Great frozen yogurt for about the price Id expect. Cookies are reasonably priced and decent quality. Not the best cookies, but better than store bought.Friendly staff, quick service, not very busy when I went.Certainly somewhere Ill go back to for a treat every now and then.

Kids love to go but its frustrating when you show up and theres a note on the door that they closed early. I dont know if this happened at all the locations but I know its happened numerous times at the location on Eureka way.

Very handsome cashier, he was a better looking Johnny Sins. He actually gave me some money. The word of the street is that if you say tickle my toes 3 times that he will give you 50% off on your icecream. It worked for me.

Very cute homey store very good yougurt yummy .🥰.But the girl working today wasn’t very friendly nor did she really want to help us she rolled her eyes when I asked for our last cookie we got I was honestly very upset and was just gonna say forget it but we had our kids .

Great place for afternoon yogurt with toppings and treats. We love their cookies and ordering platters for companies we work with to show our appreciation. Their products are always well received and now they have 3 convenient locations. Plus, you are supporting a local business!

I actually visited the Sunset Shopping Center location but the owners havent added that location to Google yet. This is a fabulous place for awesome, chewy cookies and refreshing, frozen yogurt. The shop is always clean and the owners are very down-to-eatth; Theyve also supported the local community for over 30 years!

Love this place!! The fresh cookies mixed with soft serve is the absolute best combo! They have unique flavors. Eric is often working when we go and he is the best. This place is a hidden gem of Redding.

Its ok

Met up with family at cookies and yogurt, this being my first time here. Wanted to sample the flavors but found that they dont do that anymore At the cost of the yogurt, its the least they could do. The young girl working the counter has zero customer service skills. I wasnt greeted. She spent the entire time hiding in the back. Decided not to waste my money here. And definitely wont be back.

Love this place

Great little place to have some yogurt and cookies. Who needs a spoon when you have a cookie to scoop the sweet goodness into your mouth. Stays open till the last minute! If you are like my wife and I, we like spur of the moment outings, It means a lot to stay open and ready for business till that last tick.

I have never found a better frozen yogurt place. The cookies are delicious (think Grandmas recipes). The staff/ownership was excellent in service. Top Notch all the way!!

Yogurt? It’s soft serve with high fructose junk. Surprised to see parents feed their kids this junk. No real ice cream. TCBY died years ago for same reason. Cookies are OK. Weird vibe. Workers look miserable. Heaven forbid ask for cream for coffee

Love the decor

The frozen yogurt was good. Unfortunately only the yogurts were labeled. The toppings were not. I am allergic to peanuts and one of the toppings had peanuts in it and I had an allergic reaction to it. Better labels would make this place a 4 star easily.

They have the best frosted sugar cookies I have ever had. There selection of other cookies is excellent too. Every time I come here I buy more than I meant because everything is so good! Highly recommend coming here.

What frozen yogurt place does not give samples of there product. Came in here looking to eat some yogurt and cookIes with my family, was told by the young girl working the front that they do not give samples.You can go to any ice cream place and sample the ice cream before you buy it. This place is so petty for a penny that they expect you to blindy serve ice cream that charges you by weight, not knowing if you will even enjoy it. Just trashy business practice there.This place used to be my favorite in town, but now I refuse to eat here. This place is not worth your time and there cookies aren’t even good. They are usually hard and overcooked.

This is the cutest place! Probably not the greatest quantities of flavors of fro yo, but theyre always good. And the cookies are amazing.

Cute little shop. Lots of really yummy yogurt flavors, and plenty of toppings to choose from! The cookies looked really good too, and they are a nice heafty size. Some great gift ideas, and when we were there, hundreds of Christmas items.

This place is really good! My girlfriend and I go there about once a week. And the price for what you get is really good too.

To the owner... Shame on your management! Today was over 100 degrees, at 7:20pm there was one single employee. Try as he did, he could not keep up. Twenty people in line, machines running out of product. This is not the way management should treat employees! This was my first stop at this business, and my business has been lost. I do not support a business that treats there employees as bad as I saw today. Management should have come in to help. I hope the young man doesn’t have to close the store alone. If so perhaps a different job is in line.

The shop is amazing. Best cookies in town along with the best turned frozen yogurt I have ever had. And for the person that had the one star review of this place, it is a business and you can just eat the samples and leave now that is rude.

I always love a good froyo shop but Ive been to this one twice and both times the toppings tasted really stale. The actual froyo flavors are ok. I guess it would be a good place for anyone who likes year round Christmas decorations, but as for the food, its not great. Sweet Spot is a much better desert place.

Would not reccomend going, there is no option for samples. The customer service is awful and the cashier was very rude. I personally will never go back, this is the 2nd time Ive had this experience. We went in as a group and left before 2 of the other members of our group and then found out that she spoke badly about us to the other members of our group. This worker is out of line

The shops nearby so I visit atleast once a week, everyone is friendly and all their goods are delicious! So many cool nick nacks too. I ended up dropping my cookie like a bafoon last time, and they gave me a free one to replace it. Very nice, definantly give them a visit if you want the best sweets.

Not only is it like the best cookies and yogurt! But its like Christmas all through the year. Theres ornaments and Christmas things that you can buy, along with cookie jars, etc.

It is very small and the mall didn’t let it have seating. Besides that the store was very clean and a lot of pastries. There we not a lot of yogurt flavors and there we quite a bit of toppings. And there was no sample cups but it is understandable.
