Absolutely love big lots! Ive scored some major deals lately including 2 nice recliners for $189! Not to mention the kids love tagging along, by why wouldnt they? The toy selection is pretty darn good.

I needed outdoor string lights, they were out. Good deal on LaCroix & Organic garden soil.

The newer big lots location in Redding is much larger and has a much more expansive selection of merchandise than the previous location across town. The staff are all very helpful and friendly and even when lines are long they dont usually take a very long time.

Great new store located in the former Kmart building. The new location allows room for couches and beds. Everyone that worked there was very kind and polite and asked if they could help me find anything. The cashier was also polite and friendly and efficient and everything rang up correctly. Everything in the store is well-lit and clean and neat. It was a very enjoyable shopping experience.

This location has moved since 2020 its now by Ross, ive had a pleasure shopping here each time. I feel lucky when I find a name brand perfume for 3$ and cheap qauilty socks~ ect

Same store but even better. We now get the treat of having big locks furniture in the new store. The checkouts are a little awkward if you have large items but other than that nice improvement

Poor customer service. The cashiers are obnoxious until the manager is requested. Then they are suddenly customer oriented. The opening ....left a lot of people walking out without merchandise due to malfunctions in the card readers. Stuff happens but cashiers need training in remaining professional.

New store is nice hope it staysthatway,lots of nice furniture,could maybe use a few more employees,those that were there were polite but maybe a little overwhelmed with the amount of customers at 6pm

This was my first time in the new store and probably will be the last! They only had one cashier around 4:15 pm and there were five people in line. The lady in the front had a full basket and we all stood there for over 10 min before they brought up another cashier. I waited another 7 min in line before I was helped. There were 4 employees gathered in the back which looked like they were just standing around talking. I finally was called up by a cashier named Addy to be helped and I expressed my frustration and she replied well the employees in the back were helping a customer she was very rude and did not apologize for the long wait. I left really upset and honesty because the customer service was so terrible I will never shop there again. There are plenty of other places in Redding to shop and this will not be one of them.

Horrible company. They have an F with the Better Business Bureau...read the complaints.

Sometimes. They still had a selection of quality bottled spring water which I went in for, but the small samecans of 🐈 food had been remarked from 33-1.00. After walking back across the floor to ask for a price check she nicely said they didnt have one I would have to take them to the counter saying she didnt think the unmarked. Cans would be a dollar. Well they were so my little cats would not get any this time

Lots of varieties. It was a bit picked over and felt understocked despite it being the first day of the friends and family sale. Perhaps they were busier in the morning, but we got some interesting finds including - strawberry pineapple friend things which were really tasty. As well as some nice bins for a very good price at just 8$ a piece

Very poorly stocked store! Other Big Lots have more stuff and shelves stocked.

Store is poorly stocked, maybe due to upcoming move. I havent been impressed with the prices in a long time.

Big Lots is one of those discount places where you find Bargains On new stuff.At places like this you find great deals on items but if you find something you want you have to grab it right now .because unless its something they carry exclusively you dont know if itll be there again .its generally closeout merchandiseunless it has the Big Lot tag on the box .then you know its one of their exclusive items.But no matter which one it isa closeout itemor a Big Lots exclusiveyou will generally find great bargains there.Like most of these bargain stores arent exactly the best lookingbut then againthats not why youre there .youre there for the Great Deals !they usually have a lot of shopping cartsand the aisles are clear of junkso youll have a great shopping experience.

Very ghetto around that area. Not safe for people who have kids or are by themselves. But big lots have lots of good items for a good price

Big Lots is a great place. It often has things that other big box stores dont have. I love going there because it is always clean and well organized and the staff is friendly and helpful.

Enjoy browsing and finding items here. There are certain things that they dont carry but overall it is a great store to shop at.

Founded everything I needed at a very reasonable price. Large trash can, trash bags, chargers for cell phones, ladies facial hair remover. Good stuff.

Big Lots has inexpensive kitchen supplies. It also has organic canned goods many from other countries. Nice little place.

Wide variety of products at a reasonable price. I love their even dollar amounts with their prices. Organic baby food is also at a discount here!

Staff are always friendly and they have a great selection for being a smaller store. Love it.

If you want weird snacks, discount movies and cheap home decor, Big Lots is the place for you. Its hard to find an employee, and even harder to find a helpful one. But if youre self-sufficient, go pick up a frame, some lawn furniture and off brand jerky snacks.

The cashiers are always kind, some of their products though arent the best , however it is Big Lots and you really shouldnt expect anything more than that. You can find some amazing deals here, its just that the product is going to work or not.

The checkers are always polite, but there is a long line and wait to be checked out.

I used to shop here all the time. But since theyve redesigned the entire store its just not organized as it was before. But they do have the cheapest milk prices in town.$2.88 gallon, cant beat that.

Good place to grab good deals. Need a cheap phone charger or some headphones, this is easily the best place to find cheap electronics
