I have been a customer for 10 years, not a great company. all i have had in the past two month has been trouble. They have let me run out of paper 3 times in the last two months. My driver for five years just quit, cause nobody listened to him. Today Im out of hand towels and i wont see anymore for a week. Unacceptable. You can call them and they cant take your call. They just got a new manager in Aaron, who is apparently causing trouble trying to advance himself in the company. He is why my driver, who was great, quit them. Terrible customer service. I was in hotels for 25 years before having my own restaurants the past 16 years, so I believe I know what Im talking about. I have now been on hold for 20 minutes. Jeez.I was contacted within a couple hours of writing this review and assured that there would be a quick resolution to my problems. Of which I was very thankful.

Customer Service Representative for a little bit over 2 years. I worked with the best team and everyone worked together as a team. The location manager was easy going and treated everyone with respect regardless of their position. My OA was the best ever. She has the patience of a saint and helps you when you need it. Is a bit sad leaving. I am going to miss everyone.

Horrible service. Myself and staff members receive our uniforms back smelling like a oil and a carburetor (We do not work on cars). White shirts are dingy. New staff member ordered uniforms nearly 2 months ago. She has yet to receive them in its entirety. One pair of Pants for sizing the first week along with 3 (M) shirts. Shirts were sent back for a smaller size, pants fit perfect so they were kept. A month later the same 3 (M) shirts are brought back, no ordered pants but the one that was given for sizing. We Have reached out to the District manger Jodie on several occasions he has yet to return a call. A customer comment card was left with us a few weeks ago we gladly sent it back to the corporate office and informed them about how unhappy we are with the service. We will not continue to pay for a service we are not happy with.

Tyler made a few sales calls and convinced us to switch uniform providers. He worked with us to get all the details ironed out. We are very happy and look forward to years of working together.

Bryan Vanhorn is our RSR and he is very customer oriented. He makes sure that our mats are placed correctly and flattened as it is very easy for seniors to trip on them. He always checks with us to see if he needs to do anything differently or if we need anything special done. He shares new fragrances of deodorizer as they become available and always asks if we would like to change up. It is very nice to have such a friendly face come in each week, someone who takes the time to make sure and speak instead of just shoving a piece of paper in your face to sign.
