I want to thank RM Golf Carts for the great service. I bought a cart last summer from another dealer and had new batteries. After taking out of storage I was having difficulties with them holding a charge. The place I bought the cart told me they couldnt help for 3-4 weeks. Todd from RM said he could get to it in about a week. I dropped it off on Thursday and received a call from Todd the very next day with news that I had a bad battery. Battery was changed and ready to go two days after I dropped it off. They were also able to make another repair. When I picked it up Todd spent a good 30 minutes educating me on carts and batteries. You guys rock!!!! Thanks for the great service, I will recommend anyone from my course looking to buy a cart to go to RM Golf Carts and not the other dealer close by that I bought mine from. These guys are great. This is my first golf cart. Mark and Todd did a great job of answering all my questions before making such a major investment. (And I had plenty of questions). They made sure all my questions were answered before making such a major purchase.Todd went through everything with my wife (its her cart) when we picked it up He loaded it on my trailer and made sure it was secure. (I was travelling a long distance in cold weather).I discovered I left a few parts behind when I got home. Todd located the parts and shipped them immediately. He made sure everything was perfect on my end.Their level of service that shows you are a valued customer.My wifes new Evolution cart is safely tucked away (next to my bike) waiting for summer to arrive.Thanks Mark and Todd.

We bought our first golf cart from Todd at RM Golf Carts. He made the experience easy and helped us build the cart to the specifications we wanted. They even stored it for the winter when it arrived.When we finally received our cart there were a few factory issues with it even though it was brand new. RM and Todd came through and solved all those issues for us upon reporting them. Their customer service is excellent.We are very happy with our cart and will recommend RM to any friends looking to purchase a cart.

Called to see if they had time to look at my golf cart after having it in the shop at Ultimate Golf Carts for 3 weeks with a horrible experience and still a broken golf cart. Ashley said well we are 2 and a half weeks out but let me see what I can do and went and told the service people what was going on and said to bring it in and they could check it out today. I was super happy. I brought it in and Kyle had my golf cart fixed, pressure washed and looking brand new in 2 hours for me. I had an amazing experience at RM Golf Carts and will never go anywhere else.

Nick was very helpful and patient, as this was our first cart purchase. I imagine he spent several hours with us, as we test drove many carts, asked questions about modifications, etc. When the time came, they delivered the cart in perfect condition and right on time, as promised. I was looking for a golf cart for my seasonal camper. My first stop at another local place was a waste of time, they didnt even have a cart able to sell that day. My next stop was at RM. I had a great buying experience with them. They had better looking carts, and ready to buy. I feel good about my purchase and would recommend them if youre looking for a golf cart.

It doesn’t get much better than Mark with R&M. Our golf cart had a defective battery (only 3 months old) and stopped working this Labor Day weekend. We thought we were SOL because well it’s a holiday weekend... but Mark had other plans... he offered to take the time out of his holiday weekend to bring one just south of Moose Lake and help us swap it out! All under warranty no less! We couldn’t be more happy with our battery purchase with R&M and the obviously amazing customer service to go with it!! Mark and staff are sure to take good care of their customers, no matter how inconvient it may be for them. We couldn’t be more appreciative!

Dropped my golf cart off to get serviced, these guys are great super friendly from Ashley in the office to Kyle the technician. They had my golf cart back in 2 days. Great customer service glad I went there!

Used RM golf for service in past was pleased with the work. Call on Thursday 9/7 to find out hours for Saturday drop off. He said tell 3pm. I showed up at 2pm with cart in trailer and sign said closed at noon. I checked web site says open tell 3pm. Disappointed.

Not so great experience - please read. I had called then drove to RM to test a cart. Met with man and a young lady when I arrived - the gentleman when back inside while the lady sold me the cart. The gentleman returned only to tell me he had already sold it. The man KNEW I was there looking at it - he didnt bother to come back out - and sold it to someone else. Confusing and discourteous. He tried to cut some other deal with was left on the lot - all were more expensive.

Ive purchased my 2 golf carts from Mark. Great guy to work with. Always willing to work with me if/when I have issues.
