The best in the business! I brought my 53 Ford Victoria to Audio 916 and I couldnt be more happy with the finished product. Very experienced team, detail oriented, and professional communication. I recommend Audio 916 to anyone that wants a high quality audio experience in their car. I will be a repeat customer for sure!

If I could give zero stars I would. I got ripped off, I spent over $3,000 with these guys just for an Amp and sub-woofers installed. I told the owner I wanted really loud bass. But instead my sound system sounds like 6×9s. I would never recommend this place. They are over priced and the quality isnt very good at all. Plus I cant even listen to my music for 30 minutes without it over heating and cutting off.

Took in my Brand New 2019 Avalon for a system, they did a great job with my custom box to still have all my trunk space by doing a box in the corner pocket of my trunk and very clean job. Had them install JL 12W6v3-D4 and sounds very clean, clean sub bass and let me tell you it KNOCKS HARD. I recommend this shop. Thank You very much.

I had them install a sub and an amp. When they did the install, the tech didnt re-plug a sensor in, which caused the push button start not to work. Instead of double checking his work (like you or me would do when you break your car), they just removed my push start and tried to sell me the failure. Greg told me to sue him if I didnt like it, and claimed it was a recall on the part (which it is not, I have been to the dealer and know for a fact what has been done to my rig), when it was clearly his techs mistake that caused the error. (I have noticed in the other reviews as well that when they botch a job like this, they try and blame the parts/vehicle.) It took me 10 seconds to fix, once I got it home. 5 seconds to remove one panel and 5 more seconds to recognize a missing connector. When I reconnected it, the push button worked fine. Weird flaw on Dodges part that a sensor in the trunk can affect the push button start, but it doesnt excuse the complete failure from Sean the installer (not pictured on the website) and Greg the salesman or owner or whatever he is with his 30 years of experience. I could not recommend this shop less. High markup, zero transparency, they cant/wont/dont tune the system their installing, and and no one there was ever seen wearing a mask. Greg is every salesman you have ever dealt with, all talk, no solution and if it doesnt work for you, well you can just sue him, as hell tell you. Absolutely repugnant shop. This stuff never happened when I went to best buy. Those guys know how to install subs. This is just my experience, but you really aught to shop around before settling on this place. They might break your car and then tell you its your fault.

Pretty good experience overall. I bought a set of alpine type r components, alpine type s components, a Sony 100x4 deck. As well as sound deadening for the doors.Greg did put a bit more effort into serving my needs compared to a lot of shops I have been to over the years. They kept things really straightforward, prices were competitive on equipment.The install on my particular car was quite a bit more expensive than I had anticipated. The original price quote and final price was different by about $250. There were some modifications that were required that were unexpected. Which I understand. Outside of that, a little bit pricey for the install all together.They do not EQ the deck or anything they installed which is okay because they set the deck to have no bass boost or sound augmentation as well as left the EQ at 0db(flat). So I was easily able to get the system to be really flat and have excellent response using an RTA.After getting the EQ and positioning dialed, I am very impressed with the quality of sound. The install quality is excellent. The Alpine type R speakers sound really incredible and they are flexible and allow you to play pretty much any kind of music.The type S components sound very smooth and not colored in any way. I am definitely happy with the speakers I settled on in my car.The Sony deck has really impressive power. I can easily get this stereo to louder than I would ever need. Good buy as well.After everything was said and done I would absolutely do business again with Olga and Greg at Audio916 again. I would just like to negotiate pricing in the future as again it was pretty steep.

This place was fantastic! Greig provided excellent service..He was honest in what he told me he would do and did it. No B.S...I had taken my car to Bestbuy, baught the radio waited for 5 months for them to do the install and they did a bad job..They gave me excuses why they couldnt do it right..I took my car to 916 audio spoke with Greig and solved the problem..Bestbuy didnt connect the wires..Ill never use Bestbuy again. Craftsmanship was solid install was solid also my issue is I had a box made and it wasnt to the specs of the manufacturer so I decided to get the real specs myself and I presented it to them and they made another box for free of charge. I respect that but this is where it turns the wrong way. The box wasnt tuned to the specifications I asked for 33 hz I was told it was tuned to 27 hz which is crazy because I never even mentioned that ever before and second I asked to exchange boxes and was told I would have to pay 400 dollars eventhough I just gave this company almost 3k in 2 days. Unacceptable to me but like I said other than that the install and Craftsmanship was Elite work I cant argue with that but the box situation and asking for more money after Ive spent almost 3k with this place in 2 days is Unacceptable to me

