I quit going after just a few times bc the staff is unfriendly, or should I say Rude, and they always have those confusing lower price stickers on the products which I’m still not sure why, apparently not for me? Some kind of sign up with your phone # for nothing thing, just so we can track your purchases crap… You know those stickers that state 18.99 and then the regular price 24.99….wth? What does that mean? I expect to get the best price wherever I’m at for liquor, and I now go elsewhere for that reason, no phone # required. I quit going here because of the rudeness and wth not sure what the price is at checkout. Without your dna, I mean personal info,/ phone # who knows who the lower price is for, apparently not me, bye, lost my business past 3 years. I think this place has potential, you can’t beat the location, BUT, I haven’t gone here in years because of the misleading price tags, rude or lack of service, need to have my phone number to track my drinking? Weirdo over accommodating employee who comes out of the office to carry to your car your overpriced case of beer. The location requires me to do a U Turn somewhere just to get out. UGH! just not run well, without great leadership, which does filter down to employees, what a joke! No way!!

If I could give them zero stars I would, their staff is rude and obnoxious Karens. I have given them lots of business over the past four years and they are constantly disrespectful to me anyway. I will never go there again after this last time, the cashier was so rude talking in condescending tone towards me. I just wanted to tell her that she has the customer service skills of a barnyard animal. Dont go there if you like to be treated like a valuable customer or respected.

Been a loyal and regular customer for years. I lost my ID so got a temp replacement and expired passport, and they still refuse to sell.I get protecting yourself as a store, I worked in the industry for several years. But refusing to sell to a regular customer with a valid ID, even if its just a temp, is not protecting yourself from liability, its just losing yourself a regular.

Great selection! A very helpful crew that always has the desire to get you what you need. Always impressed by the way they want to get you the best deal, just to make you the happiest. I do have to say, some of their room temp specialty beers go a bit old so do check the bottom dates time to time. Besides that its so great that I gave them five stars anyway. One of the best liquor stores in the area.I would also recommend signing up for the member program. No charge or hassle so far and there are so many of these around, they just go by your phone number but they dont use it.Good luck!

I love this place. Have brought all of our out of town guests here, they have an amazing variety and great deals and are well informed on many of their products. Occassionally theyll have tastings of wines and beers and that really sets them apart from other liquor stores.

Super friendly staff. Always willing to check stock/special order. 2x monthly tastings are tons of fun, and definitely a great way to expand your wine/beer palate in small increments. One of the few places Im recognized as a regular.

My wife and I went into Rum River Wine & Spirits and really loved the selection and the helpful staff. I was looking for something different and was pointed in the right direction by a very nice young man who really knew his stuff. Excellent selection of wine and they were willing to work with me on buying a mixed case.Love this place!

Bought a few on offer beers. Beer was blown and tasted like vinegar. I thought Id try some of these very expensive $10-$20 Belgium like beers that usually are way out of my price range. Bought one bottle at a discount price of $5 and it was just plain bad. Had to throw it away. I realize sale price usually is to shift beer. Id expect it to be drinkable at a minimum.

Really good selection with okay pricing, but the staff leaves something to be desired. The owner is constantly condescending and rude, and the other workers are lethargic and zombie like.

They have a very knowledgeable staff. You want to know about the wine or spirit, they can tell you. You looking for a certain flavor profile, they will help...think of them as the ace hardware of adult beverages.

Rude. Idd my husband, myself (the one paying) and our son. Said it was there policy but didnt id another customers kid or other customers. And one the birthdates on the receipt was none of ours. Been there before and never idd - we are in our 50s.

Theyve got one of everything. Bree is fantastic and really knows her stuff. Monthly tastings are a highlight too.

Store has a great selection of what my fiancé and I are craving, the only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is that the staff we see almost every weekend always treat us the same. “I need to see both ID’s” “Who’s the rewards member” Maybe it’s just me but I feel after several dozen regular-visits over the last year and a half that you’d remember who we are and how we always respond to your inquiries. What happened to the days of building rapport with your repeat-customers? Will be returning though, worth the stop and great prices.

I called about the new seasonal Bud Light Pomrita. Instead of saying no we don’t have on the shelf he quickly stated he would check in the back as it may be new and not out. And of course they had it and he would bring them out so they would be ready for when I could stop by! The customer service was amazing!

I visited this store because of the great write up in the Urban Growler magazine and had to check out their craft beer selection - Ricky was extremely helpful in picking out a great fathers day gift. Their wine selection is fantastic and the pricing very competitive.Friendly staff, they even carried out my purchase and put it in my car. Loved that they went the extra mile with customer service.

Stopped in here on my way home from lunch with a friend. Dont usually go this way home. I was very pleased with the selection of craft beer. We have had a hard time finding any place around us (we live in Isanti) that has any kind of craft beer selection at all. When I arrived home with all of my husbands hard to find favorites, we decided we will be going out of our way to buy our beer here from now on.

My absolute favorite liquor store . Aaron, Jeanne and Sean are the BESTEST STAFF EVER! Always kind courteous and helpful.

Employees are top notch. Always available to give recommendations. Not as cheap as other big box places but its convenient and the selection is good.

Iv stopped by a few times to get a quick bottle of liquor ... price is a few bucks higher than other bigger stores ... but in a pinch I will go there ... the cashiers seem(most of the time) to be in a bad mood ... never say Hi! when you walk in their door ... but then again its just a little liquor store of the highway ... will never go there unless Im in a pinch. The manager or owner is really tough to deal with. Some middle-aged skank who thinks shes important, because she runs a liquor store. Overly tanned wrinkly skin, looks and sounds like a witch.Hopefully marijuana will be legalized soon, and put these poison selling middlemen out of business forever.
