I am using an alias name here. I often print here, but one of the gals can be quite rude. Recently, two gals were rude at the same time. Ive never had any problem with the men. If the Manager knew how rude this woman is, she would probably get fired. This is unacceptable. I am a small business owner and would never tolerate this.

Tianna in the printing department is the best ! She always goes above and beyond to make sure my orders are done perfectly! I have huge, difficult orders and she always is happy to help me. She is friendly, and a pleasure to work with !

If you have to get copies of important papers.or get something laminated or faxed somewhere this is somewhere youneed to go.Theres not a lot of staff therebut the staff there is friendlyand theyre pretty knowledgeable as well. the store is well stockedand the shelves are clean and full of merchandise.the store is well-lit and very clean.so if youre a business owneror just need pens and pencilsdefinitely stop by your local Office Depot.

I was having a problem with a code on a prepaid card. Mike McBryde was so helpful. He immediately knew what to do to get me back in business! I had bought a new Dell laptop but needed a program for an application I use everyday. The code on the card was not legible and it was pretty expensive. (I had had a similar problem with a code last fall with a new Mac book... resulting in a very long phone call with Microsoft and I did not want to do that again.) He worked his wonders all while engaging me in conversation and assuring me he would take care of the issue. WELL HE DID! I left the store completely satisfied, and happy as a clam....with my new purchase and some M&Ms couldnt have asked for more!!!!!! % stars nope a solid 10!

UPDATES:*I ended up bringing my business to another printing shop in town and the owner told me during the past week there are 3 other customer ended up leaving Office Depots printing service and switched to them because of the poor service and attitude of this Newly Hired Manager.Im not making thing up and trying to retaliate your company, I really loved you guys and your company used to serve me so well as a customer. Rather, Im offering objective feedback here.I have been a loyal customer with Office Depot for the past 2 years and easily spend over thousands of dollars with them. I especially love working with their copy and print center, which sometimes is super busy.Yet, Lisa, Jon and Tiana has always been awesome and help me out in a timely fashion and deliver excellent work.But today, I called in and made a simple request which I has made over 10 times already, which is no rocket science, to print 5000 to 10,000 business card. Yet, the lady said its impossible to do that in store and its against the store policy. I was shocked since they have done more than 10 times for me already with no problem. She said You are speaking to the store manager blah blah blah... With an condescending attitude.I CANT CARE LESS if you are the manager or not, its one thing if you think the request is against the store policy, but you are not supposed to answer customers request with that attitude.Im in customer service business myself and I can guaranteed thats not good customer service. I CANT BELIEVE YOU CANT PRINT MORE THAN 500 BUSINESS CARD IN STORE. EVEN IF its the store policy, you should learn how to make your customer happy, like other employees did, especially as a manager.Never do business with them again.TO MANAGEMENT TEAM: you guys should consider hire other people who is good at what they do and knows how to and want to serve client well to be the manager, like Lisa or Jon.

We love Redding OfficeDepot. We shop for computers here first because your guys and gals (Eric, Alan, Kelly etc) are so knowledgeable and helpful. When we call to ask a tech question, we usually get right through to a live intelligent human. Absolutely nothing beats that kind of service.

They require masks, meanwhile they have a hypodermic needle problem in the parking lot. Cant get any more California than this.

Bonnie greeted us warmly and helpfully, or we would be unlikely to return. Three other staff we interacted with were clearly inconvenienced by our presence, including when we first tried to check out. Thankfully, Bonnie was at a register and promptly and cheerfully handled our transaction. As it was, though, we had already opted to shop for other, less urgently needed items elsewhere.

Most retailers will have the basics but its definitely worth stopping by here. Staff is knowledgable and friendly. More than just a pen and pad place there are many office essentials I can only find here. Wish the store was larger and offered more showroom for office furniture.

Customer support is lacking. I took 3 books in for spiral binding at 11 am first I was told they could only do 1 of them because they didnt have the right size coils for the other two. So I decided to leave the one there, I was told that due to the workload it would not be ready till 4 pm. At 4:15 pm I called to see if it was ready. I was told oh uh no it isnt ready probably an hour but if you want to come in I can do it while you wait. I told her I had plans to be somewhere at 5 and would now have to change those plans, I said I would be there at 5pm and asked if it would be ready, ah I dont know. Customer service means working to HELP the customer not cause them problems. OMG its like if you leave it, it will be done by this time yea right if you leave it, it gets put on IGNORE! and we will do it when the customer complains. I am done with OFFICE MAX / DEPOT what ever the hell you call it. The service SUCKS! Period. When I left there I took the other two books to FEDEX Office, dropped them off at 11:30am they said they would be ready by 1:30pm. I got a call from Fedex Office at 12:30 they said both books were done. NOW that is good customer service!

