I checked multiple Businesses to install a towing breaking system for my Honda Fit. I couldn’t have picked a better business for the work. As busy as they are they set a reasonable appointment and performed the work on time to perfection. When I dropped the vehicle off they gave me a ride home and when the vehicle was ready they came and picked me up. Everyone that I talked to was beyond friendly and courteous and the work that they did was to their standard of perfection. Obviously I’m very happy and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend their services. This was one of the best experiences I ever had at an RV shop these guys were professional they were fast courteous and they really took care of business. I got a hitch installed here and normally I am not one to write reviews but I thought this place was so STELLAR that I had to share. From the initial conversation over the phone with Stephanie to showing up to pick up my car with a gentleman named Rizzy... I felt like I had known this group forever. What an astounding group of hard workers and my hitch looks awesome!

I was met with enthusiasm and professionalism. I had blow out on my trailer and had heard that these people new their business and should give them a try, I did, I was told that I might have to leave the trailer overnight, but my tires came in early and they worked a little late and got me back on the road the same day. This place is awesome 👌👏 they were very educational about what was going and what they were doing..kept me informed throughout..and they were able to fix what 3 other shops couldnt...1 of which said there was nothing else that could be done...donuts and coffee were excellent and the shop dog Bea was sweet...the staff was happy and energetic..(great moral).I would recommend this shop to anyone and everyone especially if they have something wrong others cant figure out or dont wanna take the time to figure out...like they say you cant get good work cheap and cheap work isnt good..thank you all...I can feel safe and enjoy my ride again.

The people at All Wheel do excellent work and they really care for their customers. We live in our motorhome and needed extensive repairs. They let us camp out in their parking lot while we were waiting for parts to arrive and then for the completion of repairs. They even provided an electric hookup so we could run our a/c since it was really hot. Weve had no further issues with the repaired items. Were very happy with All Wheel. Well go back if we need any other work and we highly recommend them to anyone else.

Came in to get my rear Struts replaced and All Wheel did a wonderful job. Made sure that I did need them before starting the work. I also got an alignment and Im happy my car is running great again. Completed them quickly, that day and were super friendly. I had called around and got multiple quotes, they were competitive and fair priced. Will return again and will 100% recommend people to their business. Their shop dog was also super sweet and friendly.

All wheel tires set up my motorhome to tow my Honda CRV toad. They were incredibly professional, great communicators, and got the job done. Working with them was always smooth and they were super helpful Every step of the way. It is a 3 Hour Dr. over for me from the California coast, and I will happily make that trip for their service.

If we could give 10 stars I would !! I called in desparation and Daniel brainstormed with us to solve a problem with our truck. He said he has never had our issue come up. We tried his suggestion and bingo!! It worked. We were at the mercy of the Chev dealership that worked on our truck for three days and never fixed the problem. I know Daniel was very busy but he took the time to care about our dilemma and made us feel like he wanted to help. That kind of service just doesn’t exist anymore. Thank you thank you thank you!!!

What a FANTASTIC business! I was shopping around for installation of a new hitch on my vehicle because I was having problems actually getting the work completed at the first business I had hired. The professionalism of every single person I spoke to at All Wheel, when obtaining the initial quote for the hitch, is what had me hooked! I brought my vehicle in on our scheduled day and I was late for the appointment. They didn’t shame me for being late, they just happily got started on the work when I arrived. The owner himself (I found out a bit later he was the owner) gave me a courtesy ride to my eye appointment that I had scheduled for shortly after my vehicle appointment. He was ABSOLUTELY helpful, courteous, kind, and professional throughout my whole experience - even when I had forgotten about my car until after-hours! He and his team made sure I was able to retrieve my vehicle that night and still treated me with an unprecedented level of customer service excellence. I love my new hitch and the price was very competitive. Robert and his team have my highest recommendation and I will be bringing my son’s car there for service soon.

