I called to ask questions about the passport services they have at this location and Zach truly had the most level of professionalism I have ever come across. Fr the way he answered the phone to responses to my questions and was also knowledgeable and friendly. I envy this location on how well this encounter was and could only hope my business and workplace could be this professional

FedEx Ship Center typically averages about 3 stars for their service, but on this special day I refused delivery of a late package. The representative could not give me a receipt for the package, but said she would place a note that it was refused. FedEx re-delivered the package two days later, without any note or markings on the package. I caught the driver, and he pushed a few buttons then scanned the package and wrote RTS on top before it finally shipped back to the sender. This FedEx Ship Center was a waste of my time, fuel, and effort.

I have been coming to this Fedex location for many years. I have always been satisfied with their customer service and attention even when they’re very busy. I do my computer work here printing, pass port pics and I have them laminate pictures and posters for my family and I. Great location and a little less busy than the mid town branch

Great experience with shipping a difficult and large group of packages! I had a group of 7 large and awkward custom made boxes with expensive art and technology to ship to an artist using her account number. Nothing was easy about this shipment and I had to come in 3 days in a row (because of my own needs, not on them) to get it done. Each time I came in the staff was helpful, answered my questions, and didn’t get frustrated when I inevitably added a layer of complexity to the shipment. The staff eased my worry and didn’t make me feel like I was being difficult. Plus, I feel confident that everything got done correctly. One of the times I came at peak package time, so I had to wait a while, but it was worth the time the staff then spent with me to ensure everything was squared away.

Pretty decent place for all of your “Shipping” goods needs – they always have in stocks boxes in size I need, all those “wrappings” and heavy-duty tape. Service sometimes slow due to limited workforce on duty and it popularity. Parking is easy!

This FedEx Office is located near the intersection of South Virginia Street and Neil Road and is adjacent to the I-580 freeway exit. FedEx is FedEx. The staff is friendly. My ONLY reservation is that this particular location gets incredibly busy at certain times. At lunchtime and at shipping cutoff, there is going to be a line and you will have a wait . . . potentially a long wait. At other hours, its not a problem. If you can time your dropoff for these other hours, you should be fine.

I started using them to ship instead of USPS. I have so far received very courteous service with a smile and had all my questions answered. It can get busy on occasion. Any wait is due to making sure you get what you need.

Great place they even have comouters and scanners you can use for personal work .

I needed to drop off a returned package but I had my baby in the car and couldnt carry them both. I called ahead and the staff was great and said they could help me when I got there. Once I pulled up I called them again and then came right out to my car to grab the package since I couldnt carry baby and box at the same time. I was dreading going to fedex, but they exceeded my expectations and did an awesome job!

Very professional and streamlined shipping service. Julia Is absolutely a rockstar at her job. Literally the fastest I have ever been able to ship internationally (not even 10 minutes and it usually takes 30+).

I am glad I went there because the documents I needed printed were a different size than I was expecting and they caught it for me. The employee left my flash drive in the printer by mistake but I went back to mail out said documents after getting them notarized and they recognized me and gave it back. Great customer service from everyone I dealt with and the store was clean.

Ive read other comments by customers. I was there with no one in the store and one person was busy with a customer on the phone. I wasnt put off by this a little patience goes a long way. The gentleman was happy to see that I wasnt upset over the slight delay. Where have we gone as a society that we cant have patience. The service and all my questions were answered once the customer service rep was free. Just because you dont get out in 2.2 minutes doesnt equate to bad service, bad service is bad service. Learn to be more patient and make life less stressful for others.

I brought in a package that needed to be returned to the original sender. It was essentially a very heavy box within an outer shipping box. The outer box top was opened on top so that the clerk could see the box contents. He said that he didnt know if he could accept the box. He asked a supervisor for assistance and she stated that they couldnt take it back because it was opened. I suggested that I tape it shut. She said that they still wouldnt accept it because they arent sure if all the contents are inside. So I asked, Hypothetically, if I taped it and brought it to another fed ex, they would accept it? The supervisor said, Yes, I suppose youre right. So instead of that supervisor helping me and taking care of it, here I am lugging a heavy box across town to a different fed ex. Thanks for nothing, Fed Ex on Neil and Virginia in Reno!

I havent been to a kinkos in a while. They have all the copy machines you need as well as printing. Its self serve with a credit card. The agents are also very nice if you need help with anything.

This has happened several times. If I ask what time the last truck leaves for the day, I am told 6pm. If I drop a package off after 2-3 it doesnt leave that day, and is not scanned and doesnt show up as received by carrier until after 6. So, if its the afternoon and your package must go out that day, go someplace else.

Zach was by himself yet provided EXCELLENT customer service and showed me how to use the self service fax machine.

Extremely annoyed. Went for a print to ship my package. Dave printed 20 pages. None were correct. Waited 25 minutes. I asked a girl if she could help and ignored me. So I told them I needed to leave.

I ship a lot of packages from this location and they are always courteous and efficient! Store manager always goes out of her way to help the customers!

Terrible Customer Services. I stood there for 45 minutes waiting to pay for two items about one week ago. Today, I stood there for 15 minutes, trying to pay for a binder. Even two employees saw me standing right in front of the cash register waiting, they kept on doing their own things and ignored me. I ended up put the item back to the self and walked out. Will never go there again. Not for service, and definitely no purchases.

Printing made easy with there self serve stations.

First time here and EVERYTHING IS BROKEN. All 3 copiers out of order + the black and white printer. Big waste of time.

I rushed in 5 minutes before closing, but the customer service agent, a lady, was gracious and very helpful. I needed to print out some documents for the next day.

Waited for 30 min. The clerk kept helping people behind us. Completely ignored us. Never again!

Manager was rude when I tried to ask a question. Sorry for needing help Randal...

With the exception of at least one good employee which Ive interacted with before there, this store is over run by a couple of rude female employees who abuse having a job, ones the manager and the other speaks Spanish.

Make sure you watch them put the right label on the right box. Multiple screw ups cost me big $ and time.Don,t leave the store without checking that your package is properly labeled!!!!