Very messed up online order for in-store pickup. Said online that my laptop would be ready for pickup in an hour but when I called they said it was on hold due to a security check! Even corporate said they had no idea why. Im a law abiding U.S. citizen and born here. Great credit rating. No reason! Had to, after hours of phone calls, cancel my order and go to the store and buy my laptop directly, over the counter, with the same credit card. Weird and highly exasperating!

I get lots of copies made for work & they are perfect every time. Lisa at the copy center is the greatest .

I will never go back. I spent 30 minutes in the store trying to find a day planner and some pens. There were 6 employees and 1 other customer there. I was ignored the whole time I was there and found the items to be grossly over priced. I ended up going to TARGET and spending 1/3 the money for the same items and experienced very good customer service there.

I wish when Office Depot bought out Office Max they would have kept the Office Max builder which was bigger and nicer. I also wish they had kept Office Max prices. I will shop on line from now on.

You have to know your prices. Some items are reasonably priced. While others are absurdly high. It always feels like the place is understaffed. They do however have a good selection of items. I do shop here, but only to buy certain things, and useusly when their on sale.

Convenient location, easy access, easy exit. Staff is friendly, knowledgeable. The only place I purchase office supplies. You can find what you need & its on sale or discounted.

Have been using Office Depot for sending faxes. The employees are always helpful, courteous, friendly, and efficient. I always enjoy shopping or browsing the store.

Received some great help with printers this past weekend from Alan. Very knowledgeable and helpful staff.

Its a bit dated looking, but things are easy to find and the store itself is clean and organized. The lady who checked me out was a bit awkward, but I think she might have been newer so I cant fault her.

Conveniently located, discounted products, friendly, knowledgeable staff, copy, fax, mail center is the best in town, computer access. Ive tried two other competitors whose products were over priced & the level of customer service help was nonexistent.

Clean we lit stores with lots of associates to help. Getting in and out of the parking lot can be a bit tricky as its right next to the I-5.

Went in for some ink. Had no problems. Check out line was a little slow at first but then they opened up a second register

Every time I go shopping for office or school supplies the staff is very helpful and friendly.

Limited selection, pricey chairs and desks. Other than that I love office depot. They could stay opened a little later. It would hurt me, haha.

I WOULD HAVE GIVEN THIS OFFICE DEPOT -0 STARS BUT TO LEAVE A REVIEW THATS HOW YOU START. THE EMPLOYEES ARE RUDE, I WENT IN WITH MY MOTHER AND WERE NO SPRING CHICKENS LOL WE FINALLY GOT SOMEONE TO PICK UP A HEAVY BOX WE SLID AWKWARDLY OFF THE BOTTOM SHELF ONLY A COUPLE OF INCHES OFF THE FLOOR, THEN I WAS TRYING TO SCOOT IT TO GET IT TO CHECKOUT FINALLY A MALE EMPLOYEE TOOK IT TO CHECKOUT FOR US, BUT IN 110° HEAT HE JUST LEFT US THERE AT CHECKOUT TO FEND FOR OURSELVES TO PUT IT IN THE CAR. HAVING A CART WOULD NOT HAVE NOT HELPED, WE WOULD HAVE HAD A LOT OF TROUBLE PICKING IT UP OUT OF THE CART. EVEN THE YOUNG LADIES DID NOT OFFER TO HELP. THE BOX WAS BIG AND BULKY AND HEAVY FOR US. I REALIZE IT WAS THE END OF THE DAY RIGHT BEFORE CLOSING BUT OFFICE DEPOT POSTS ITS HOURS OF OPERATION FOR A REASON. A COUPLE OF CUSTOMERS EVEN CAME IN AS WE WERE GOING THRU THE EXIT THEY WERE TOLD THEY WERE STILL OPEN. THE STORE DONT EVEN HAVE A VERY BIG SELECTION OF ANYTHING ANYONE MIGHT NEED. WILL DEFINITELY NOT BE RETURNING AND SUGGEST SHOPPING SOMEWHERE ELSE. I DONT NORMALLY LEAVE A BAD REVIEW BUT THIS TIME IT WAS RIGHTLY DUE. ☹

Office Depot got caught rigging your PCs with malware so they can sell you undeeded tech support. The government(FTC) has fined them $35,000,000... DO NOT SHOP HERE ANYMORE.
