Love this target! Great selection of goodies and food! It gets busy most of the time, so I recommend going in the morning or at night.

This Target is super nice. Clean, employees are nice. It has a parking structure. The store is on the second floor. Ive never seen a parking structure for a Target.

This and most targets are a waste of time....they never have things instock despite what it says online. Trying to call to talk to someone who can answer a basic supply question is impossible. Do like that you can check out in electronics, only positive about this store.

This is my first review EVER. I am making this review because target has THEE BEST EMPLOYEE EVER, that employee is Jeff. He is extremely helpful and nice, definitely coming to this target again. What a cool guy !

Target has a wide selection of items to order. And it is close to my house. I like being able to order food quickly and drive a short distance to have it placed in my vehicle. Like every other food pickup service there are items that are out of stock. My only complaint is I wish there was a way for them to tell you it is out of stock and recommend a substitution instead of finding out item was canceled when you pick up your order. The staff are very efficient and nice.

I like Target for its affordable prices, good quality, clean and bright stores, big selection of products, nice discounts and savings programs, different options for payment, accessibility of stores in every city, returns and pick up options. One of the best stores nowadays. And during Covid outbreak not only they kept everything extremely clean and sanitized, but they also were giving bags for free ❤

Horrible line management. Was waiting in a line and a worker supervising the line (male), pulled us out of the line saying it was closed. The light for the line wasn’t turned off yet, but he still told us it was closed. Instead of directing us to another line, he just let us be. We got stuck behind another line and when they eventually opened up more registers, he didn’t even try to move people who were in the longer lines to the newly opened ones. Terrible. The cashier named Morgan(I think thats his name) was pleasant and gave excellent service to me and the 2 customers ahead of me. Even when one customer asked a question about something on his receipt he didnt get snappy, nor did he let it affect his interactions with the rest of us. He even neatly folded all of the garments I purchased, even when I told him to dump them because it didnt matter he said I always feel bad putting them anyhow. Can every employee be like him!?! As someone that used to be a general manager, I am a stickler for AT LEAST good customer service, so when I see someone go above and beyond, Im in customer service heaven. Keep up the great job!

Its so nice to just drive up and have someone put the things youve ordered in your trunk and then drive off. And the staff are so nice and polite.

Great Target nearby the Southbay Galleria

This Target location is huge! Although the returns line was long when I arrived, help came shortly after and everyone waiting was helped within 2 minutes. This place is tucked back behind the Galleria, so you might miss it if its your first time. Covered and outdoor parking is available and a Starbucks and Whichwhich location both reside inside.

Good choise! And large parking zone. Its very comfortable

Dont bother doing drive up here unless you plan to wait 15 minutes for them to bring your stuff out while theyre too busy talking amongst each other with all 8 drive up spaces waiting.

This is a good target, big, and too much stuff. Not much more to say. Since the invention and use of self-checkout, they have less terminals with checkers open, but that has happened everywhere in the last couple years. Nothing to complain about at target. Prices are sometimes higher than walmart, but this store is clean, well-kept, so we use it.

Efficient and diligent workers. Please do not allow homeless peope to camp out inside the store. Everyone has the right to shop in the store and LEAVE, not loiter in it. This is the second time Ive seen them go in and pretend they are shopping, but just hang out there. I will take a picture next time.

Price match is Targets best offer to have customers spend at the store instead of competitors.

Plenty of covered parking which is lit up at night. Wide aisles. Starbucks inside. Elevators and escalators available.

Horrible target. The whole place was gross and unorganized and the women’s restroom was appalling. Nothing was restocked or organized. Don’t go to this target.

I hate to say it but Target should seriously screen their employees who are AT&T reps.I was speaking with my friend on a private conversation she was inquiring about a cord for a phone. She was explaining this to me when the AT&T rep offered her a trade on her phone and if she was to do that the 12 would only be $100. I said to my friend be careful Now here is where he becomes unprofessional he starts talking to me saying she doesnt have to be careful, I told my friend read the fine print and once again he starts talking to me via cellphone, which my conversation was with my friend not him he rudely says to me that he knows what he is doing and he is an AT&T rep. A representative of any AT&T or otherwise should not engage in conversations which he is not included. I was greatly offended by this. In the near future AT&T should retrain their reps and teach them to stay out of a customers phone calls and just some advice to anyone who is thinking of purchasing or trading in your phone at Target you should goggle Deceptive Sales by AT&T Reps, also AT&T Target rep Scam its public record

This place is a bit far from where I live but I will have to say... it is worth the drive! I always feel welcomed and cashiers are very nice.

