Hi I came intomy local home depot in red bluff ca today and needed to return a battery that my step father had bought from you guys and you guys would not allow me too return it which is rediculous considering I had the receipt and everything. And they treated me like I was a theif or something. Ridiculous.

Danny at the customer service booth. Awesome. Made phone calls to make sure all items were in order with card carrier. The coupon showed expired promotion when scanned, even though the expiration date on coupon was not. She also organized the pick up of purchased items. Danny and the two young men that loaded our items very polite and most of all HELPFUL. THANK YOU

Recieved assistance from Adam, Connie and Johnny in the Tool Rental department. Extremely helpful. Replaced battery for lawnmower that was under warranty with a better battery. Very professional and friendly. Worth the drive from Anderson.

Quite often when I go into home Depot, if I cant find something and ask an employee I am sent to the wrong place. Example a few weeks ago I wasnt sure what department my item would be in so as soon as I walked in I asked an employee they pointed me in the right direction... I could not find the item so I asked another employee and they pointed me in another direction... I could not find the item and the third employee pointed me in the right direction-------could not find the item so I asked for a manager. About 20 minutes later a manager showed up and pointed me in another direction. This time, however, I had the manager take me to the item. Which he then had to hunt around for - it was on a different aisle. ??!

Guy by the name of Stephen/steven was super helfulHelped my gf and I out for a solid 30 min. Got us in and out in no time. Will continue to shop there

I was inside the store looking for something for my bathroom.5 employees passed me, NOT one of them asked me if I needed help!!Than I went to the garden area, the cashier couldnt tell me what I wanted to tell me about the plant that I bought!!

I have to say 2 stars and im sorry but there is hardly any help when I go in there I am giving 2 stars because the managers are doing their jobs somewhat. Im not completely talking bad about this place but tehama county supports lazy people and doesnt want them to work so were all stuck with 1 star workers... they are still on welfare cause minimum wage doesnt support families. Good job hope depot and tehama county there will always be a need for good workers

Employee Annissa was very rude to me. I understand theres alot of theft in this area but to make a statement like I been working here for a long time, I know your type! ... My type?. Exuse me?? And infront of other customers and co-workers, how rude and how embarrassing, who is she to make a statement like that about me and I had just spent a good chunk of change in the store that specific occasion. All in all I guess I would just say their employees are very rude and unperfessional. That situation could have been handled in a better manner without being so mean.

I love home depot it has all the things that i need for my house there is so many options for fixing inside outside .today i picked up my countertop that i ordered and used curbside pick-upand loaded in my car.all this after i got gardening supply.

Well...its Home depot. So, big box store. I can only assume its franchise. The employees wear masks. However there are no Wear a mask signs or ANYONE requesting customers to wear a mask....pandemic..I obviously wont be going back. I suggest you dont go either. Its red bluff California. They dont believe in PANDEMICS

This location is what you can expect from most Home Depot stores. There are some very helpful and friendly staff and some who are just there, the only real issue I have is the inventory shown online is often not accurate to what is left in store.

Always a pleasure shopping at the Red Bluff store they have all the latest and trending tools and products. Employees are friendly and knowledgeable in their department.

Home depot is horrible place to shop. Absolutely the worst customer service. We all shopped here to save money over the years, now there is no competition. Now its not cheap, and no place else to shop. If we all keep shopping here they are just gonna keep raising the prices. I feel sorry for employees they are under staffed and under paid. Huge corporations are destroying our country.

I drive to this store from Anderson because it is rarely busy. Wide open aisles and friendly service. Right off the freeway and easy to access. The Red Bluff location is preferable to the Redding store and worth the drive.

I like this Home Depot store. Now they even have 10 lbs bags of ice for under $2.00.

Home Depot in Red Bluff always has great customer service. Not sure what theyre doing right there but keep hiring the right people. Every one of ever talk to you is always been willing to help me find a part or give me advice or cut a piece of wood. Returns are a piece of cake and Ive never had any problems taking something back for store credit or full refund. Often times I will find something cheaper online but it just makes more sense to buy it from the store because of their great customer service!

Just for everyones information, WE ARE COMPLETELY LOW IN STOCK OF ALL PRODUCTS. You have a lot lot better chance checking online. Online has more stock and delivery options from delivery to your home for a fee, or delivery to the store for free.