Great team, Dont take your Subaru to Subaru go to All Wheel Alignment! Better and cheaper. Our 2001 Jeep Wrangler got a stoking lift and shocks. I know they did well on ours. Larry at the front cares, everyone else seems to as well. I see expensive RVs getting work done there too. No issues!

I wont go anywhere else ever again. These guys have taken care of me better than you could ever expect from a repair shop. I live in my van full time so when it breaks down thats my whole life on the line. These folks not only went out of their way to put me at ease they even let me stay in my van on there lot, every time I have needed work done. They even gave me water and electricity hook ups!They are honest and try their best to keep your prices down. Not to mention crazy clean bathroom, free coffee, and free shuttle for customers. You should not take your vehicles anywhere except All Wheel Auto in Redding CA!

After taking my truck to several different shops and being told that what I wanted done was impossible, All Wheel Auto stepped up and fixed my truck beyond my expectations. They were supposed to preform an alignment but They needed a bolt for my tires so it Would have ended up taking days to complete while increasing the money I owed them for the job by 6 times. I know this is normal in the auto mechanic world so disregarding that they were still very respectful and professional. Just didn’t work out for my truck

I brought my camper in to have my trailers roof resealed. I was traveling through town and they got me in the very next morning and I was on the road again by 1:30. It ended up costing less then the original estimate so I saved a good bit also. Very friendly, accommodating and good work. Added benefit also being they are a local, family owned business! Im in a customer all wheel for 3 or 4 years now Ive always been happy with their work especially their wheel alignment nobody compares to their wheel alignment and as far as my brakes go I thought I was going to have to spend $2,000 turned out it was only $116 for a little bit of service and checking on them and they were great and they were very honest about not making it more expensive.one thing you should know is this was a motor home 24,000 lb with full size big truck brakes on it and they could have really went after me and they were very honest and didnt give me a good job.

I found this business to be very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. My vehicle was vibrating, after balancing tires twice at another shop. They immediately figured out I had three bent wheels, they recommended a specialist in Sacramento and arraigned for shipping and return of my wheels. Did an alignment, and I have my smooth ride back. Very happy.

We were very pleased with the job that was done on our 2014 Aspen Trail Travel Trailer on September 14th. They checked out everything & were very through, did alignment, adjusted brakes that were tightened to tight by another shop & replaced springs on our RV. I had initially gone to another outfit for service and decided to research other providers. I contacted All Wheel and was surprised by both the cost and, if I was flexible, that they could provide the service that day. I brought my vehicle in for service, I am working from home was happy to know that they had wifi so I was able to work while I waited. They were not able to get my vehicle in as early as they would have liked, and as a result it was finished later than anticipated however, the technician and front desk folks stayed on until the work was complete. I could not have asked for better service and my only regret is not coming here first. And, as an added bonus, in a community that has had its struggles with the mask mandate every time that I entered the office or spoke with someone in the bay they wore a mask. two thumbs up...

I bought my first class A motorhome DP. Although the logs showed decent service, I wanted to start with a clean slate. Although I have some mechanical skills, the task of getting everything done by myself was daunting, especially with the amount of fluids that needed to be changed. I searched the internet for a reputable place in Redding that serviced motorhomes. All wheel had excellent reviews, so I made an appointment. They took me in the next day and only took three days to do a complete inspection, and complete services on the engine, transmission, rear drive, and generator. They did excellent work and were very professional. No doubt a five star review. The only reason Im giving 4 stars is because the keys with my fob were misplaced and they have not been found for over a week now. If they show up, Im definitely changing my rating. Irregardless, I will be using All Wheel for service in the future. Update..All wheel came through big time by replacing the lost keys, two new fobs (which were very hard to find) and fixing a small fuel leak from the generator at their cost. This might be something you would have to complain about at other places of business, but All Wheel gets the big picture (repeat customers and good reviews bring business). Everyone from the mechanics to the front desk are incredible in every way. Not only will I continue using them for my motorhome service, but I will now bring in my diesel pickup for service as well!

