Pro Garage Door did an awesome job repairing our garage door. They made an appointment the same day and finished the repair with new parts. The service technician was very knowledgeable, polite and fast. All that for a great price.

I was adding weight to the door by adding insulation so I figured it heeded to have the spring adjusted. The technician looked at the door and decided it needed several adjustments and the cables replaced dur to ware. As it turned out, we did not need new springs. He did the adjustments and repairs. The entire experience was pleasing. The service was prompt and courteous and I would recommend Pro Garage doors to service your doors.

First of all, they answered the phone. It was so nice to be able to make one phone call to obviously office manager, and she was able to link me up with a technician to talk about what my issue was. Someone was sent out the very next day and solved my problem in under an hour. Very professional very helpful and I would definitely recommend them!

We cannot say enough about the customer service and response time we experienced from Pro Garage Doors in Redding. My husband was having problems with his door opening only working sporadically. We changed the battery in the remote and the problem still existed. We called Pro Garage Doors and they had a technician at our home the next day. Aaron was through and could see that it was time to replace the remote. He quickly went to work programming the new remote so it worked properly with both garage doors. He also conducted a tune-up of both doors to make certain everything was moving and working properly.. Aaron was very friendly and efficient. Thank you, again for the quality customer service.

I run multiple houses in Redding and, as such, I’ve had to work with many contractors over the years. Pro Garage Doors is, without a doubt, one of the absolute best contractors I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with! I pitched a job to nearly every garage door specialist in the city. Nobody would take the job; in fact, all of them said it would be impossible. All of them except Pro Garage Doors. When I pitched the idea to Nathan, he told me he loves a good challenge, he loves what he does, and he would take the job despite it being very unconventional. He gave me an incredibly fair price, and he was so pleasant to work with. Honestly, I was suspecting that the project might take a couple days to complete with how complicated it seemed, but he was finished within a few hours. Nathan and his team at Pro Garage Doors were great to work with:Pros:They did a great job during pre-sale explaining the options and costs. The ultimate costs were exactly as they quoted.The door itself looks great inside and out, is lightweight and well insulated.They were able to find a 16 foot garage door in stock so we did not have to wait for the extra long Covid-19 lead time.They gave us the option of installing an opener that we purchased separately, or one they recommend and sale.They install a plastic/vinyl weather stripping on the outside of the door that so far works very well.They had to splice one of the weather strips and we did not like the way it looked, so they grabbed a longer one from the shop and installed it at no extra cost.They set aside a few parts from the old door that I asked them to keep for me and hauled off anything I did not want.Cons:The only negative is that to order a new door right now takes at least an extra month due to Covid=19.

I had called around town and found Nathan to be the most helpful and he easily accommodated my schedule to come out and measure for a new door. He had samples and was able to give me a reasonable price. The installation went well and he cleaned up the area when he was done. I would highly recommend using Pro Garage

They fit me Into their busy schedule, for an estimate which I really appreciated.They sent out Aaron, and he was incredibly professional but also very friendly. He managed to repair everything in a timely matter, and they quoted me a price that was reasonable.I would definitely call this company again if my garage door needed to be repaired or replaced. They work with excellent, and have a value for the people in front of them. 12/10 stars! I’m am so impressed and blessed by this company!

I spoke to Nathan on a Monday. He originally told me it was going to be the end of the week for an estimated repair as they were booked every day. I recently moved into a new home that has a three car garage. One double door and a single door. There was no opener for the single door, I was interested in adding an opener for it. In checking for a new opener, I found that there are some new laws that regulate garage openers for good old California. I decided that I would get a new opener and have it installed where the exiting opener is and have the exiting opener installed on the single door.I decided that I needed a professional to do the job. Amazingly I found Nathan of Pro Garage Doors on Yelp somehow, when doing a search for garage door installers. Nathan explained what was needed. Nathan & I scheduled a date for the new install/swap. He arrived on time and he had both garage doors equipped with openers in a very short amount of time. His work is exceptional and the install is perfect.I can say that over the years, I have had need for new garage door openers and garage door accessories repairs. I have to give Nathan an A+ for his work. Nathan truly is a professional and his work is that of a perfectionist. I will continue to use Pro Garage Doors when I have any needs respective to my garage doors. Oh, his fees are most reasonable and in my opinion are well worth it!

Nathan quickly diagnosed the problem and replaced the inexpensive faulty motor starting capacitor. He also gave the entire mechanism a thorough going over and lubricated all the moving parts before leaving. Charges were very fair and reasonable. Called pro garage over the weekend for a broken torsion spring to my garage door, since we have house keys it wasnt a big deal to leave our car out for a couple days. Nathan(owner) called me and let me know he would be there Monday morning to fix it. And he was. Fixed it in about 30 mins. Nathan and Pro Garage Doors really impressed me. I thought my garage door was beyond repair... it creaked and made awful grinding sounds every time I opened or closed it, and almost always woke up my small children when they were sleeping. In only 5-10 minutes, Nathan had diagnosed the problem, started working on a solution, and in no time at all the garage door was completely fixed! Silent with just a slight hum, and moving smoothly along the tracks. I would highly recommend calling him for any repairs or new doors you need installed, he is a true professional and his level of expertise shows in his quality of work.
