The customer service I experienced at Cedar stone was absolutely amazing. Colt helped me pick out the things that I needed and the way that he handled his customers as I observed was absolutely phenomenal I would highly recommended this business

These guys go the extra mile to exceed your expectations. I shopped three different stone suppliers in the area and these guys gave me a FANTASTIC deal on the stone I picked and then went out of their way to make sure I had an installer...which I didnt when I bought the stone and to make matters worse, it was deep in the fall and guys were trying to finish their existing work before it snowed. Thanks to Cedar Stone I got a GREAT contractor and we got it done. If youre in the market for stone...real or manufactured...DONT GO ANYWHERE ELSE!

REVISED REVEIWTheir compost had rocks I mean big rocks in it. I purchased 2 yards and got over two wheel barrows full of rocks out of their compost I went in and they said they would give me 1/2 a yard for my hassle for my 4 hours on my knees digging rocks out of my garden and never got all of them out really irritating but they would have compensated me a whole $16 for all that work They need a little more knowledge on how to take care of the customer..REVISED REVEIW: I finally got in touch with the owner of the company. He was not being informed about this situation when he finally heard about this he (Kolby) took direct actions to correct the problem i was having with the compost. I do believe that in the future all the compost will not be infested with rocks Kolby respects the customer and their views on his company. He has gone the extra mile to insure this will never happen again. Kolby is a leading example of how owners should take responsibility for their employees and how businesses get operated.

Cedar Stone is a great company to work with! They have a great selection, are very detail oriented and go the extra step for their customers. My experience was with Cindy and she was great! They have definitely earned my future business.

I have walked into Cedar Stone a few times now, and this place is what customer service is all about! Not only do they carry everything you need right there in stock (a huge plus during Covid times!) but they are extremely friendly, helpful and honest. The employees there know how to help you narrow down what you need and make very helpful suggestions and made sure I left with everything I could have needed. I was surprised at the huge selection as well as items I didn’t realize they can order in like wood stoves and beautiful gas fireplaces! We will definitely try to source everything we need for building our new home from them as much as possible as these are the kind of businesses everybody wants to deal with and see thrive!
