Don’t usually write reviews but I had to for the bow rack! Great place great people. Be patient because they do get busy and give each customer there full undivided attention. When it’s your turn you will definitely appreciate that great customer service and attention. Great selection of all your archery needs knowledgeable staff and a nice 20 yard range in the back. Plus I got a couple of hours range time with the purchase of my bow. Thanks for everything guys!

You are not going to find this level of service and experience at a sportsmans or other big box store. Youre going to get honest opinions and work 100% of the time.

I took my bow in there last year to have it tuned. When they called and said it was ready nothing had been done to it. They handed me back the bow and they hadnt increased the draw weight, told me my cams were out of timing, and when I asked if I could paper tune my bow there they told me they dont even have a setup to paper tune a bow. So what did I pay for? Then earlier today I called and asked if they had a string and cables for a bow that I own. Alls I got was a probably not and then they asked what my draw weight was,Im assuming so they can look up what cams I have on my bow. After I said the draw weight they hung up on me. Ive been going there since I was 13 years old to do anything with a bow. Im saving my money and Im going to Oregon I hear Dewclaw Archery knows how to treat a customer.

If you want arrows to fly straight out of your bow these are the guys you want to build and tune your setup.

In at 10:10pm, out by 10:30. Had my draw string replaced, peep site placed, overdraw removed, d-loop installed, instructed on proper wrist release use. Excellent service, fast and affordable. Couldnt have been better!

A little slow on service .....but i was patient and waited......and got a great deal on a crossbow and scope.....make sure you have lots of time.......kinda of a good old boy place....lol....didnt remember nothing bout the crossbow even me paying for it......Im 610 and have a heavy southern accent... . Wont be back .....I like to spend my money at local shops but this one sucks ....even with the good deal

Dont shop anywhere else for archery equipment. These guys are experts, and you reap the benefits of their knowledge each time you enter the store. It is not a fast food restaurant.....when you walk-in be patient it takes time to outfit a bow. If you want it done the right way shop at The Bow Rack.