Employee would not get the item from the back say that I have to come back tomorrow for them to restock it even though they have it in the back and its easy access

Horrible lines all the time. Management need to hire more HUMAN cashiers and don’t just have the self-checkout cashiers. I went on a regular day and only two huge lines to pay. Disapointed.

The guy scanned my phone when i arrived over an hour ago and I still havent recieved my merchandise. He went to scan other peoples orders and got them going quickly. So disappointing. Why would they message me saying my order is ready when in fact it isnt even ready at all.

Warning...Do Not Trust Their Hours of Operation. They say they are open til 9pm, but they changed their hours at the store and have not updated the correct hours online for the past several months since Covid. Maybe they could update it? That would be really helpful.🙄

Nice large store with a wide selection. This is a 2 story Target and its on the upper level, the bottom level is parking. There is plenty of parking both inside the structure and outside. The staff is always nice and helpful. Theres also a Starbucks and a Sandwich place inside if you want to grab something to eat.

I like how they have variety of things and the place follows protocols when it comes to covid-19.

I HIGHLY recommend drive-thru pick up. It was convenient and easy (and saved me money by not going into the store and impulse buying).

Prior to coming to this Target, I had went to two different Targets before looking for the Cocomelon Doll, and thankful this Target had a lot in the back.

Fantastic Target. Easy to find items and customer service is great.

The parking structure has adequate space yet it does seem highly maintained in cleanliness. The self-checkout was relatively simple and easy. There are escalators going up and down as well as stairs. It was well ventilated with cool air.

Just example what California became even in nice area - all employees there Hispanics, same as vast majority of customers -hispanics with their countless obese children!☹️ So disgusting - everywhere Mexican language /its not Spanish people speak in Spain!/. Store is actually pretty clean.

I actually live closer to the Torrance Target, but prefer this location. A little harder to get to because its hidden at the back of the mall, but this location feels so much cleaner and seems to have more parking. Not much else to say, its a Target.

Some cashier need more training..as well as the receipt need to show the total counts as well as receipt by Home depot or Costco. I used 4 gift cards with $40.- of cash for this morning shopping. And found out the receipt was wrong by some item which I bought one but got charged in twice, also Ive my own Sprouts shopping bag...but still got charged $0.10 for plastic bag fee?

Love this Target! Its open 24 hours and has everything you could need. They have a great food/produce section as well as a lovely home section. I have been a real fan of the Target Cartwheel app which lets me see if there are any coupons on items that Im already buying! Lots and lots of parking too. Theres parking in front of the store as well as a structure at the back of the store. They just put a Which Which in as well!

An excellent sized Target. Its not two stories all like it appears. Instead they have extra parking on the first floor and all the merchandise on the second. Maybe because they have a ton space, but this target always feels less cluttered than the other targets in the area. Makes for a peaceful shopping experience. They have plenty of cashiers so you came be in and out quickly.

Called this location 3 times during a non-peak time to see if they had a certain item. Selected the correct department, phone rang for 5 minutes before it kicked over to the operator. She transferred me back to the department, and it rang for 4 more minutes and then hung up on me. Called 2 more times, and it rang for several minutes with no answer and then would hang up on me. Drove to the store to find out they dont carry what I needed, asked guess services whats going on with the phones, and the girl assured me that they answer the phones right away. It was not busy and there were several employees standing near the service desk just talking. None of them seemed the slightest bit concerned or apologetic.

I ordered bonus packs of underwear 7+ 3 and got regular pack 7 . When picking up order the shelves were not included. I had to ask for the shelves the cashier didnt seem to know How to handle making sure all the items were in the order . The woman helping him wasnt much better. There were no appoliges as to wasting my time.

Pickup was very easy and comfortable

Ordered online for pickup and said it was going to take 2 hours. Here I am 4 hours later and my order hasn’t even been processed. I even called and asked and they couldn’t even give me an update. Horrible.

