Ive been to this Walgreens before for the pharmacy and have never had any problems until today.I was dropping off a package at the photo center today and forgot to double check that it was a FedEx package. I asked the red headed guy behind the counter if it looked like a FedEx shipping label just to make sure.Instead of answering my question, he just made fun of me. He started repeating the question in a mocking tone. Sure, maybe it was a silly question, but that doesnt mean you can treat a customer that way. While he was busy making fun of me, I actually looked the answer up myself on my phone. Some customer service skills we got here.

Pick up emergency medication for our son while we were traveling. The pharmacy staff (Daniel) was beyond helpful and the cashier was super friendly.

Its convenient if its close by but every thing is a few dollars more than Walmart. Walgreens brands are sometimes a good deal.Its a good place for passport fotos but a bit expensive.

The staff at this Walgreens genuinely care for their customers and patients! They have amazing team members available to help you in the photo department with any technical issues or just to walk you through how to make a few prints. The beauty department is so fun! You can schedule a free mini makeover with the super sweet Beauty Advisor to try the new brands No.7 and Soap &Glory. The Pharmacy is amazing. It can be a bit of a wait in line sometimes because they are the busiest RX in town, but they are the busiest for a reason! They know their stuff and always offer you solutions to any issues and can help explain things about your insurance that you may not have known before. Ask about the digital tools they offer like text to refill and more and it will make it a quick trip every time! Best Walgreens I’ve ever been to. Very well Managed!

I think this Walgreens is great! I love when they have sales on drinks and other things. The store was recently re-done so it’s even nicer.

Love this Walgreens so so sooo much! Walking distance of city center and a convenient location. The have an ATM inside the building so quite helpful if youre paying a ticket across the street at the courthouse haha. The service is also so friendly and helpful with anything on your list. Thanks!!

I do not have experience with their pharmacy staff but the beauty/cashier workers have always been wonderful. A great employee just helped me the other day pick out the right color of hair dye and when I had approached her for help she was helping this younger girl find makeup because the girl had said she had never done/had makeup before and didnt know what to get and they were both having fun with it and she was just an overall friendly woman

Visited 3 times while visiting in my trip; standard Walgreens but....ZERO AND I MEAN ZERO MASK ENFORCEMENT. They just don’t seem to care for customers safety; and the community seems to not care as a whole. Sad they just let people walk all over the rules.

I visit this location at least twice a week. The selection of products are good and it is pretty easy to find everything. Checkout staff are pretty nice and pharmacists are helpful. Store is clean.

I LOVE Walgreens! They are small, friendly and have GREAT sales (especially on nuts)! They also have Senior Day every month: 20% off for all seniors. (I get lost in huge discount stores and prefer shopping at smaller stores.)

The day staff for the pharmacy are the worst I have ever had to deal with. They regularly will mess up billing the insurance, forget to fill your order, or take forever to fulfill your order. Also the day staff at the pharmacy are fairly unprofessional when it comes to customer service. They forget to send in insurance authorizations. They tell you bill is higher than it is. Then when you ask them to arrange your insurance correctly they get combative.That said, the evening staff is much better. The Walgreens finally hired a competent pharmacist. I think she is from Oregon. She generally works nights. When she is working things seem to run a ton more smoothly. Customer service is excellent. Orders are done on time. They always bill correctly. This new pharmacist has gone above and beyond to get authorization from my insurance, so I could get my medication promptly. Very pleased with evening staff.

This Walgreens is okay. They are pretty nice and the place is pretty clean, but everything is a little pricey and theres not a lot of products offered. Its alright, I would suggest it for medical stuff, but otherwise most things arent worth it.

Dont get your photos here. My photographer left her watermark off the photos so we could get them printed without issue, but this Walgreens wouldnt give them to me without a copyright release. Apparently the policy is the photo department decides if the photos look professional, and if so you must submit a release. Never dealt with this at another Walgreens.

They seriously have the nicest staff here that I have ever met. One man offered to let me use his phone to transfer money onto my card because I didnt have a smartphone with me. Plus, they are totally willing to let you just walk around and smell the sample perfumes if youre bored late one night.

This is the best Walgreens that Ive used as we have lived in three states. Lines move quickly. I use the pharmacy monthly and the staff is so helpful. Ive been using this location for over a year. They know me by name even though I am only there once a month. The woman that works the cosmetics counter (at least works the counter most of the time) is very helpful. She also tries to find coupons to apply even if I dont bring them in myself. Rexburg is lucky to have one of the best Walgreens available.

Have almost always found Walgreens to be the best place to print photos in town. Almost always they have a coupon online that you can use to bean anyone other price. We have always had a good experience here even when we asked to return a large quantity of photos. Keep up the good service.

