I enjoyed working with Karen so much! She was kind and patient in every way. Her suggestions and knowledge helped in designing my four bathrooms, foyer, hallway, dining room, laundry room and family room. Thank you Karen for helping me and for making my new home look absolutely fabulous!!!

Real shame, as this business is near my residence and the customer service is absolutely horrible. They ignore you as you walk in, as your interrupting there day.

Avoid!!! Poor customer service & very disorganized. Elmwood store manager will promise you everything until you need them to correct a mistake they made. Next project is master bath..for sure not getting my tile from Fuda tile

Poor customer service. Lady just pointed us to the counter-top and backslash section and left us confused when I clearly said I needed help with selecting the right products/colors. I showed a picture to ask if they had a similar style backslash and basically got a we only carry top class Italian marble here. You could just order that online for that price. Extremely rude to say to a customer. We felt so uncomfortable and left.

Its been over a year since I installed all my tile but my experience was amazing. I could look up any random tile online and bring them the name or model or even just the picture and they would find the tile for me and most of the time it was at the lowest cost that I could find anywhere else. I loved their customer service. Very friendly. And explained thing Everytime I asked (I asked too many times).I was so happy with the quality and finish and overall experience.

My experience at FUDA tile in Ramsey was nothing short of excellent. The designer I worked with, Laura, was top notch. She has great vision, and customer relations/service that is second to none. Every question, every idea, was followed up on immediately to make sure item was available, applicable etc. She operates with an excellent blend of confidence and knowledge. Want it designed and delivered correctly? Pay a visit to Laura.

Wow. Definenlty check out this store for bathroom tile or granite counter tops. They had a huge selection and could get any tile possible. They were able to save me thousands compared to other tile stores in the area.

Laura at Fuda is AMAZING! Great selection and Laura is a fantastic designer and gave us unbelievable customer service.

Worst customer service ever....dont be fooled by the shoroom....its a chaos.....waited 2 weeks on backsplash...when i arrived the woman at the front desk made me wait about 10 minutes before even said hi...sent me down to the basement and could not found my order....45 min later they pointed fingers to the new young guy who helped downstairs....sent me to the elmwood park store pick up the rest. ....order still not complete.. never again, and i will not recommend any of my contractor friends nor clients....rude ppl, bad service, unreal prices,......

Folks, not the type of guy to write a negative review but my latest experience with Fuda (bought my Granite CounterTops and Floor tile here with no complaints) has been a nightmare- borderline joke. Short Story: Bought 6 boxes of Split Face Marble Backsplash and chair rail from Rose...was promised a delivery date, schedule tiler, no tile delivered, no calls - radio silence - I call and inquire about status and was told that the order was incorrectly ordered - (no worries at all - Im patient - mistakes happen). Have to call again to get status and was told tile is in and it is beautiful. I pick it up and scheduled tiler again however Chair Rail is not in...(no mention of that - apparently another order messed up). Im told go ahead and schedule your tiler again if I have to jump the fence at the stone yard Ill get you that pencil chair rails... (complete BS)...Tiler shows up 3 of the 6 boxes of tile are broken...I get the total runaround..come back tomorrow for inspection, etc...I tell the tiler to go home - I head in to Fuda (cant take another day off of work)...Im literally made to feel like Im the bad guy..rushed out - supposedly fully credited...no mention of sorry, we apologize or anything - I cant tell you how calm and polite I was - now I look at my bank statement online and the full credit is not applied...I call this morning and I am told Rose would call me back...surprise, surprise - no callback...I call again and look who answers..Rose...I tell her what happens and again rushes me off the phone and tells me she will have accounting apply the credit...Folks, all I can say is weve probably all been here at one point dealing with a store or a contractor....but ask yourself would you intentionally put yourself in harms way...stay clear my friends..FUDA TILE RAMSEY NJ. Minimally, if you are lucky enough to be helped by Rose tell her you are all set and just browsing and find someone else to help you or just go somewhere else...

This was my worst customer service experience ever. My husband and I went to Fuda to look for backsplash tile for the kitchen. A woman, Karen, helped us select and try different tiles to go against our granite sample. However, other customers came in, and she left us repeatedly to help them, took their orders, made phone calls, all while other employees in the store were not busy with customers. One of her customers actually apologized to us because she sensed that we were ditched in favor of her order. We sat and sat and waited and finally I told my husband we should take the one sample home that we liked and see if we could find others at a different store because clearly we didnt rate any attention. So Karen finally came back, and I asked her if we could just take the one sample because we had to (wanted to) leave, and she informed us she just discovered it was discontinued, and then blamed the product rep for not pulling the board from the display. Total waste of time. Never again.

A ton of stuff to choose from. Prices are good. People are helpful.
