This is easily the best jewelry store in Redding. I have been coming here for years to get my girlfriend and daughter their jewelry. The staff is very friendly, and super helpful. They have a wide selection, so you will be able to find just the right piece. Last Christmas I was able to get my daughter a beautiful topaz ring for her birthstone at a great price. She loves it. This year I am going to find a pendant to go with it. If you are shopping for jewelry, I would definitely stop here.

This is THE place to go to if youre looking for nice jewelry. Recently came in for an engagement ring. I looked in rough shape but the staff greeted me right away and tended to me. BRYCE was so nice and helpful. He has vast knowledge of diamonds, gemology, and metallurgy. He is also very eloquent in the way he explains different cuts and grades. I needed this ring ASAP. We decided on a Facets of Fire diamond but the band I picked was too small. Michael that handles the QC was able to get my ring set so I could present it the same day. I then came back to get it resized the next day and it was all done the day after. This place is amazing and I truly feel they care about the customer. They went above and beyond what Id ever expect. My fiance couldnt be happier and this diamond sparkles like no other. Theyve definitely got a customer for life and I will be referring people here. Standing here patiently waiting my turn while an associate stands at the front counter, when they noticed me they asked if I was picking up a repair which I was. He proceeded to say let me get someone to help you as I notice each other employee is helping a customer so I say they look busy I can wait normally no biggie but as Im waiting this same associate proceeds to help 2 other gentlemen that walked in after me. Very disappointed in the specific employees actions. I could have taken my business elsewhere had I known Id need to wait 20+ minutes to pick up my resized ring.

I really enjoy stepping into the Goldmart to see the big selection of jewelry and coins. The coins bring my visit and its easy to take an hour or more to view the merchandise and visit with the friendly and knowledgeable staff. I always leave with a smile and a newly purchased coin , come on down and see for yourself ....

Beginning to end, was a terrible experience. Went in for a ring resizing and request for an appraisal; manager was condescending and scoffed at my fiancé buying the ring online. A few days later, I was contacted and told that after they began resizing the ring they noticed major structural issues. I was told there was no way that the resizing process would have caused these issues, but was frustrated that they did not see these issues before beginning the resizing process. In addition, the appraisal came out about half of what we paid for the ring and the manager said thats what happens when you buy rings online. He said if we had gone to him with the money we paid, he could have built the same ring with a much bigger diamond which was incredibly condescending and offensive to me. At this point, there was no way to return the ring as it was impossible to prove the structural issues were not caused by the resizing process, and because the ring had been altered we could not return the ring to get another for the appropriate value. The manager acted like he was doing us a favor by offering to fix the structural issues for free (which he only did when I came into the store in person with my fiancé to discuss the plan with the ring). Finally received the resized ring and one year later, it has a large stress fracture where it was resized. I took it into a different jewelry store and they immediately found one other fracture. I was so excited when I got engaged and was so happy with the ring and felt mistreated through the entire experience.

I really needed to get a wedding band for my fiancé before our wedding in February, I walked in 5 minutes before they closed and they were so nice about it, I even had to look up a picture of her engagement ring to get a wedding band match, (it took me along while to find the picture on my phone) we ended up finding a perfect match, and I ended up walking out with the ring the same night! Everyone is super friendly, and very helpful. Mike, Shay and Sandy We’re all the ones to help me out, but the place had a great welcoming atmosphere (: definitely will go back to buy more jewelry for my wife.

Beware. this store does not show the weight of gold brought in, they just give you an amount that the piece is worth (which is a joke). They tried to tell me a piece I had was worth about 1/4 less than it was! Shrewd businessman, the manager (or owner) does not give honest values. . Make sure you see the weight. Other, honest businesses always show weights!

I just love the Goldmart!!! I receive top notch service every time I stop by. Youll be amazed at their low prices, especially in the estate section of the store. Dont miss their annual estate sale every August. I never thought I could afford a personal jeweler, until now. What a treasure of a business to have in Redding! I cant thank Cheri and Shay enough! They are truly gems!!!

I went in to gold mart two weeks in a row to try and purchase a ring. The first time I was treated poorly by the person waiting on me. The second time I went to purchase a ring I was completely ignored by staff and customers that came in after me were helped first

Not trust worthy at all. They lied to me telling me what I had wasn’t really worth anything. And they would give me $70 But shouldn’t even do that. So I trusted them that they where telling me the truth. Come to find out there where multiple coins that I showed them out of the box’s and asked if they where worth anything. They said no not at all. Are Worth $1000 to $3000. I’m sure they do that all the time.

Got top dollar for my items, including my gold. I was very happy to have been referred here. Thanks again.

I have been bringing my charms for repair work for the last few years, well a third charm broke and I took it in and was quoted $60.00 which was the most I have ever paid and I was not very happy about the quote but the repairs have been great, so I left it there. A few days later I found the piece that was missing so I called to stop the order so I could bring it in before repair, I was happy to save the money on the piece ordered. So when I took the piece in to drop off, I was told that the young lady that helped me did not charge me the correct amount and I would now be paying $100.00 and that’s even after not charging for the piece I ordered. I know people make mistakes but maybe you should have two people looking the repair over before you quote. I was not ok with this and the women helping me, was ok with the loss of a customer. Never going back! Make sure you get all quotes in writing.
