Warning do NOT get your machine worked on here. The service department is horrible. quality horrible. Had some accessories and a heater added to my machine. they left a huge mess and didnt clean anything up. I took my machine for a ride when I got it back and it overheated because they forgot to add coolant after they installed the heater. Customer service at service department horrible. Management will not return my calls.

Ive bought a 4 wheeler and a motorcycle here and both experiences were great. Ken Burt obviously has been doing this awhile and does a great job of helping guide you through the process. Would recommend to anyone whether its your first power sport vehicle or your 50th.

Rexburg Motor Sports is definitely our go to! We have purchased a few atvs and all of our experiences there have been nothing but amazing. Our salesman Richard is is Top notch. He is great with anything you need and always on top of things. My drive there is 1.5 hours from home but with the great staff and Thanks to Richard I will never have a problem making that drive to buy from him!

RMS worked on my dad’s Polaris side by side. He took it to two places it get it running right but it never got fixed. Ryan worked on it and got it running the best it ever has. Jordan was great working with him and addressing all of his concerns.

Called they had four batteries available for my razor. Parts guy was great. Walked in and got a great hello and smile from a beautiful blonde young lady. The parts guy gave me a discount on the battery and it was charged. To top it off the young parts guy carried the battery out for us.

All I can say is its lucky this store is not in our town because we would probably never leave! We came up for a 5 day trip and went in 3 times, bought so much stuff 😂 your prices are AWESOME and everyone on your staff was super friendly and helpful when we needed anything!

Ive had 2 services from Rexburg Motorsports now and both experiences were nothing but unpleasant. The first time I figured it was just an off day and I gave them the benefit of the doubt but now after having gone back today and having worse service, I realize this is just what they do. They are unorganized and trying to talk to them is like talking to a brick wall. The service I payed them to do was done incorrectly and I had to go back to have them fix it and they broke other components in the process that they didnt even bother apologizing for. I understand they own the market in Rexburg by being the only large service center in this area, but I wish they took pride in what they did and treated their customers better.

I was in town from Michigan and if wasnt for there service shop Id not be able to ride my dirtbike because the wheel was damaged. They did what they could and went above and beyond. Thanks again for the great service.

Fairly well stocked parts and multiple brand off road vehicles dealer. It is the only place to go when it comes to OEM. I wish it was open more hours due to the issues while having fun. But I know its not possible to be open 24/7. The service is always very nice and they try to get you what you need as best as they can.

I wanted to compare the Can Am Spyder and the Razer. The girl at the front said she would get someone to help me. I waited and waited and waited. No one even looked my way. They were to busy eating and visiting. I finally asked one man for information about the bikes. No information. So I left and will never go back. The worse customer service Ive ever encountered. Just because I have white hair doesnt mean I dont ride bikes. You lost a sale!!!!

They have a great selection of powersports vehicles-motorcycles, snowmobiles, 4 wheelers, side by sides, service dept, clothing & they have all the great brands. They had a free 3 hour avalanche class that was put on by Ski-Doo that was absolutely loaded with life saving information. And they have a large showroom thats visable from the highway and easy to get to.

My business partner just bought a Can-Am 4 seater recently. I also have a Can-am 2 seater and I was having some issues with it. I tried a shop in Idaho Falls and they didnt figure it out. RMS figured it out in less than 2 minutes and had me back on the trails. They earned my business for sales and service. Customer relations is so important in these times, They get 10 stars for customer service. Very impressed.

I wanted a Honda Africa Twin, as they are in short supply, I got Paul on it to find me one. They were able to order a new bike from Honda and about 2 months later I picked it up. The deal went through well and I am very pleased. Ive bought my last 3 bikes there and Ill go back for the next one!

Took my 2019 yz250f in to have my motor case replaced and my valves adjusted, when i got the estimate they added several other things that i didnt ask for and they then told me when they got the parts it would only be a few days to fix, but its been nearly a month and I still don’t have the bike back, great mechanics and people there but they should really give accurate information on when my bike will be done because everytime i call, they same a few days but overall nice guys and good mechanics.

Had a misunderstanding with a salesman but the problem got resolved. They treated me fairly!

I will say they have one sales guy there that at the very least needs a lot of additional training, that being said Philippe, and Richard are both very helpful and informative. I needed above and beyond sales help living out of state. Philippe videos the machine and sent the photos to me answering questions right away. It’s amazing how a couple people can change your attitude after bad customer service from one who was unwilling to walk outside and take a photo

No response four days later, no return calls, and the back tires that were ordered on Monday did not get put on the ATV. Three times higher service costs than on my new pickup. I bought a sled from RMS in December of 2017. I’ve been less then impressed with RMS. It’s well worth it to drive north or south for sales, service, or parts. They over promise and under deliver.

