Found a new hangout spot. The hubby and I went here for the first time last night. Let me tell you the staff and food was above amazing. The service was fast and everyone was very friendly. We will definitely be going back again.

Man, the people of RVA are spoiled. So many awesome breweries but each with a different vibe and layout.If your standard taproom is too stuffy, try out Bingo. A lot of fun energy as soon as you walk-in. Patrons seemed to primarily young or those with families. Plenty of fun arcade games to choose from!

So Im old and it isnt a place that I would have gone to. I went as part of a work event. Its bigger than you think. It has games, pool tables, decent seats outside. Tennessee tea was delicious and the Bacon Jam Burger/Tots were very good as well. If a group of friends wanted to hangout for a while I would highly recommend. PS I thought it was kinda warm inside but that could have just been me.

What a fun place. Only had beer, no food, but the menu looked good. Arcade games to pass the time and if you wish. Plenty of room if youve got a group. Large outdoor patio area in back.Great beer selection. Really enjoyed the sours and New England style IPAs. Super friendly and helpful staff. Beer To Go available on your way out.

Awesome place for adult fun. Laid back vibes. Theres a station in here for just about each type of person (uno, pool, 2 outdoor patios, tv area with chairs).. it can be super busy on weekends which there is a line that stretches outside so go early. Wings are great taste home cooked and the mango margarita is to die for I order 2 everytime. The staff is super helpful and curteous as well.

A good combination of indoor and outdoor seating, complimented with tasty beers and yummy food. Add on some pinball and air hockey, and it is a recipe for a fun evening.

I enjoyed a Funday Sunday afternoon with my kiddo and husband. The environment was very much a bar but we did a quick in and out with our 9 year old. I had a Malibu and orange juice that was fairly priced. We would definitely return!

Very fun for the whole family I am young and I went with my parents and we all had fun. We played games and ate food. Warning: the games do cost money but it isnt that expensive.

The food was subpar. They didn’t toast my bun so by the end of the burger I was eating a soggy grease filled bun. The Garlic Buffalo Wings left a a thin film in my mouth, but it wasn’t a taste of garlic. Just a taste of cooked chicken. The only decent part of our meal was the tatter-totts and Philly Cheesesteak Egg Rolls. The drinks weren’t that great either, but that Frozay… I have to give them that because I got 2 of them.That and the 3D zombie game in that back right corner are the only reasons they’re getting 1 star from me. If you decide to go just eat before you get there, order a couple frozays, and enjoy some cool arcade games.

Unfortunately the quality of my experience was not reflected on how good it was to meet up with some friends. There were some miscommunications with our waitress and the quality of the food we ordered did not meet the description. The shortcomings with the waitress had to do with her attitude, and the included 20% gratuity was not deserved. The beer variety did not meet expectation but was ok. Our waitress did not have much beer knowledge, and she charged us for things that were not ordered. Items on the menu were not available. Its great that there are games outside and the arcade has some quality nostalgic choices for average arcade prices. There was a guy outside that harassed us but that was solved and overlooked. The rating here comes from the disheartening experience with the wait staff and food quality.

This place is awesome!!! The food taste great and they have some of the best bartenders that Ive encountered on the east coast!! Furthermore, the games are PERFECTLY priced! P.S. Try a glass of the Grandpa Emmets.

Fun games and atmosphere. Drinks were good. Food was not good. Chicken tenders were rubbery and wings had a weird aftertaste.

I had the opportunity to visit Bingo Beer a few days ago and I really enjoyed myself, so much so that I wanted to leave a review. I am always on the hunt for a good German Beer, Im a Pilsner/Lager kind of guy.This place serves both and they are quite tasty, I also tried the cheesesteak which was tasty as well. As for the service, I want to give a huge shout out to two standouts: Scott (this guy really knows his beerology (my term) and Morgan ( I was very impressed by her knowledge of Uncle Nearest (which they serve). This place definitely makes my list when I make my rounds.CheersJGJG

The food and beer was okay, nothing to write home about. Had an artificial/chain restaurant vibe. There were some bops in the playlist.

The food was excellent, however our waitress was completely oblivious to what quality service means and forcing 20% gratuity for her to be on her phone or chatting up her coworkers instead of doing her job is extortion. She barely deserved the 10% I was planning to give as tip per her performance. Also, makes your servers lazy and incompetent, paid by performance is exactly that. My wife has been in the industry for years, and is a Manager at a local restaurant here at home, this was awful point blank period.

I went to a private event and it was pretty good. They have different arcades and games. Pool tables and ping pong tables. The beer and cocktail selection is good, with many options for all kind of preferences. Im not giving 5 stars because I dont know how it is like on a regular basis.

