Our sewer hose came apart while traveling- we called ahead to these folks on a recommendation from my fb winnebago group as we were heading their direction. They squeezed us in early the next morning to take a look. 3 guys all knew what they were doing and quickly came up with a plan and executed it. It was a complicated situation as the disconnect was in the middle of the underbody above a steel plate where only spiderman would be able to get to. They were efficient and their price was very fair. I would highly recommend them for any issues you might have with your unit! Ours is a class A 2015 Winnebago Brave

They were extremely welcoming and accommodating with an unexpected emergency. Had already driven 2000 miles and not gotten to our resting destination, we were surprised by the lack of “MN nice” at other repair shops, but was blown away by their concern and understanding of the importance of our time schedule and getting us back the road ASAP. Super friendly staff that have a wealth of RV knowledge that helped enlighten us. Went above and beyond!

Kevin was extremely helpful and having the parts I needed to fix my water leak. There is a lot of stuff in this place.

I purchased a new Grey Wolf travel trailer from TowTally camping and I had a TowTally awesome experience. First, I think they have a good selection of trailers. There are good options across entry level to high-end and across some really good brands.The staff is knowledgeable and easy to work with. The financing they have access to is also pretty good. I initially wanted to use my Credit Union but they recently changed their RV terms so I used the financing via TowTally camping and I got the term I wanted and a good rate.I had an issue with a cracked brake light housing when I got home and they shipped a new housing with silicone so I could fix it. I thought they really stepped up to help me out. I would have had them fix it but I live over 2hrs away and I didnt feel like making the 4hr round trip.

Without a doubt this is always been one of my favorite RV dealers. The personal service, the willingness to help, and the attention to detail have always been their strong suit. My visit today was to have a little service done. Once a year I like to take it in to get the roof washed and a UV protection applied. By the way, if youre not doing that you really should. It will add value to your RV and years to the life of your roof. That said, Im always glad to know when Brandon is working on my trailer. He does such outstanding work and Im sure he doesnt get paid nearly what hes worth! Thats another important thing for any business. When your employees get requested by name that means youve done a good job on who you hire and who represents your business. Brandon has always been my go-to guy and TowTally camping has always been my go to RV dealer. If youre not shopping here, its time to make a switch.

Wonderful experience ! Joseph was incredibly helpful in the whole transaction. Not living near Redding, he handled the purchase of our first Rv, a NoBo 19.6. Helped us further outfit for us newbies. Brandon was the was perfect technician. He was very helpful, took the time to walk us through everything on the trailer, answered every question we had.The entire crew, Wayne and Kevin were super friendly. And they were welcoming and didn’t mind letting our three dogs have run of the place. Especially after a 4 hour drive over !

Came by this morning to look at camp trailers specifically Tow Tally because of their great reviews. I stood there for 10 minutes with multiple employees walking by and nobody acknowledged my existence. A simple “somebody will be right with you” would’ve been good. They didn’t seem busy either. Greeted and helped right away at B&B RV. Will be purchasing there.

We bought a travel trailer from them. Joesph was very knowledgeable and not pushy. Danielle was very helpful thru the buying/ paperwork process. Brandon gave us a very in depth tour on the day we took it home and answered all of our questions. Kevin helped answer all of our questions and gave us a fair price on flipping the axles to help the trailer get up our steep driveway. We would recommend!

After a hard rain, the ceiling AC vent in my motor home was leaking. I was referred to TowTally Camping. They told me to come right on in. I left it there while I took my dog for a walk and it was already fixed when I got back. I was very impressed with the quick, competent, and friendly service.

Very nice staff. Absolutely willing to get the job done. Reasonable turn around.

The best. Weve had 10 RVs. Buying from them was our best experience. Now on to motor home.

I can’t tell you how pleased I am with the service here. I took my trailer in for a repair and the team had my trailer finished the same day I took it in. I was anticipating at least a week long wait to get it back. They were on the ball with all the insincere paperwork and the repair team fixed it like new. Thank you guys.

We went to Fort Bragg Mendocino and rented the tent trailer. It was awesome. Very clean. I really appreciated that everything we needed to maintain it while we where there was neatly organized in a bin for easy access. Easy to haul in our 2005 Toyota Prerunner. Even though it did not have a heater the trailer stayed really warm on the coastal nights. I am extremely happy with this company and will definitely rent and recommend them to everyone. Kevin and Danielle are awesome people, thanks for making our trip this year comfortable and worry free!!!

If you want an RV come here to buy it. I dont like dealers and I avoid buying stuff new usually, but the completely relaxed sales experience was amazing and the customer service was the best I have had. To top it all off they are a little mom and pop shop that has great deals. I went there and got a written price. Then I called up and down the state and nobody could touch it. Not even the largest RV sales place in Central Cal. They were competing with places out in Ohio for the best price in the nation. Do yourself a favor and come here first.

I delivered a couple of 25 foot travel trailers here everyone was friendly and courteous it looks like they had a very good selection of units on the lot fifth wheel towable and drivable definitely recommend totality if youre in the market for a new RV

Walked around their lot for 30 minutes with no help, several employees looked straight at me and walked right by me. I had just got back from hunting so if you judge a book by its cover I might have looked like I cant buy but I just did and it wasnt from this judgmental group of people

Great customer service and staff who know what theyre talking about.

This was the worst experience our family of campers has ever gone through.The trailer we rented for 2 weeks was $130 a night and the batteries were always low even after charging them with a generator 3 hours a day. Once the batteries get low, it trips the Co-2 alarm and wakes everybody up within a 100 yards of the campsite.There was also a major flaw in the structure of the trailer cause our trailer was filled with flies everyday and every night(yes everything was closed).When I called to tell them my issues, they basically passed the buck like many bad businesses do and said we must have not known how to camp or something. Mind you we have been camping for close to 40 years, and nothing like this has ever happened before.Its one thing to have bad equipment, but it is something completely different for owners of a company to pass the buck on their mess up.Bad Business!!!
