Manager is a grump that seems to have forgotten he works in a customer centric business.Went to return a life jacket after using it once in 2 weeks and no longer having the boat it was purchased for. Was told to “grow up”. Sounds like the cries of a businessman stuck in the age that has been overtaken by more successful business models that understand working with your customer wins in the end. Returns are part of retail that keep customers coming back. Needless to say, I won’t be back.

Great, saw an item on line that was on sale from an email they sent me, confirmed it was available on my local store; two in stock. Drove to the store on my way to somewhere else the next day, ask the associate at the counter who directed me straight to item at the isle at the back of the store. In and out in 3 minutes... Happy customer!

This location is not as well stocked as others but has the most needed items. Convenient location for the local marinas

Very nice place to have some stuff for your boat, very helpful people, the only reason I dont give them 5 stars is cause they don have plenty of stock so you need to go find hardware on other hardware stores

My husband dropped his reels off on Saturday afternoon to have some work done on them, and to our surprise got a call the very next day saying they were ready (on Fathers Day to boot)! He makes the long drive to this specific shop because they are quick, professional, and have EXCELLENT customer service! Highly highly recommended! Thank you Rick!

Services sketchy here unless you get somebody who knows what they are doing and knows about boats. Grossly overpriced however they will have, most likely everything you need to do repairs on your boat.

The staff (Chris, Jerry, Dave, Roger, etc) are the most helpful at any West Marine I have ever shopped at.

The staff has always been responsive, seemingly interested in my problems, eager to help in creating a solution, add then knowledgeable about the location of parts. This location is moderate/ small ish sized, vs sausalitos Mega store. But this store sems to balance a bit in favor of the the side of having more boat parts and hardware. Nearby is. Whale pt hardware, so youre very likely to find a complete hardware solution between the two.