Had a wonderful time. It is nice to have a adult game room in RVA. FOOD was great, service was great, staff very friendly and professional. Can we get some slot machines? Not really sure how gratuity was added to my ticket for 2 people without my knowledge.

The outdoor area was open and fun. Pets were even allowed. People were inside excitingly playing arcade/pinball machines. There are a number of beers to choose from and the staff invitingly explains the menu. Street parking is whats available. It was an enjoyable experience.

Very chill, comfortable yet an exciting energy in the place....I didnt order anything...but I did experience the games...I genuinely enjoyed my time there with my entire family...& Theyre ALL grown up now.

Has a good amount of outdoor seating, and many of the tables have their own little fire pit so can sit outside even when it gets colder. Very solid craft lagers.

Cool spot. I think that they did a good job with all that space but definitely could use a few more games and maybe more couches for lounging. But overall, great place!

Great beer, retro vibe. Scott’s Addition is one of THE best brewery districts in the USA and Bingo Beer is a solid choice on your pub crawl! Outdoor drinking available with social distancing. Great giant tater tots!

I don’t know who’s in charge of making the playlists here but they’re doing an absolutely incredible job. My jaw genuinely dropped when I heard some the hidden gems they were playing the other day.Oh, and the beer is good too.

Our waitress was nice, we were seated quickly and our food was brought quickly as well. The food tasted good, even the kids ate more than usual lol the only complaint i have is that the cook should read the tickets better. My son wanted his burger a specific way and our appetizer was wrong also.

Great beer and always a good time. Bar food but good bar food mix that with beer and Arcade games makes for a good time. Staff is also quite kinda and responsive even when they are busy as holy god.

Lots of options at bingo beer. Arcade was a lot of fun and a big outdoor patio.

Attentive and proactive service from all of the staff. Felt like a VIP. Rather extensive menu for a brewery. Bingo Lager is really good. Ive been to a lot of breweries throughout the state. Bingo is among the best overall.

Beers, pinball, old school.video games, and quality food with good portions.I went for lunch on a Monday, so I cant say how it is on a Friday night but I had attentive service from knowledgable staff. The buffalo brussel sprouts are delicious and spicy without being overpowering. The burger was on special for $5 and was a way better version of some SoCal burger chain that certain people cultishly adore. My only criticism is the lack of dark beers, no porter or stout. The masala beer was spiced deliciousness and I thought their best offering at the time. I would gladly go back.

FIRST TIME EXPERIENCE, came in and was seated and told the waitress it’s our first time hear and that I just wanted to eat, drink and play games. Asked for a four pack of alcohol and was told to pay upfront because people have left before without paying for alcohol so I was stereotyped. Paid for it and proceeded to drink while playing games then was told by the manager what I was doing was illegal since it was to go and was talked to rudely about the situation when it was the waitress that said I could get them in a bag and drink them there. The manger then proceeded to stare at us and hover over us while we were playing games and picked up one of our drinks without asking that was not finished after taking out the trash around us without gloves on. Overall the experience was BAD all I wanted to do was drink play some games and eat and I could not do any of this due to the fact that I did not feel comfortable. We finished our games and left and did not get anything else. Will never come back ,watch out for the Blue haired smurf manager he will ruin your fun.

Scott is an excellent bartender, took my niece for her Birthday and we all loved it.

Food and drinks were ok but made one of our friends leave after the hostess sat us and was already sitting at a table (outside on the patio if I might add) because she wasnt wearing a mask. But it was fine with the hostess when we came in and explained she has a medical condition. I get refusing service but we should have never been seated in the first place then. Oh and the person that was being interviewed for a job there didnt have a mask on either as she was leaving so guess masks dont apply for employees here.

Taking no more people on wait list at 4. Yes 4. We drove from Lynchburg for this place. Never again. Not to mention that we saw 3 empty tables just while we were standing there.

I have been a regular there since they opened - always fantastic Brews and food - great safety protocols implemented-crews walking around cleaning/disinfecting games-- outdoor patio open--ALWAYS A FUN PLACE!!

Maybe you should close down on Fathers Day if this is the best you can do. 25 dollars for a cold T-Bone, I should have known better.Sat down ordered drinks and got them 20 minutes later. Got our order in and waited another 25 minutes and half the food was cold and half the food hot.I walked up to the host and asked if it would be okay to order our drinks from the bar as we noticed our waitress was alone and working at her own pace and maybe the ring in his nose punctured his brain as he was a complete pe$#@ and rude.Overall it really deserves 1 star today and it was saved due to the other three visits were very good experiences. By the way we all rolled silverware at our table after watching the host struggle with the remidial task, so not only rude and slow, but also probably making too much money for his effort.Lastly come here when its not a Holiday and a Sunday and enjoy great beer, good food, and usually good service.