Red Bluff Home Depot. Dwight set up a delivery of landscape blocks on April 7 2021, received a call from him Apr 5th changing the delivery to the 8th. The 8 th was a no show. I called talked to a manager Alicia who told me they didnt even have the landscape blocks in stock. Dwight didnt check. She said they were expecting more on Apr 10th. Just called talked to Dwight who said they havent received them and maybe the 13th and then they would schedule the delivery. This job was started based on the original delivery date. Open trenches, landscape irrigation will be off a week longer than expected. Labor sitting around. Home Depot offered a $100 off the total bill. Unacceptable.

Always home depot when I need construction materials for jobs and home remodel and repair. Decent prices and friendly helpful people to assist any questions you may have.

If you need anything else from any job you can get it there.

I walked around looking for plumbing parts and went and asked for somebody to come help us we waited 20 minutes before my daughter went and asked again by that time it was 5 minutes till closing and we ended up getting the wrong parts

I would like to recommend anybody who goes into the store if they truly need help and want to get something done look for Steven he is the best floor worker. I always ask other people who work their for help and they just direct me from one place to another. But Steven actually takes his time and listens to your needs and helps you figure something out. He is the best makes it worth your trip.

It is always hard to find help when you have questions.

I like home depot. Just wish the lumber prices would go down to where they were.

This is a tough review for me because sometimes I get quick and excellent service but most of the time I feel like Im on a game show in which I have to chase down a maze of isles to find an orange apron only to have them do everything but make eye contact or walk toward me. On the sometime days I get good, quick service I feel like its my lucky day. Its kinda like being in a bad relationship...any morsel of attention now and then makes you feel lucky, but dread the rest of it.

Get the Home Depot app i highly recommend it . It will tell you with pin pot accuracy where everything is...

The store is great but the ladies that work at the self check out are very abrasive and treat everyone like a criminal. Avoid the self check out and youll have a good shopping experience.

The workers really help me most days I go in there. I do shopping for my disabled husband so half of the time I dont know what Im looking for. These ladies and gents take me to the isle and displays. They give me information about products that I find very helpful and if they dont know, they find out. I never regret going there. Thanks Home Depot workers!

I was disgusted with the sheer number of people who refused to wear masks and wanted to walk and shop close to us. At least half of the shoppers were maskless and there does not appear to be any sort of enforcement. Pre Covid visits have been pleasant, mostly.

Home depot is ok. Ok prices, ok selection, ok people. The online ordering makes a surprising amount of stuff available. But, dont expect old school lumberyard service.

Purchased carpet through Home Depot. The experience was unpleasant to say the least. The communication with their 3rd party vendor whom was installing the carpet was inconsistent. the person installing the carpet brought their kids with him, and they sat out in the truck all day. If I had known their were small children in his truck I would have done something about it. Then I find out its a baby and a small girl - in the truck for approximately 6 hours.The carpet was not installed correctly, to this day it is not correct. There was much back and forth with Home Depot Management, about what our complaints were and how and when it would be corrected. we had a new guy come over and assess the problems which included: no carpet padding used in some of the rooms (but I had to purchase padding) the carpet not being stretched amongst other issues. The 2nd guy that came over to assess was a gem. he was very detail oriented and had customer service skills. But still our carpet is not complete and we do not wish to have more people in our house. To Home Depots credit, they did give us a small refund. We could not cash the check according to Wells Fargo at first but his was resolved. You might wish to go with a local carpet provider which is my recommendation.

A clean and well stocked store when I arrive after work. Its entrance is to the RIGHT and the store existing is to the left... I find that odd.

Every trip here is incredibly frustrating. There are never lumber carts available, theyre all parked in the middle of the aisles loaded with the garbage lumber and returned materials. Thanks to the clogged aisles, they are incredibly difficult to navigate if you DO ACTUALLY locate a lumber cart. The employees are largely not knowledgeable about the contents/ location of items. The shelves are not restocked for weeks, requiring you to look at the tops of the racks and try to find someone to retrieve things that shouldve been restocked.Aisles are constantly closed and no one is on a forklift doing anything. The lumber has to be dug through to find a 4x4 that is not C shaped.All our local lumber and hardware stores were run out of business by this worthless big box. Our town deserves better.

Once again.. success at Home Depot. Needed an extension cord with multiple connections. Was routed to the correct isle and got what I needed.

I found everything I needed, located intuitively at the Red Bluff Home Depot. They even had materials conveniently located outside to secure and mark my loaded lumber.

Great place to find stuff. Needed a small set of wood drill bits, they had a 4 pack that fit my needs, a folding wood saw with Japanese cutting edge and a copper 1 inch slip to slip adapter. You can usually find a Home Depot around.

Thats my place to always go for my home repair needs.
