Ben & Jerry’s is the best!! Very friendly staff too.

Ive come here multiple times now and each time have been greeted by very friendly staff. Theres always several people behind the counter and Ive only encountered 2 people who werent super friendly and helpful (not unfriendly though, just kinda quiet).The ice cream is great, Ben and Jerrys never fails to disappoint, and this location has a decent selection of flavors. Theyre located in a good area too, with lots of local community activity all around. Very fun for a casual evening date/hangout!Prices are a little high, but thats Ben and Jerrys for ya. I saw in the window that they have some newsletter or something you can join that I think gives you 10% off every time, but Im not totally sure about that. Either way, Id recommend this place!

Came here to get an ice cream. Tried to ask about the allergens and was snapped at, so I left. Would recommend avoiding if you dont want to experience poor customer service.

Friendly staff and great ice cream and shakes. Really enjoyed the addicted to chocolate shake. Not really much more to say. If youre craving ice cream and are in the are, then this is definitely your spot!

I am a regular at the Ben and Jerrys in Reston. Great store and Melanie the manager there is very friendly and helpful. I have dietary restrictions and every time I order they make sure theres no cross contamination. Will be back soon!!

Very small portions for the price. Ordered two sundaes and received less than a scoop for each covered with runny whipped cream. Can get equally good ice cream with larger portions at Bruster’s. Yet another disappointing visit to the Town Center. Sorry

Love the location at RTC. Friendly staff, great ice cream and close to restaurants, stores or the movie theater, if you have craving while being at RTC. Staff is patient (my daughter sometimes takes a while to decide) and always has a smile on their face. Love their give aways. Met the owner and manager, and both are very friendly. They are great at helping out the community through sponsorships or fundraisers!

I went on a late night ice cream crave run with my friend and I asked the employee if I purchase pints of ice cream, will I be able to get 3 toppings to go and he said yes. As I was looking at the pints, I noticed the flavors my fiance wanted werent available. So I told my friend that since its not available I would just do individual orders. When I got back to the window, PETER said I can do the flavors you want in pints for you. I didnt even know he heard me! I was so surprised, impressed and pleased on how attentive he was and his willingness to meet my needs. I hate going to ice cream shops because I feel the employees are short and rude. But PETER definitely changed my mind today. I will definitely be going back! GIVE HIM A RAISE AND A PROMOTION!!! HE DESERVES IT!!! the only thing I felt bad about is that the other employee told me I can only tip in cash Which I didnt have. But next time I go to Ben and Jerrys I will make sure to have cash on me. Thanks Ben and Jerrys Reston town center!

Great experience. I got a fresh waffle cone, with two scoops of ice cream--phish food & a chip off the dough block. Both were delicious. Chip off the dough block was easily the better of the two. They even gave me a bowl of water for my dog.

Another customer gave me the brilliant idea of buying a pint of ice cream instead of individual servings. I was able to skip the long line by doing so.

Best American icecream ever! Guys you can say what you want, but when it comes to American icecream, ben and Jerrys wins!

Nice place, most of the time crowded especially evening, you need to wait for about 5 minutes to get your order.Negative point?Expensive, extra sweet (I mean more than required) , too much stuff in an ice cream that you cant taste a real touch of the Ice cream.My opinion of course.

This Ben & Jerrys is super tiny, good luck getting in on a hot day. But it has a bit of outdoor seating, and the ice cream is good!