This was my First time ever coming to bingo beer and my experience to say the least was terrible. Me and my boyfriend sat down and when the waitress had approached us we were enthusiastic to let her know that we had never been and we needed a bit more understanding of how the arcade , food, and drinking experience would be. Her communication was in a rushed manner leaving us with unanswered questions and a bad understanding. My boyfriend decided to buy some beers and was told by the waitress that we could carry them around the arcade area and drink them as well as enjoy playing. A few minutes later we were approached by the manager who was expressing his concerns about him drinking and playing in a distasteful way and we were also told that it was illegal for us to be playing while carrying around our drinks which is already a lack of communication between staff. He had also told us that we were still allowed to finish our drinks even after the nasty comments about not being able to drink while playing the games. My boyfriend and I decided to finish playing in the arcade because we had already purchased a game card , while we were finishing playing the manager kept going around in circles and even picked up my drink with his bare hands to see if I had finished, even while the whole restaurants has COVID signs up about being precautious and safety. On top of circling around, he ended up just sitting at the bar and watching me and my boyfriend play the games which made me feel very anxious and ready to leave. Will never come back after the way I felt and I hope other people don’t have to experience this restaurant the way I did.

I have normally enjoyed Bingo in my past experiences so Im not sure if the stress of Covid has dampened the vibe but it was not the same. We had made reservations for our group of 8 celebrating a bachelorette party. We went to 3 other brewerys in Scotts Addition before we had to rush and make our way to BINGO before our reservation time or we would have been charged $10 per person in our party. There was not many people there so when we arrived and were seated outside and were curious if we still would have been charged even with the space that they had available. . .I had dropped my mask somewhere along broad st. (racing to get to BINGO on time) and I walked in and asked if they had an extra mask and the guy up front was rude and said no- you have to wait outside. However, the nice ladies at the front that had also greeted us rushed to the back to find me a mask and I was very thankful for them. Not sure why the guy was so rude, but what ever. I wasnt even THAT drunk. hahaTheir pitcher of water is pretty heavy so be careful when filling up your friends glasses- The Mojito was pretty damn good though, Ill give them that!

Was a fun place to spend the night. They are taking COVID seriously and wouldn’t allow a group that was in line before us in because one person was refusing to wear a mask. There is plenty of outdoor patio seating and the drinks were pretty reasonably priced. I just wish that the rules were enforced indoors because there were plent of people walking around without masks on once they got their drinks.

A nice little spot downtown, with a ton of a fun arcade games and a nice atmosphere. Bartenders were friendly, place didn’t get too crazy, and the food/drinks were great! They can bring board games to your table upon request and have old arcade machines in the back of the bar. Not really any room for dancing, but that’s my only qualm.

Tons of good microbrews on tap, a small arcade area, and outdoor games on the patio. They have cornhole, kong pong, jenga, connect 4, and more outside. Plus the arcade area has pool and ping pong. Theres lots of room to eat there was well. Fun, friendly atmosphere

What a well executed concept: brewery meets arcade with junk food galore. Imagine trying to pack a state fair into an old warehouse and youd roughly get the idea.All the machines are synced up to credit card like system that makes recharging a breeze. Theyre priced to keep the adults drinking but there were plenty of happy kids of all ages milling around.

Sunny lunch out on the patio is the best while social distencing.

Me and my girlfriend decide after getting off work we would go get a beer and maybe play some games. The string on my mask broke when I went to put it on. My girlfriend had her mask on and when we entered the establishment I figured they would have a mask I could buy or have but instead we were refused service and told to leave even tho while sitting no mask is required.

Awesome little place with a welcoming atmosphere and great food and brews. Will be back if I’m ever in Richmond.

The food here is surprisingly good. We ordered one of everything from the appetizer menu. Everything was great but the best of the bunch was the salt and vinegar pork rinds. Skip the fried pickles. It’s too much breading and not enough pickle. As a big fan of soft pretzels, this was the best one I’ve had in a long time. I liked the mustard better than the cheese which is unusual for me. I’d go back just for the food.The drink we kept ordering was the housemade ginger beer and vodka. It goes down so easy. Give it a try.I didn’t play any games but we did use the photo booth and enjoyed that.This place is huge. It gets pretty loud in there. I started to lose my voice after a while from trying to talk to my friends. They could definitely use something to absorb some sound.

