Estimate is provided quickly and expectations are set on cost and timeline. Installation was done neatly and professionally. Extra steps were taken due to Covid. Tim was very professional and knows his job well. He repaired my sliding glass door and was very meticulous. I am a very handy person myself and I appreciated how he explained what was the issue and as I said he know what he is doing. Helpful, prepared and organized. The office staff is very helpful and kept me informed about the arrival time. I like being able to send photos beforehand to assess the repair. Highly recommend Glass Doctor. They were reasonably priced, came to measure in a timely manner, arrived when they said they would, professional and quick.

We called and a few days later we got the quote. A little higher than we expected but we got a good explanation. An appointment was made for exact measurement and George came on time, which we appreciated. A few weeks later we set an appointment for installation and again the installer came on time. The repair was made and the window is perfect.

After I gave the deposit, Glass Doctor called me to answer a few more questions and sent someone to measure the replacement window. Really great and impressive service in all aspects: an email inquiry to them on Thurs re a cracked Andersen window and here on the following Monday I have the replacement pane installed! One big advantage with Glass Doctor is that they keep a supply of various common Andersen panes in stock, so they can really meet your needs pronto. Id use these real professionals automatically in the future for any issues with glass. A great discovery!

This company is clearly trying to take advantage on the current CV pandemic. I have given a quote for 8x10(inches) single window pane replacement quote of $368. Seriously?! What a scmbags! I had an estimate to change the entire window for $550. Ill make sure this goes out to some news channels and consumer protection agencies. These people should not be in the business to screw people but should go elsewhere!

I am now revising the number of stars I awarded to Glass Doctor of Ramsey based on one of their employees returning to my home and spending an hour or so taking photos and inspecting the areas where I have had leaks in our kitchen ceiling. Im satisfied that, as he said, none of the leaks can be traced to the window Glass Doctor installed or the workmanship and sealing on that window.Earlier assessment: After I wrote the glowing review below, Ive tried to get Glass Doctor of Ramsey to return to my home to see whether the new window (which has a 10-year warranty) could possibly be the source of continuing leaks in my kitchen. In addition to installing the window, we had a lot of work done on the roof near it and a skylight, but we continue to have leaks. I offered to pay a service charge, a trip charge, an inspection charge or whatever, but theyve refused three requests, and each time Im told the office manager would call to set up a visit, and nothing..... So Im reducing my rating to 2 stars from 5. My original review appears below.Glass Doctor of Ramsey replaced a large, irregularly shaped Andersen window about 15 feet above my kitchen floor that was discolored and had visible streaks after the double-pane seal failed.I went to them after other glass repair businesses simply failed to return my calls or didnt follow through on my initial contact, including contractors recommended by Andersen itself.I couldnt be happier with the job they did, and they also repaired an Andersen front door while they were here.Now, thats service.Andersen was a disappointment finding me a contractor despite numerous calls and emails.

As we were leaving the house one morning, our very excitable 70lb lab broke a kitchen window scrambling to get at us. Thankfully, it didnt shatter or injure her, but the pane needed to be replaced immediately - to keep out the cold and because one more bump would have finished it. A representative from The Glass Doctor called me not 30 seconds after filling out a quote request online, and the gentleman who came to the house, Jerry, arrived right away. He did a great job, explained what he was doing, and was just a really nice guy. We will absolutely work with the Glass Doctor again in the future.

Prompt response in offering a quote to replace a skylight. Came on time to do the work & the replacement was done in a professional manner. They were also very careful in not damaging the roof or hallways.