I work at this Target. I think we are the place to shop. If a guest has complaints, we do everything possible to fix it or make it right within our power. Im a cashier. Our store has no doubt the most polite and helpful cashiers hands down.

Your basic Target. They had what I wanted! Unfortunately, bathroom was absolutely filthy. Line was long and very slow because cashier was holding up line hawking the Target Red card. I recommend using the self checkout to avoid this.

Several employees stocking the shelves said hello, which was a nice start to the morning but the 5-star stocker was Daniel. He was restocking the beauty section and asked me how I was doing. I said okay except I have a cold. He said, Have you tried Zicam? I said no and asked what aisle it was in. He told me, then said, You know what. Ill go get it for you while you shop. He promptly came back with cherry and orange flavors for me to select from. This is an example of STELLAR CUSTOMER SERVICE, KINDNESS, AND CARING, also resulting in an add-on sale for Target :-). Kudos to Daniel for going the extra mile!!!

Has a variety of regular food items, but, Wish there was more Organic fruits & vegetables, Cloths at fraction of cost compared to other high end stores.They stay open late, which is totally great. I wish more Organic coupons were available without having to use the Redcard.. I wish they made all organic hot foods.. for those who wish to eat healthier.. and store is bright and clean on day I was there Nov.15.2017

I waited 3 hours and the order was still not read it said it was so I went and I waited and they still haven’t brought so I went in the store and it wasn’t even ready so I had to get everything myself and also they didn’t have anything I asked for

I LOVE TARGET. The Redondo Beach location is one of the best and my favorite store in the South Bay. The store is always neat and organized but more importantly the employees are awesome, friendly and always helpful when I need them.

This is the closest Target to my house, but I would rather shop at one 12 miles away for a better shopping experience. Most of the time the store shelves are disorganized and/or out of stock. Plus, the lines are always long; they don’t seem appropriately staffed.

Area is not clean, no music, very boring atmosphere, very little workers to help, poor customer service at service counter

OMG!!!!!!! This guy/man named Oliver, attended me he works around the electronic section, and I highly recommend him as manager and to pay him well . He wasnt rude like other people because I just ordered something from Pizza Hut and they hung up, but Oliver was someone different and like I said recommend him as a manager and to pay him well he is a nice guy/man and he is really sweet. love him

Don’t ask to pick up any of your online same day ready orders here. Even if your e mail says you have several days to pick it up, someone here at this target in guest services will cancel your order if you don’t pick it up the same same day. Thanks for ruining my daughters Christmas target. You’re the best.

Honestly, everytime I walk in here youd think its Black Friday. Dont ever expect a quick in and out trip. There never seems to be enough registers open, and it seems like there is always someone who doesnt know how to use self checkout.That being said - parking is abundant, and even if you have a nice car you can park in the back of the garage away from everyone else. The store is clean, and the staff is friendly and helpful.

Update: some staff may not be as friendly this year. Did not make things easy last 2 visits.Great customer service from Laurence (electronics) and guest service guy (I’m sorry I forgot your name) who worked on 3/25/18 at 4pm who helped with my Iwatch return! You guys are awesome. Saved me the worry and time.

This is one of the best Target stores in the area. Always very clean and tidy. The staff is knowledgeable and can always help me find what Im looking for. Aaron in the electronics department is particularly helpful and has helpes me find many hard-to-find electronics/games/collectible items.

As much as our family enjoys Target, this store is mediocre compared with the other ones we visit. Their Nintendo Switch never works. Employee says its broken but Ive heard its been off for a while. Hope they fix it soon. We ended up trying and buying Aces somewhere else.

Store is not as big as the others Good location friendly folks has your basics stock. Like the check out arrangements much quicker then the store nearer to the beach. Store more relax then the others

I like coming to this target, mainly because its right down the street from me. Never had any problems the staff are always nice and the store is always stocked with what I need. Pharmacy staff is also really great when it comes to questions and having my prescription ready.

I was in and out of the store within 15 minutes. I picked up A HDMI Cable. An Employee Helped Me locate The least expensive one. Thanks for the Great Service. Awesome Employees.

Not the greatest store layout, but it seems to serve the local community well. Decent pricing, shelves were relatively well stocked, and was asked twice if I needed assistance. Plenty of people shopping around a holiday weekend and seemed to be carts with all the household and party essentials.
