I found the staff to be VERY helpful. I needed supplies for my husband at a different location on short notice and they came through for me.

Just as the other reviews state, this company is a great disappointment! My mother has had this organization provide a condensed oxygen machine for her sleep apnea. They just informed her of an outstanding balance of nearly $300 from 2014. They also refuse to provide an updated version of the machine or send a service technician out to provide nasal cannula tubing until the bill is paid. What is most puzzling is the fact that no bills have been received from them regarding this amount due that is almost 4 years old!We will be seeking another service provider.It is unacceptable for a company to refuse to continue service to a patient with a medical need. Especially when this billing issue is clearly a problem stemming from this organizations lack of follow through and improper communication with the patient.UPDATE: Sept. 2021 Currently, my mom is now disputing a mark on her credit file indicating that she has been sent to collections by Lincare. After looking into the matter, we have found that her private medical insurance was never billed for the services that were sent to collections. Furthermore, my mom was never notified of the debt prior to being sent to collections.Once again, this is another example of how Lincare deals with their clients. If you want to be treated poorly in your dealings Lincare, stick around. Otherwise, avoid the ongoing headaches and frustration and choose another provider. Take care & God bless.

Ive only had a couple minor problems with the office staff. The delivery drivers, on the other hand, have always been the best! My guy, Bill, is the best of the best!

Horrible company. I use to work for them and they treat their employees terribly. They treat their patients even worse. They have no concern for their welfare as I and others I know have experienced. RUN AWAY

Lincare in Redding, California has been nothing but nice and helpful to us.

Horrible place!! They push and push you to get medicine you don’t need. They lie and said doctor ordered it!! I was at the doctor and the woman who works for Lincare said one of your patients is ignoring my calls, then proceeded to say my name in front of waiting room!!!

Horrible customer service. Paper work gets lost. No communication. Dont care about their customers. Sad