I just snow checked my second sled here. I have worked with Kaden on both of them and service is amazing. I texted him the night before the 2022 Polaris snow release, he called me first thing the next morning built the sled with me online and got me locked in for one of the first reserved 2022’s there. Would highly recommend Kaden as your rep and Rexburg Motor Sports in general. Cool people, cool atmosphere, an overall 5 star experience.👍👍👍

I purchased a 2020 Yamaha Wolverine X4 XTR from Rexburg Motor Sports in July. In spite of inventory shortages due to the high demand caused by the COVID19 their service was excellent in getting the model I wanted in and getting me out the door to enjoy my new machine. The service department there has always been great to work with and the work has been done right.

Purchased a new CanAm Spider. The whole deal was smooth, and easy from start to finish. Everyone treated me very professional, and knew what they were talking about. Easy in and easy out. I will be back. Thank you.

On 2200 mile trip, chains wore out on my wifes and my bike. Was able to get new chains for a good price but service couldnt get us in to change the chains ( maybe 15 min per bike with proper tools in shop ). They did let us change them out in their parking lot though. Luckily I brought a chain breaker on the trip and was able to do everything else with the tool kit the bikes came with. Nice friendly people and a nice store, but could be stocked better for motorcycle accessories..... wanted to get a clamp on phone holder and hwy pegs for my Kawasaki Versys, but they stock neither for any bikes. (motorcycle shop without Ram Mounts for phones or clamp on hwy pegs????)

Worst purchasing experience of my life. Its been a month since we bought a Polaris side-by-side and we have yet to take delivery of it. At one point we were told they couldnt find it on the lot. No follow-up, no customer service ...a lot of glad handing. So done with this company.UPDATE: after several tense conversations, the company did step up and delivered our machine will all parts installed at 7:00 pm. We appreciated the support of Mike V. throughout the day to make this happen.

I was on a snow biking trip in Idaho with seven other guys (big annual trip). My 2016 KTM 500 XCW has a rekluse clutch. When riding, it was slipping (day one of trip). Loaded it up and took it in to Rexburg Motor Sports. Charged me a $75 diagnosis fee and told be your clutch is shot. No bid to fix and no detail on invoice about what the issue was. Needless to say, I missed riding for the rest of trip. Got my bike home, took it to the local mechanic. I had my bike back same say and they charged me $55 to adjust the clutch. They also confirmed that the clutch was just fine and was in NOT need of repair. I left a written message/feedback with Rexburg Motorsports and head nothing back.

I recently purchased a new Ski-Doo 850 from RMS. I received great service and support while in the store. Even better, I had great service and support after the papers were signed and the sled was home. Thats how you can tell how good a company truly is!

I absolutely love Rexburg Motorsports. I am from Utah and frequent the St. Anthony sand dunes close by. It is nice to have them so close when I forget or break something they are right there and willing to help. Great selection of riding gear and a helpful staff. Especially the service department. Jamie the service Manager is my personal Favorite.

I lived in Salt Lake City for over 10 years and frequented many of the bike shops and dealerships in that valley. Rexburg Motorsports is the most impressive motorsports showroom Ive ever seen. Huge space with just about every kind of motorsport item you could imagine. I had no idea there was such an established facility in such a small town.I recently purchased a motorcycle from them and the experience was fantastic. Richard, Brett, and Luke were all awesome to work with and I felt well cared for. The whole process was smooth, and the service was awesome. Would definitely recommend these guys.My only complaint was the quirky part during the sale where they drag you around to the gear, parts, and service departments, making you sit through a mini sales pitch in each department. That was all an entirely unnecessary sales attempt that did nothing but burn time when I was trying to get back on the road. I really could have gone without that part of the process, but otherwise everything else was grand.

Bought a new DRZ 400 at a fair price and trade in with a smooth transaction. However, when I called about the 500 mile service (oil and filter plus checkup) I was quoted $160!!! That for a $8.00 filter and quart of oil. It is a brand new bike; just out of the shop where I paid over $100 for assembly a few weeks ago.

Good little shop probably a covid-19 thing but they were a bit low on vehicles to sell. It is kind of a transition time too. Out with summer riding and start thinking snow machines.

