I got an Ube ice cream with vanilla cake and condensed milk mixed. I loved it it was just right not to sweet, they had an option of many different topping. Amazing ! So good I visited twice during my stay

I don’t know what this is. There is barely any cake and no sauce or red bean sauce. You have to eat halfway down swirl of ice cream to stir bottom. I wish they would incorporate the sauce and cake throughout the ice cream. Like the picture they show advertising their product. The containers they use do not accommodate this so all you get is the choice of four flavors. Next.

This is my second time visit here. The last time is around 2 years ago. It tastes really good now! I love their sesame and Thai tea flavors! Although it’s kinda pricy, it a good place to have some desserts!

Hole in the wall place. Thai tea and ube are definitely a must. If you want to splurge, go for the sundae one which includes soft serve vanilla ice cream and chocolate cake and strawberry sauce bottom. Pictured are the thai tea and sundae. Very refreshing on a hot day. Very friendly staff as well. Will be back!

We walk in and immediately notice there is a smell. Like when a fridge stops working. That stagnant air. There was a fan on. And it was very warm in there. The plants on the walls were dry and dying. The guy that helped us was very nice. We ordered our stuff and sat down. We wanted to give this place a chance. After we left our friends even said that they hope we dont all get sick.

The soft serve is really good. The Black Sesame/Coffee swirl was awesome. Wife had the Ube and said it was very good.

Ice cream was good, texture was creamy and flavors were unique but muted, I was expecting something a bit more standout. cute little shop, owner/lady behind counter was nice.

Came here for my birthday, was blown away by the flavors and the service. Best of all, the Princess Mononoke soundtrack was on the stereo and that’s literally my favorite of all time. Maddie was super helpful and so nice! My wife and I had an amazing time, we will be coming back frequently now!! Best desert in Reno!!!

Social distancing couldn’t stop us from trying this new spot for ice cream and cake in one!!! It was the perfect portion and palate of tastes that leans on the side of excessive. Yet, these were AMAZING!Got a stamp card as I exited. Def will be coming back! Will recommend!

The only downside to cake and ice cream is that the portion is so large, youll have to eat it in the restaurant (if you walk to eat at the riverfront, get a bowl!). There are no child sized portions and these are Asian flavors (matcha, ube, sesame etc) so your choices will be somewhat limited for less adventurous eaters - perhaps vanilla ice cream with strawberry sauce? We loved the taste and the vibe!

Ice cream on cake.. whats not to love? I got the black sesame on vanilla cake. Yummy. I like how much ice cream they give, 5 rings baby! Place was small but clean. Polite service.

KRĒM use to be the best ice cream spot and I was a weekly regular! I want the original owner to know he was amazing. But sadly he made the mistake of selling it to some live laugh love type people who werent even friendly when I came in with my family. Now service is one thing cuz we all come for the ice cream. But even that was ruined. Ube tasted like straight up vanilla and was already melted by the time she handed it over. Before you start thinking of all the things youre gonna do with your business in the future, worry about the now with your products?

Perfect! ...and worth every penny! We were in Reno for one night and decided to look for gourmet cupcakes for dessert. All of the bakeries were closed so we decided to give this unique dessert shop a try. The customer service (even during this stressful COVID period) was top notch. The man taking our order took the time to explain the flavors and recommended some flavor combinations. Its true there are only a few flavors of each item (ice cream, cake, and sauce), but there are many possible flavor combinations. The soft serve is not overly sweet, it is very creamy, and are unique flavors you will be hard pressed to find anywhere else. In a nutshell, I would describe this place as Asian Fusion Craft Dessert. We spent $15 for two perfectly crafted desserts, which I found to be more than fair especially considering the strawberry sauce was made in house (it was delicious). My only regret is that I didnt get to try their Black Sesame ice cream (wasnt available that day). Thank you for the new experience.

Some of the best ice cream in town with really unique flavors & of course you can get the ice cream on top of a bed of CAKE! The owners are awesome & very friendly too. One of our families favorite places to go for a cold sweet treat!

For Reno peeps out there, try out this new dessert place. It’s a soft served ice scream with bits of cake at the bottom and a sauce of your choice as well. You can choose one of their four selections or make one of your own! It is definitely something to try! flavors my fiancé and I picked were “I love you matcha” and “Ube be Baby” 👌👌👌 I personally liked the chocolate cake with the ice cream 😍P.S. they can add Pocky sticks to those pocky lovers out there!

For such an unassuming little ice cream shop, this place was fantastic. The flavors are definitely out of the ordinary, but the Matcha and Black Sesame blew us away. Definitely worth a visit!

The place is really small but it doesnt have an intimidating feel. Its cute. The menu consists of maybe 5 orders plus the freedom of customization. They offer free ice water and games while you sit in their lobby. The neon sign is great for selfies, since thats what a lot of people look for these days. The ice cream itself was so good too! Def worth the visit.

Love how soft the ice cream is! The cake and sauce afterwards leaves a savory taste, too. Picking different combinations of ice cream, cake, and sauce is fun.

I was surprised that they only had 4 flavors of soft serve. (two of which were flavors that were described as very popular in Asia. I had no idea what they were.) The vibe was way too hipster for my tastes but thats my issue. We felt that the soft serve was a bit grainy. However, I must say that the staff was super friendly. Id go back if I was meeting people there, but I wouldnt go out of my way to go back.

Love this place great on explaining what things are. An even making something not on the menu. We went in for Chinese New years. An the gave us red envelopes.

This is a sad, over-priced soft-serve, with very limited options. Definitely not recommend.

This place was fantastic! Great environment with a good amount of seating for the busy crowd. Flavors were delicious. My sister and I got Ube/Thai Tea and my hubby got Vanilla with a cup of Thai tea. We will definitely be back!

First time here, a little pricey for what you get but the flavors are good. We tried both the ube and the black sesame. I liked them both but the wife preferred the ube. I think I would stop by again for just the soft serve flavors the have without the cake and sauce for a lower price but I dont think that is an option.

This is our go to place every time our family wants to go for a treat. They have the best flavors for soft ice cream. While waiting and eating we also play UNO in our fave corner and turns the night into a great family time!

We stopped here because we were shopping next door and were so impressed! The gentleman behind the counter was so kind, and immediately offered us samples without us even asking. The two we tried (and ultimately ordered) were the ube and black sesame. They were delicious! And that swirl! The portions are also huge, so even though it was ~$15 + tip for the two of us, we definitely got our moneys worth.The cake underneath was also great, not dry or overpowering, so it was perfect with the bits of soft serve that melted down onto it. We were also given a stamp card, so well definitely be back, especially when to try the specialty flavors when theyre available!

A pleasant surprise in Reno. A bit pricey but the soft serve ice cream is very tasty. They have black sesame, ube (purple ice cream), vanilla and green tea. It comes with toppings (cake and fruit) and you can add sprinkles on top.The server was very kind and offered samples.

Ice cream/cake is delicious and the service is even better! KREM is very clean and welcoming, everyone should try it. My boyfriend and I go here and each time is better than the last. Keep up the great work!!

The ube & matcha swirled soft serve was delicious paired with vanilla cake drizzled with condensed milk. I would not order it in their signature plastic cone thing, we almost knocked ours over and at one point the base detached, order it in a cup!