I tried to get photos from them.They told me because its media they canceled my photos.Yes one was a BTS member, but not all of my pictures were and one of the pictures was my boyfriend and a picture I took at a fansign, but just because my boyfriend is Asian hes assumed to be a BTS member and saying Im offended is an understatement.Rachel, youre racist.Update: so I went to Walmart and they gave them all to me 🤪

Every time I have come to this pharmacy I have had problems. They take forever, don’t have my prescription even though the doctor says they called and it’s in, etc. I’m tired of going here and will find a different place to go to. If you’re looking for a reliable and fast pharmacy move elsewhere!

This is where Ive chosen to take all my prescriptions after continuous bad experiences at Walmart. The staff here are friendly and quick in their work not waisting your time. Its not perfect and sometimes there is a small wait but for me its never been more than five minutes which I consider reasonable for a pharmacy. Im staying here for the foreseeable future because in my mind its the best option in town.

I ordered some photos online to pick up. They were ready in less than an hour. I went to pick them up and was told I needed a release of liability or copyright to buy the pictures. Either of those things or a CD the pictures are on.So I left. Drove back with the CD. They still would not sell pictures of my son to me because the CD didnt have a release of liability or copyright. Well if I had known thats what was needed on the CD I wouldnt have wasted my time. After speaking with the manager he could care less about me or my issue and sent me on my way telling me no one would sell them without a release. I called Wal-Mart and just picked up my photos no questions asked.Their online ordering service says nothing if needing proof of ownership to print. It requires that you acknowledge you rightfully own and are allowed to print and that is all. When I asked why this wasnt enough evidence for them, the girl helping me shrugged her shoulders. She said that doesnt prove I did have the right to ownership. I explained So because Im probably lying thats why it isnt enough? To which she agreed.Needless to say, I wont be going back to Walgreens anytime soon. Not only did I waste one trip, but I wasted two trips. And both the girl working at the photo counter and the store manager could care less. Well at least the cashier was friendly and wished me a nice day.

Waited 20 minutes in the drive-thru, gave them my wifes prescription only to be told to circle back around to the back of the line and wait for them to get my wifes pain medication. What really irritated me was that everyone in front of me got their stuff without having to circle back and wait 40 minutes to get some pain pills.

Things are so expensive here compared to other places in town. Its nice that its only a couple minute walk from home, but Id rather walk to Broulims to save some money. The staff are also just eh. They dont really seem to care to help unless its the managers, theyre nice.

Absolutely amazing! Helped me with all of the problems I had and knew the answers to all of my pharmaceutical questions!

I just always have long wait times at the pharmacy. Doesnt seem like there are a lot of people, just takes a long time. Wish I could get my meds a little faster.

I have never had such a bad experience with a pharmacy. I have been there 4 times in the last 2 months to get one prescription and its never been ready! I would get phone calls and emails saying its ready and then I would go to pick it up and they said they never had it or never even got a request to refill it. I will never do business with them again. Im going to CVS.

I have never had a quick experience with this pharmacy. Each time I’m dissappointed at how long it takes! I was the only car in the drive thru and it took them 5 minutes to even awknowledge me and more than 15min to assist me.

Pharmacy is slow and understaffed. Overall the Store doesnt carry enough baby items. This is the Youngest Town in America. You would expect a Pharmacy to have things like baby nail clippers etc.

They have a decent pharmacy but they do take a long time to get things together.

I have had good and bad experiences here, and that is why I give it at least 2 stars. Most recently, an employee at the pharmacy overcharged me (by quite a lot!) on a medication. I didnt realize though until it was too late (3 weeks) for the store to refund me. She told me there was nothing she could do about it.

I agree with many of these reviews about the Photo Department... DO NOT GET YOUR PHOTOS PRINTED HERE. I provided proof that my photography gave me the right to print photos, but they told me that I needed a very specific type of written proof (despite not calling ahead of time to warn me or the fact that I had written proof -- just not a printed out form).The staff was VERY difficult to work with and rude. I will never get photos printed here again.

Long lines in the drive through and they are often out of common prescriptions. The staff is friendly I believe they are just understaffed and the wait times are terrible. Weve moved all the families prescriptions over to another store and Ill be moving mine shortly.

I like the location, but HORRIBLY SLOW. My wife who works in the medical profession refuses to go there. I have been waiting at the window for 10 minutes, (Im not kidding) on Friday at 2:11.....no help, cars behind me. Whoops, just got an over the comm..I will be with you in just a minute!. ...2 minutes...deathly slow....