Google is asking me to rate this place because I visited their website. Haha. However, I have been to RMS in the past. I bought my first snowmobile there in 2002. It was a 1998 SkiDoo Summit 670X. It was used but ran excellent and was a great way to get me into the sport. The staff there were always very helpful.

Went in to get a tire swapped out on my bike and they did a great job for a fair price! They also cleaned my bike for me and were very nice people.

What happened to Rexburg motorsports? 7 years ago we bought a razor from them, great services, willing to dicker on the price, easy to work with, apparently not so much anymore. My husbands friend got terrible service there today. And wanting to charge him for a simple adjustment on a side by he had just purchased, this type of thing used to be part of the service. Very disappointed.

They looked at my bike and fixed the problem, and ordered the part needed.

Fantastic service from TRENT! We called looking for a dirt bike for our kids and he answered all our questions, found us a dirt bike that had what we wanted, and was super efficient when helping us finance it. Not only that, he came to our house (40 miles from Rexburg) to install the Bark Busters on the handlebars at no additional charge. He is friendly and knowledgeable. We will be going back to Rexburg Motor Sports to buy more toys because of him. Thanks Trent!

We ordered a motorcycle tire through them and told them we needed a white wall tire. The tire they put on wasnt a whitewall. When I asked them about it they said the whitewall tired were on backorder until September so they put on the tire that would work. They never asked us about it or communicated with us what they were doing.

When shopping they help when its needed but also wont pester when you are just looking. Great motorsports store.

Loved our sales person, Phillipe but this is the second time weve tried to do business with them. We made a 160 mile, one way trip to make a purchase and came home with nothing twice. The first time the Razer we purchased was suppose to be there in a week and then went to get it they said, months unknown 😳 We ended up going to IF and purchases one in 4 days! Putting trust in them again we called and put money down again on a 4 wheeler that only had 521 miles on it and when we made the trip it had 1470 and was road hard. There was a new one on the floor that some guy brought back, due to spousal disgruntlal 😆 The manger said he was sorry, but really! Wouldnt you want to make it right. He offered $120 off a new one? Wowza!

I needed stock parts for an ATV and was told they would need to order them doing me no good for my vacation. This is the only atv parts store within 50 miles of the St. Anthony Sand dunes a major off-road riding area.

Helpful and accommodating staff. Helped me with my purchase of a 2017 summit x 850. Even loaded it in the truck for me.

Never been google asked me to do this.

Brought my razor in to get serviced and was told that it was a warranty item that needed to be fixed. Received a call two weeks later that the engine was starved of oil and would need a completely new engine. They quoted me $5500 for a rebuild and $6400 for a new block. Got quoted at another dealer $3500 so I had it fixed there. Rexburg Motorsports still charge me $500 for the tear down and diagnostic. Do not shop or get service done here.

I was putting a new Speedometer on my bike and without the fuel indicator I ran out of gas near RMS. I pushed it there and Jordan in the service department gave me some gas to get me home and then some. Service is great. Ive bought bikes from this place, and parts, and had work done. Ill keep coming back. Great crew to work with. Knowledgeable, friendly, and fun.

My overall experience with Rexburg Motorsports was very negative. I ordered a motorcycle at the beginning of March 2020. I worked with a salesmen named Terrell. (Skip to last paragraph for a summary)He originally told me it would be there at the end of March or beginning of April. A few weeks past and I got a call from Terrell saying it would actually be a few months before they could get my motorcycle in. He then got back to me that same day and promised I could get it by the end of April.In the middle of April I called Terrell to cancel the order and see if I could get my deposit back. He said the order would be canceled but he would get back to me about the deposit. He never got back to me and I had to reach out to him a week later.When I reached out to Terrel he told me the motorcycle was still on its way and would be shipped soon (even though I had canceled the order a week earlier). I tried to cancel the order again but he wouldn’t let me. He kept on insisting the bike would be there “on time”.The motorcycle “came” on the last day of April and I asked Terrel to send me a picture of the motorcycle. The picture he sent was not the bike I had ordered. I had specifically order a certain color for the motorcycle and the motorcycle in the picture was not that color. (Either the bike I ordered didn’t come in and they were trying to pull a fast one on me, or they did not take the time to make sure the order was right).In my experience with Rexburg Motorsports it is clear that the salesmen only care about hitting their numbers and getting their commission, they don’t remember or take note of important details, and they will do anything to hold on to your deposit and get you in the door.

Went in for 2 ATVs and was met by Brett. He was great and listened to what I wanted. Got 2 great machines that we are enjoying. Would recommend Rexburg Motor Sports to anyone looking.
