Great customer service today from my checkout girl, Silver, to my bagger Demaris who also helped me outside and , to the girl at customer service desk.

Just average,only thing maybe better you dont have to wait in line as long as lets say Walmart, but the prices for food cost more then Walmart

I know this is a grocery store but we mainly go here when we are in town for the chicken strips the potato wedges and now that I know if you call ahead you can get some of the best fried livers and gizzards I have had this far north I live in Wisconsin but my in-laws live in Illinois close to Rantoul

I like going to this location. I just do not like people whom lie or are to lazy to do their job. Today I called at 1:45 pm to see if they had any Gold Peak Sweet Tea in 6 pk case. The woman at the customer service desk said she sent someone to check. She returns to the phone, she said no their is only diet. I decided to get in the car to go check since I was already headed that way. The whole shelf was stocked full. I was told the shelf had been stocked since this morning. I know one purchase dont matter to much, but what if alot more people was missing out on buying the product. So our Caseys made the money. Twice as much from us then what they would have made from us.

Just dont go.EVERY TIME I shopped there, theres out-of-date items, SLOW AND NOSEY customer service and the store MUST BE the oldest one left under the County Market name.Just keep driving towards Walmart. At least you already know what to expect there.

Prices on a wide variety of items are significantly higher than other local grocery stores. During my visit approximately 20% of the patrons were not wearing masks. Store appeared to be well-stocked.

I love County Market, it is the only place in town I buy meat from..The guys in meat department are the best I can always ask for something if I dont see it in case. Everyone there are so friendly and ready and willing to help..

Enjoyed this Store. Has a wonderful Ford 8N tractor out front. Let your kids sit on it. (I would supervise it though)I was looking for some special items and the staff went WAY out of their way to be friendly and help me look. Sure, this is not Wal-Mart prices, but you can find items here that you dont get at wally world. The Culinary Circle Pizza (thin-crust) is FANTASTIC. I would also try the Chicken Breast Skewers if you grill. This summer, they had seasoned potatoes in a foil pan (a couple of different types). I tried them on a fire in the North Woods and they were excellent. Yes , I buy a lot of stuff at Walmart - BUT, I come to Country Market for some great treats. NOTE: some Campbells Soups tend to be hard to find in stock at Walmart. Get them here.

Good place

Great store, good selection, decent prices, slightly higher than larger chain stores. The chicken at the deli is wonderful. The staff is very friendly, and helpful. Today my silly dog got out of the car, another customer grabbed her, and a staff member made an announcement, and we were able to get my Houdini dog back in the car. Thank you!

Nice grocery store

Got a 3 piece chicken dinner tonight. Mashed. potatoes were hard never had to chew mashed potatoes. Mac and cheese was dried out and nasty. Chicken had the most fat ever seen on chicken. Very sad dinner had to feed it to my dogs it was that bad.

Great store. Meat a little pricey but if you search you can find good prices. Large isles and great produce. Check out quick and checker very nice. Plenty of handicap parking.

Nice, clean grocery store. Nothing out of the ordinary, as its a small store. However you can pretty much find anything you need, quickly and the staff is generally helpful and knowledgeable.

Always Clean, bright lighting, free parking, wheelchair accessible. Awesome deli and produce. Shelves always stocked neatly, and food rotation always. Lots of great sales thru the year, and they have a mobile app. The staff are FANTASTIC, and if you need something thats not available because so many people shop there, go to service desk. They will help you ! I want to Thank Walt Kidder for his call informing me of a special order I placed and I had it in 3 days . It was a vendor item and I didnt want to wipe out the item on the shelf, causing someone else unable to purchase. I update my reviews often, so this is my 3rd 5star review for County Market.

Good variety in frozen dinners section, plus frequent sales. Good variety of Sargento cheese, and again sales. Like the deli for chicken tenders when on sale.

This County Market is better than the one that I usually go to. Most everything was in stock unlike the other stores. When you compare the pricing to Walmart, you will be paying more. I only came to County Market to use the Penny Pincher coupons they offer.

My local grocer for the Rantoul area. They offer most of what you would expect and a few surprises.

Decent prices. Okay selection. Customer service could be a little more pleasant. Still WAY better than going to ***-mart.

This particular county market has phenomenal customer service, an A+ selection of produce and meat, the prices are slightly more than the super Walmart but as long as you look for the sale items and use the monthly coupon, its so much better than having to deal with the acres big super centers. Highly recommended!

Always smells like weed in there and a lot of their prices arent reasonable.

The deli and meat departments are great. The produce is usually pretty good also. I like that being a frequent shopper several of the cashiers recognize you and start a repore with you.

The management people are rude. I notice the prices are a little higher that elsewhere.

Definitely more expensive than the blue store for most of their products. HOWEVER they do have great sales...and great produce and much better meat than the above mentioned store. So if they arent having sales, Ill buy my dry goods elsewhere and my produce and meat there.Their cakes USED to be amazing. They were SO GOOD, and decorated by someone talented who paid attention to not only detail, but also the simple instructions of Green icing please and This is how to spell his name. The last three cakes we got from them made it obvious the amazing decorator was no longer employed there. So we go somewhere else for birthday cakes now.

Prices are slightly higher than Walmarts groceries but not near as crowded and aisles arent blocked with employees stocking. Chesters Chicken at their deli is delicious!

I was at the County Market in Rantoul Nov. 7,2019, as I went through the produce department most of the vegetables were old and the tomatoes were shriveled, I dont mind paying a little more because of the convenience of being in Rantoul but I expect fresh produce. I will go to Aldi from now on.

The store is nice and clean. The aisles are configured in a weird order. Its a small town so there isnt a wide variety of produce and meat. Also they are expensive unless you use their penny pincher coupons or loyalty card. The people are friendly.

Prices are HIGH for the area and city. Good selection of products But High. 12 pack of soda over other stores by $ 1 to $ 1.50. Wow

They finally brought back pick 5 for twenty, however, wheres the meat? Maybe 1 choice of meat if your lucky. Service is great always! And prices? Can find ok deals from time time. Schnucks kicks county markets hiney on deals everyday. Plus they have a different meat deal daily. 4 for $20 or 5 for $20

Good store. My only two complaints about the this store are the hours (Im accustomed to 24 hour CMs) and some of the high prices (particularly hamburger), but its well located, clean and they have friendly employees.

Its a grocery store. County markets with delis carry Chesters Chicken. Its very good.

Prices are a little higher but thats expected in a smaller chain of stores I guess. Staff is nice and helpful and they have most things that Walmart has. The County Martlet brands of things are yummy.