We were travelling south on I-5 and called ahead about 3 days to see if we could get a wheel alignment on our 5th wheel. We were scheduled in according to our travel schedule and were able to dry camp on the lot the night before.The wheel alignment was performed efficiently and at reasonable cost. As well, we had one set of springs and bushings replaced.All the staff are super friendly, knowledgeable and made us feel comfortable and at home. Pricing is very reasonable.We are very satisfied with the work performed and will recommend others to All Wheel Auto Truck and RV. Best place for RV tire, axle, brakes and AC service!

This is a predatory business and although I recommended them and had used them for over 20 years I will never go back.I took my nephews car to them for a diagnosis, they took a test drive and told us that the rotors were warped, brakes needed to be flushed, possible other suspension problems. $50 for a test drive is absurd and predatory, they then suggested more money for a deeper diagnosis.No dial indicator was used to validate the rotors were warped, all 4 of them no less and then went to say it might need over $2,000 of additional suspension work that we would have to pay more just for the diagnosis.Also their pricing was ridiculously high for the services they recommended.

Very helpful and accommodating to travelers. Local customer assured me in having found the best place for workmanship, honesty, and fair prices. Indeed, I was highly satisfied. Donnie arranged a next day appointment for 2 RV maintenance items, then printed out name, address, phone # for the third (same day) item. Everything worked out perfectly. While waiting the next day, I saw only satisfied customers and the owner really seemed to like what he is doing. Russell, the mechanic, gave me some good engine tips for the road. All Wheels does a lot of RV work. Thnking of coming back for some custom RV work or getting their references to the best suitable shop. I highly recommend All Wheels!!!

Professional office staff, knowledgable mechanics who work quickly, yet thoroughly. Competitive rates. I was in route, it took a few days to order and receive the needed parts. I was allowed to occupy my coach overnight while they completed the work. Very friendly and accommodating.

Larry was great and Rob as well. They helped us with our front end issues we were having. Along with aligning the front end. They were prompt and called us when they found issues. I recommend them to anyone. Also Stephanie front office was very friendly.

Only the work necessary to correctly and completely diagnose an issue the first time is preformed. I have had work done through the years here. Brakes, tire etc.On my home from Yuma I needed a place to stay. Rolling Hills Casino closed due to the virus. I called Donny at All Wheel. He had no problem with me spending the night.I pulled in at about 435. The staff offered me assistance, helped me park etc. Told me I didnt have to rush out in the morning.I cant say enough good things about this company. They treat you like family.To the staff here. All Wheel is the best RV repair facility we have experienced. Like the large chain RV shops, All Wheel has very broad knowledge of all aspects of a motorhome. What really sets them apart is their courtesy and professionalism, and that alone convinced me to switch from the ubiquitous national RV shop we had been using. But the best part is that, at All Wheel, we pay much less than we used to for both repairs and preventive maintenance.

Ive only been to one other shop (a motorcycle shop in Ashevile) that was as top notch as this place. They arent the cheapest, but they by far offer superior service and are customer driven. Donny and the crew saw to us when an alternator failed during a road trip. They were able to squeeze us in between previous appointments and needed to order parts. To they allowed us to camp in their lot and provided power hookups. They checked in with us, giving us updates and even offered a ride into town if we needed. Our rig is a little older and not quite as pretty as some they had on the lot, but we were treated just the same. Thanks again for the hospitality. Kudos.

Literally the only shop north of Chico (where there is a single shop off of 8th Street) that will touch a modified vehicle. Theres nothing Dodge left on my Dodge front end and sometimes I need a pro to step in and help me get out of my modification mistakes. These folks will do it and do it fast and fair. Bonus point for showing on the vehicle exactly what they were talking about. I live out of the area and drove over 3 hours to get to this shop because they actually know what they are doing. They have also done heavy work for my farm on trailers and the like. No set schedule? No problem, just bring it by and they scheduled me when my work trip was over. Take it from an engineer and a farmer, you cant do better in northern California.
