Very disappointed in their new staff and service. I was a former patient and really liked the program. However they cut back on Redding hours availability and it became more and more difficult to get in for weekly B injections. Im now working all week out of town, but I stopped in last week to see if we could work something out with our new schedules. The woman who helped me said that she could get me in on Friday afternoons and since it had been last June that I was last seen, I would have the discounted start up rate of $165.00. I told her great, let me grab my calendar and Illl stop in next week. When I came in today, I was told (by a rude receptionist), that I dont qualify as a returning customer, they dont know who gave me that information and, I quote I dont make the rules.My husband and I left - it wasnt only about the price increase as much as it was about not wanting to start doing business with someone that is treating us like that from the first interaction.

Best spot for snax/sneals.