AUDIO916 is the only place Ill go to for my audio needs! I highly recommend doing business with them.(This review is long overdue)A few months back, I decided to upgrade the sub in my 2006 Accura MDX. My brother referred me to them. He had his system upgraded in hi Ford F250 at AUDIO916. I was so impressed at what they had done for him, I had to upgrade my system.Greg and the AUDIO916 crew took real good care of me. They built me a professional custom enclosure into the floor to keep it as incognito as possible, and so I wouldnt lose any space. You would not believe that there was only one 10 sub making all that thump.Ive always been a fan of JL Audio subs and the one 10 JL TW3 does not disappoint. That paired with the JL RD500 amp to push it is insane. This system slaps so hard! Its been years since Ive had some beat and AUDIO916 reminded me how much I was missing. I needed to turn the bass boost down to zero because it was just too much. After that wasnt enough, I had to turn the gain down a little so I could handle it.Greg quoted me a good price, and the staff did a great job. The install was outstanding. They even fixed a problem that I had with my dash that had nothing to do with them. Great work, and great customer service is why I will be a customer forever.Thank you AUDIO916! I couldnt be happier with the sound and the clean look of the install! You guys are true professionals! I showed up without an appointment and was able to have a deck, front and rear speakers installed in a few hours. The staff was really personable and was passionate about audio. He goes over everything you might need, options for difference price ranges and the difference you would receive in sound based off the components you choose. Didn’t try to up sell me on anything, and everything was transparent! Great shop! 10/5 if I could.

I had a great experience at Audio916. They treated me fairly...listened to what was important to me and set me up with exactly what I wanted. No high pressure sales...no attempt to sell me more than I wanted. After the install Trevor spent several minutes with me going over my new stereo making sure I understood the basic functions. I’m not the most tech savvy person though I usually pick up stuff quickly...but I felt like they would have spent as much time as I needed to get comfortable with the system. I recommend them highly and I’ll be back to do some more upgrades as my budget allows. Thank you!

To start, Im happy with the installation of the head unit that I brought in. They did a very clean job of it. The reason for 3 stars is two-fold.The first is that I made an appointment for 1PM and arrived on time. I was told that my car would be put in shortly. 3:30 rolled around and I hadnt heard anything so I called them only to be informed that they wouldnt have my car ready until 6! They said that there was another car that they were having difficulties with. I told them that I had an appointment that evening and thats why I brought it in early enough for any problems that might arise in a 1-2 hours job. Fortunately they were able to finish at 5 instead.My second reason for 3 stardom is that I drove away and was going down the highway, when I noticed my hood was trembling. I pulled over and it turns out, the technician didnt close my hood all the way! If the latch had failed, it would have shattered my windshield, possibly causing a bad accident.

Very helpful didnt try to over sale me. I wanted 2 Morel hybrid 602s but Greg said, i didnt need 2 pair. I also wanted 12w7 but said 12w6 would be enough for a Wrangler JL. Thanks Greg!

This is my second review.If you want an unrelentingcommitment to quality at a reasonable price go to Audio Solutions.This is the second mod thatVincent , Gary, and James did to my Toyota.They installed a fridge, 3 auxiliary batteries, bikerack, and mosquito net.All of them were “over engineered” and the care and attention to detail were amazing.For example, the fridge and aux batteries were integrated into my cab with a fabricated rack and vinyl wrapped with matching color of my dash. It lookedbetter than factory and provided stout support.I am constantly astounded by what the “Big 3” come up with!Big Thanks, Vincent, Gary, and James!Lawrence

My Tacoma was broken into and I decided to get an alarm. Im no stranger to projects like this, but after realizing I was going to need to tap into ignition wiring, I decided to let the pros install it. I was very pleased with their customer service and proficiency. I needed to go back a few months later to have the alarm sensitivity turned down and that was only a 10 minute visit. I would definitely go here again.

I live in West Sacramento and saw this place had great reviews. I am guessing the people who wrote these reviews are personal friends or family. If you have a new car DO NOT allow these people to install your new amps,speakers or stereo! Trust me! They burnt up my brand new amp and said it must have been burnt up before I gave it to them because I removed it from the box before I brought it to them! Then told me if I didnt buy an amp from them that night and I had to be another installation fee since they were finishing up my speakers that night!!! This cost us $200 during Xmas week which was a hardship! Then drilled a hole in my cars console without asking!-and it was a crappy job all jagged around the edges!! They were supposed to drill a hole UNDER the dash so you couldnt see the bass knob-now it sticks out like a sore thumb-in my new cars console! The worst is the hiss you can hear over the speakers from the amp that is constant when the radio is on or off.You can even hear the hiss during the songs. When I first called them they brushed it off blaming the fact that I left the factory stereo which is such a cop out! I took it to another stereo shop and they said no way! The problem was they didnt correctly run the cable to the ignition or was a bad hi.low wire. SO we took the car back to the shop and demanded something be done about. The owner was there and wanted to know what was going on. He looked himself and said the cable they used was OLD! USED! He then directed the staff to take the wire out of his own personal car(the bosss car) and put it in ours~!~ He said they didnt have any new cables yet! OMG!! REALLY????? The hiss isnt as bad as it was but I can still hear it...now it makes a pop every time you turn the ignition on to the car which wasnt there before. VERY UNHAPPY-I do not recommend this place-not professional like we thought.

