This new Harbor Freight location is great! Clean and well lit store, helpful employees, good selection of products, and as always Best Prices In Town! It is nice to have a local store sale items that are priced according to their value. If you need a throwaway tool, or an inexpensive option on a tool that costs double everywhere else, this is the place to go!

I didnt think they sold snowblowers but hadnt been in the new location yet (online is so easy with Harbor Freight) so I stopped by. The new store is great. Packed with customers, which was good to see. I wandered around for 20 minutes and then, because (as expected) no snowblowers I asked the nearest employee who happened to be the manager. He took a couple of minutes to give me advice as well as guide me to local stores that could help me, all the while knowing he wasnt going to make a sale on that item. Cool!

Great new store! I’m very happy that harbor freight has put a store in Rexburg. Fantastic customer service and people that work in the new store. James, the manager, is super! He’s very attentive to the look and organization of the store, he knows the products in the store, and does an excellent job taking care of his customers.

Love going to Harbor Freight. The store is a little smaller than the one in Idaho Falls but offers almost everything the other store has. Highly recommend.

Affordable tools, I like looking for the discounts, and using my cousins inside track discount when I shop there too. Not the best quality, but the hand tools do have lifetime warranty

Its cheap tools for the person that doesnt want to spend all there money on one tool. Most of the time this store has everything you need.

I asked for an appliance handtruck. Girl didnt know that was. Guy went back to the back room to check and left waiting and never returned. They had 4 in the back. A bystander in the parking lot that he bought the same handtruck and it cracked when he cranked it too tight. So it was not the best customer service.

Great place to find quality tools with amazing low prices, weekly and monthly deals and a membership that pays for itself for even better deals.
