible, the waitstaff was fantastic, and the set up was superb. I would recommend them over any other catering service in Richmond. I rave about them all the time. The staff was absolutely incredible and I cannot say enough great things about them. I hired Goodrich Gourmet to cater a large private party. From the beginning the service was exceptional. They were organized and very helpful in the planning process from determining the appropriate dishes and quantity to general help in party planning details. The food was excellent, and I received several compliments from the guests during and after the event related to the quality and variety of the food that was served. Furthermore, the on-site staff went above and beyond leading up to and during the event. They were professional, polite, and courteous at all times and even made the extra effort of pitching in to help with some of the last minute decorating details as things were getting down to crunch time before the party began. I would not hesitate in the least to hire them again!

Our guests are still raving about the delicious food provided by Goodrich Gourmet Catering Company! The presentation was beautiful. The hors doeuvres, salad and main courses were absolutely incredible. The family style service was a delight. Such a helpful and friendly group of folks. Highly recommend!!

We recently got married and Goodrich gourmet was one of our vendors. They did an amazing job! I had guests throughout the night and after our wedding tell us it was the best wedding food they have ever had! They kept our glasses full the whole night and continuously checked on us. Im very happy with our decision to have Goodrich Gourmet cater my Daughters wedding in June, 2018. They helped us make a plan when we went for the tasting, and were very flexible when it came to some last minute changes. All of our guests loved the food. My personal favorite was the Kicked Up Ham Biscuits. Delicious!

Goodrich Gourmet helped make our outdoor wedding perfect! The food was amazing; we recieved so many compliments from the guests. The staff of 2, Beth and a bartender (Im so sorry I cant remember his name! He was fantastic!), for our group of about 45 was perfect and they were so nice. I very highly recommend Goodrich Gourmet for any event!

Went online and was pleasantly surprised to see that they could cater on weekends . Went through entire ordering process, even allowed me to select all items and schedule delivery for 6 pm. I was charged extra for weekend delivery which I thought was fair . They even charged my credit card . Then it went south after that . Owner informed me that it shouldn’t have let me order even though it is set up for weekends . The funny part was he told me to keep them in mind for future orders . Now I realize accidents happen but he offered nothing to console me for his messy mistake . Perhaps I would have used him in future had he apologized and offered a discount on a future order like 10% off or free delivery or something to make me feel better about wasting a half hour on his website . This order wasn’t particularly large around $200 but my company orders from them quite a bit in large quantity so I can at least end that and use another company .

Im a sales representative that does a lot of entertaining in the state of Virginia. The only caterer that I use is Goodrich Gourmet. Dale is one of the most reliable caterers that I have ever worked with!!! His food is delicious, and they have a huge variety to choose from. He has bailed me out on short notice jobs as well. My customers love the food that the get from Goodrich, and look forward to seeing what I will bring the next time. I highly recommend Goodrich Gourmet.

Dont look any further. Goodrich Gourmet is THE BEST. We met with and had tastings with a few caterers and were thrilled to find Lauren & Dale. The menu options we amazing, delicious choices, and on top of that, their professionalism and responsiveness could not have been any better. Some of our guests were professional chefs and they couldnt stop raving about the meal! The roasted red pepper chicken & beef tenderloin was among some of my favorites served - but everyone also loved the late night snacks of buffalo chicken triangles, grilled cheese and tomato soup shots. The milk & cookies served at the end of the evening left our guests feeling very satisfied. You wont regret hiring this team!

Salad was good but the bowl they put it in is very small. Doesn’t allow you to mix salad properly without getting it everywhere on the table. Bigger to go bowls for the salad will be better.

I used Goodrich Gourmet for an event recently and loved it! I ordered the Jerk Chicken and Red Beans and Rice. It also came with corn muffins and salad. Everyone loved how flavorful the food was an ate second portions. Its hard to find companies that know how to properly season food, but the folks at Goodrich did a great job! I will be using them for my next event.

I ordered food for my mothers 97th birthday party. What a delight! The food and service was wonderful. I requested dishes meet our need for gluten free options and it was no problem. Everyone enjoyed the food so much, especially the birthday girl. Planning on using Goodrich Gourmet for her next birthday too.

I recently used Goodrich Gourmets catering service for my wifes birthday party. The food and service were fantastic. We had the barbecue with both NC and VA barbecue plus beans, buns, two huge salads, excellent cole slaw and drinks. The cost per guest was very reasonable and that was before I saw how much food was delivered. There was much more than enough for everyone. At the end of the party at least half a dozen of our friends walked up to me and asked who the caterer was since they enjoyed the BBQ so much. Most of all my wife was very happy with the food and the whole party, so I couldnt be more pleased that I used Goodrich Gourmet. Both Dale the owner and Mike the Chef were very responsive and punctual. I heartily recommend their catering service and will use them again.

Just recently used Goodrich Gourmet for our wedding, and we were very pleased with everything! When we started working with them, Lauren was incredibly professional and knowledgeable, she had everything ready and was even able to lead us in the right direction for other services like chair rentals. The staff on the day of the event was friendly and efficient, and made our wedding day even more enjoyable. They kept the stations clean and neat and even made sure to wash our toasting glasses for us, which were our own personal glasses not provided through them. We ordered heavy hors dvoeures and they were delicious! The scallops were fresh, the spring rolls were extra crunchy, and all of the fruit was perfectly ripe. Afterwards, they sent us home with a beautiful picnic basket full of all of the food we had, plus our cake. I would HIGHLY recommend them for any formal event!

Goodrich Gourmet catered a 50th birthday party at our law firm for my husband. The food was delicious, set up was beautiful, service was great throughout. The variety and quality of the food was wonderful. Great deal for the price, too!

Goodrich was one of the highlights of our whole wedding! We worked with Sheila, who instilled confidence in their ability to accommodate our food allergies and worked out a plan to include everything we needed. We were able to feed about 75 guests for less than $30 a head and that included a fruit and vegetable display, salad, yeast rolls, beef and chicken entrée options, green beans, and a smashed potato bar with all the fixings. The servers were really friendly and sensitive to everyone’s needs while also remaining inconspicuous. Overall everything was a hit, and we heard numerous guests say it was the greatest spread they’ve ever seen at a wedding!

Scheduled a lunch for delivery and upon arrival, one of the meals was not included and they provided tea instead of lemonade that was on the order. Lunch arrived incomplete 30 minutes early (who wants soggy fried chicken?). The meeting started over 30 minutes ago and we are still waiting for the order that was missing and hopefully the lemonade that was not provided. Not sure I will take a gamble using them for an important lunch event in the future after todays experience.

Lauren was extremely professional listened to what we wanted and our budget and then delivered - the staff was great the food was great and everyone had a good time. We finally found a caterer we can rely on. We will be using them exclusively.

This food is not great AT ALL. I have had many catered dishes and none are up to par or worth eating. Pot Roast is WAAAAAAAAAYYYYY too salty? You know its bad when the salad isnt even good! Whos fixing and tasting this food!??!?!?!!