I’ve had a few systems since I started driving only 5 years ago, and this one could arguably be the best I’ve had and maybe even heard yet! I went into audio solutions looking to have a subwoofer installed while also leaving open the possibility of new speakers. Not only did Vince know how to satisfy my service requests but he left me many to choose from, all in a great price range. I am overly satisfied with how the system and work looks, as far as quality, neatness, and completion! Now, what REALLY matters, how does it sound? Only if words could describe... how AMAZING it sounds! The jl fix-86 which Vincent suggested was a perfect choice, and how well they tuned it, I don’t think it could be any better! I couldn’t be happier with the quality of work OR how it sounds! I highly recommend Audio Solutions to anyone looking for improving the sound quality in their car!

These guys did an amazing job on my 2009 Toyota Matrix XRS. I originally went in to get a new head unit - a touchscreen with apple carplay and android auto, replacing the old 6-CD changer. They installed and helped me set up a new Alpine system which has been working very well. When I needed help with some of the settings they took the time to walk me through and make sure everything was working how I wanted it. After the Alpine was installed, I inquired about putting sound dampening into the car. I shopped around to a few other shops, but found that Audio Solutions had the best value for the job, and they had already shown professionalism, patience and courtesy with me on the head unit selection and installation. I went back for the sound-dampening work, which they did very well, including working after hours to complete. Now my car is a lot quieter, more enjoyable to drive on, and Ive got modern tech for my phone and audio system. Everything sounds great, couldnt be happier with the work or the team. Highly recommend.

The new management is terrible. I used to go here and they had good prices and good service. But now they try and scam you. I was quoted a price for a job and then went back to have it done and the original guy had quit. So the other guy said he couldnt honor that estimate and wanted to charge me 4 times more! I went somewhere else and Im glad I did. I will never recommend them again. They Iost all my business. Sad.

I love music. So when my subwoofer wasn’t hittin like it was suppose to I thought life was over 🥺🥺😭😭. So I was in the neighborhood and stumbled on AUDIO916. I walked in and said that my speaker is blown. Greg was like ok let’s check it out. Next thing I know Greg was under the hood of my truck and my subwoofer worked again. He stated that the connection to my battery wasn’t that tight and all he had to do was tighten it. He did not try to up-sale me. I wanted to pay and he told me that it’s ok. I cannot thank him enough. This is a stand up establishment, and he is a stand up guy. I recommend this place. Can’t beat the service.😄😃😁😀.

WORTH the drive..I live in Davis and they got my Altima HOOKED UP the same day! James, Kinsley, & Jason big ups.. They exceeded my expectations, no wires hanging anywhere, no sloppy install, just a KNOCKING CUSTOM box.. for a 2013 that barely hit the MARKET!!! Stop reading, and just go!!! Vincent is nice and very informative. I went in to fix a series of problems stemming from a complete stereo system overhaul that had been installed at shop in Elk Grove a year ago. The wiring had been bad and messy. I had a mysterious pop/crackle from my speakers whenever I ran the A/C or defogger. Meanwhile, 2 out of my 4 new speakers were either blown or only working intermittently; and my amplifier was blown to the point that absolutely no sound was ouputting. Vincent cleaned up all the bad wiring, installed a new amp and component speakers ... and all in a timely fashion. Great service and great work performed.

BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!I when to Audio Solutions and meet Vincent to have alarms and stereo install in two of my work vehicles (cargo vans) this cargo vans had electric brake controller systems installed way before the alarms or stereo installation, everything when well with the installation and new accessories working the way they should be.A few days later one of my employees came to me and told me that the brake controller system on one of those (cargo Vans) was not working and I when and checked myself and he was right, well we were really busy at that time and I did not took the time to call Vincent at Audio Solution shop to tell him about the issue and a couple of months when by, so I recently when back and I explained Vincent and one other guy at the shop what was happening with the van and if they would take a look what was wrong with the Brake controller system or if by mistake they touch cables that could caused the problem without intentions off course, because I knew that nobody else had perform any electrical work on my vehicles beside Audio Solution Shop.Vincent first reaccion was defensive after I explained the problem and hes start telling me the way they do things at the shop and if there was a problem that they have to charge a fee to check or diagnost what was the problem on the vehicle and then charge to repair it, I was like really! That is not the way to treat a customer who spend about $1,200 hundred dollars on new equipment + accessories and Im not gonna lie I got upset because he didnt even acknowledge that first: Im a customer, second: I was not asking for a free job, all I wanted was they to check on the work that they had performed and make sure there were no errors with the wires for the brake controller system and if that was not the case I was more than happy to pay for whatever the fix would be. Littlely he was arguing with me and keep insisting that he was gonna charge to check on the vehicle not taking any responsibility or even stand behind their work.I will not go back or recommend to do business with Vincent and Audio Solutions base on his approach and customer service, he made me feel like I had no point that he was right all along, kind of humiliated at some point and at the end he said shamelessly Im dont wanna lose you as a customer... I was you already did.Really disappointed and left down by Vincent at Audio Solutions.
