Excellent eye doctor and staff! Transferred here from another office and so glad I did!! They are some of the kindest, most caring, professional, and sweetest group Ive ever come across. Everything is explained clearly and thoroughly, steps to insure patient safety and well being are handled top notch and they just go over and beyond to make each patient feel special and well cared for. I tell everyone if they need any eye doctor, this is the #1 place to go. Great glasses selection too.So happy here!

Love this Dr and her staff. Their office is super careful about Covid, super clean and they made me feel very safe. You can count on this dr to explain details about your eye care and she answers questions openly and honestly. My cataracts have grown quite a bit and she rushed my referral to cataract surgery immediately. I’m very grateful to this team!

I had a wonderful new patient visit! I was on their wait list and they called me to fill a same day spot 🙂 friendly staff and Dr. Ann very personable and easy to chat with. They gave me estimate for services with my VSP vision plan so no surprise costs. I did opt. For an additional screening due to my age and family history . They let me try on frames and when the costs were a little over my budget they gave me a written RX so I could shop online. I got my new glasses today from eyeconic.com and everything became clearer. No more searchng for reading glasses! Will keep Dr.Miyamura as long as I live in area.

I went here for the first time about a week ago & had an exceptional experience. Ann answered all my questions with patience and knowledge. I found frames I liked within minutes. They have a really good selection, and she also helped me in finding contacts thatll meet my needs, which is still in the works. The major plus is she took her time. & I didnt feel rushed like i did at kaiser. I definitely plan on returning for future prescription needs! Thank you!

Just had my first appointment. The doctor is so nice and patient and seems to really know her stuff. They work with my VSP plan. The woman who helped me find glasses was patient and nice to work with as well. So glad I found this place!!!

Love this place. Our family make a 3+ hour drive to see Dr. Miyamura. Weve known her for several years and refuse to use anyone else because she makes sure you are satisfied and explains everything she is doing so your never in the dark ;). She and her staff are well worth the drive.

They are very warm and friendly. Its never crowded which I like and youre not waiting for someone else to be finished, which I think is good. I like that its just a very nice atmosphere.

They have a great staff and very convenient office hours which is nice. There really isnt anything that I can think of to get them to improve on their services. Everything is great.

Not a great selection but I wouldve still been a patient there had it not been for the front desk gentleman who is very condescending and a bit rude. They just lost a family of 6 patients, just because of his rude demeanor.

If youd like to just browse for frames, this is not the place. Big sign says, Staff Only, where the eyeglass frames are. From a far, the selection looked dated. But hey, couldnt get a good look without a chaperone. LOL

The name optimetric care of sacramento is very misleading, it is a one doctor office only for collecting money. She tricked us and told us that she can treat eye problem that we described to her in detail on the phone. But when we went to her, she had no clue, charged us $85 . Waste of time and money.. she is a fraud guys dont go to her.

They are just here to collect money they dont care about patients. I took my father here they only gave us a natural tears and a scrub which is not a prescription i can get it from any where. It worsened my dad ey problem.

They are very prompt and on time with your scheduled appointments and they make you feel extremely comfortable.

They provide an honest service, they dont try to sell you a bill of goods. Dr. Miyamura and her staff are sincere, they are not trying to rip you off, they try to provide you with what you need, they are just perfect.

I have been to quite a few different places over the years and Dr. Miyamura is my favorite. Both her and her staff are really sweet.