Bingo is a top notch bar-cade experience in Richmond. Spacious, good food, good drinks, fun games, convenient re-loadable game cards, & gorgeous outdoor patio area. Gets a little noisy and crowded easily despite being spacious and parking lot fills quickly so plan to find street parking. Overall fun place, great for meeting up with friends or a date. Highly Recommend!

Loved the food, and loved the atmosphere! Sam, our server was frickin phenomenal! The 80s arcade games are on point. Outdoor games on the patio is a must when the weather is nice like tonight. This was our first visit and wont be our last. I will spread the word on this place. Make sure you try the bingo nachos!

Overall a great new addition to the Scotts addition area. Nice atmosphere and plenty of room to walk around. Food seemed pretty average, but the in-house craft brews were good. This place has a lot less games than circuit arcade bar, however the pool tables and ping pong were a nice touch.

The Graffle is phenomenal, the Black Lager is one of the best Ive had, and my husband and I both liked Premium Mitten (which is odd because we never drink the same thing). The service was great, I love the atmosphere, and the games were cheap and fun. Overall great experience, will definitely return!

Ive been in a few times since COVID began and staff has always been complaint and helpful. The food is great, the beers are great, its an outstanding business.

I give this place a star for their atmosphere and fun idea of games. But their service was terrible. It’s Sunday around 5 pm and I waited at the middle large bar for some service. I understand if you’re busy so I’m fine if I have to wait. I waited and waited. The guy even saw me. Didn’t say anything I kept waiting. Some people came up behind me and the bartender came over and serviced them immediately. I don’t give many bad reviews but this was not a good experience for my first visit here. My husband and I just left, walked out. We also will not be back. Customer service is a huge thing for me and this just left me baffled.

Bingo is definitely one my new favorite spots around Scotts Addition, with how popular the area has become having a large space and bar space is absolutely needed and they definitely have it. The food is amazing and having the full service bar is nice if you dont like beer, but I will say the beer they brew is just as good as the other breweries in the area. Then to top it off having multiple old school arcades to keep people entertained is awesome. Im looking forward to the patio come spring and summer definitely going to be visiting more often.

Dank food for a brewery/arcade. Atmosphere is pretty nice. I was very bothered to find out some of the beers were 12oz without being listed as such- hopefully they’ve changed the menu to include this.On my first visit it wasn’t obvious that they brew the beer there and that’s the only beer they offer. So I think making the brewery aspect more apparent would serve this place well.Overall I have enjoyed my 3 visits and am excited to see where this place goes.

For a friendly fin place from family to friends WILL ENJOY BINGO BEER CO....Something here for everyone... One of my MOST favorite places in Richmond.I highly recommend you stop on by... You usually find me near tbe Pinball....lol

We had a great waiter for our table. He got us what we needed when we needed it and the beer was pretty good. There was a good selection of their own beer rather then 6 IPAs and 2 other types of beer. Glad that they have a diversity. Dad loved the catfish and the wings were pretty good as well. Thanks!

Less busy than the Circuit, but fewer arcade games. They also have a real bar(unlike Circuit) If yoy prefer to interact with an actual person. Their beer is good and they have some decent food on the menu. It does.make for a fun place to stop in and hang out with a beer

Decent spot. Some Retro Video games. Pop a shot. And some others. Food very decent. Above average for sure. Good Beer. Severely limited liquor options. But overall good spot.

Huge props when an honest mistake is made, they quickly reached out and offered to fix it. Definitely will go back and give them another shot. Good food, good service, very fun atmosphere!

Nice cozy atmosphere

My first experience was amazing! Sam in the kitchen and Justin at the bar are two awesome people. Customer service was excellent.

Would not serve alcohol to me because I showed a Canadian (Ontario) Drivers Liscense. Stated I needed a passport or military ID. This was after serving me a drink and told me to hand it back and they dumped it out. I am almost 30 and my drivers license reflects that.EDIT: i hope the reply realizes that the Ontario License DOES comply with the below stated. It has a signature, height, weight and age plus a photo and is issued by the province which is equivalent to a state. Also many bars in the area around (including the one right beside you) accepted my ID without question

We had an event for 60 people and everyone had a blast. The management and staff were so attentive, the food and drinks were delicious, and even though the gaming was open to the public, you didnt have to wait too long to play anything. The venue is great for events and nights out.

Excellent dogs, beer and service. The music was a bit on the loud side, but very cool place otherwise. One of the few places Ive seen in the area where you can play ping pong, which is a big bonus.

Had a fun meeting here with new clients and all enjoyed the atmosphere. Especially the pool tables and old arcade games. Ill definitely do this again. Thanks!
