Im really turned off by the one gloved employee who is touching all the bagels with the ungloved hand.

Great deli style bagel shop. The bagels are baked just right, not too crispy but not too soft.

Hands down best BEC in the area. Western omelette was amazing. Good portions. Can’t comment on other items they offer. Service is ok, but I don’t care about attitude, just give me my food. Clean and convenient👍

It tasted slightly under baked, and it tasted like it had a conditioner or something added to it.

The bagels are nice and fresh, as are the salads and spreads.The rude female worker who had to ask me 3 times what I wanted is the reason for the 3 stars. The first time I was there I payed no mine to it. The second time she was equally inattentive to my order.Plus $8+ for a TC and a drink is obnoxious.

Went in older looking fella starting taking order didn’t even let us finish and started walking away (pretty rude) and then my order didn’t even come out right. Drove from pretty far too so very upsetting. Not coming back here that’s for sure!

I used to go to this place a lot back in college, and I still go here now that I work in the area (new location within the same set of stores). When I left the area for a few years and came back, the staff still remembered me. Theyre very friendly. Bagels are always fresh, and the coffee has never disappointed me. They also have an interesting selection of snacks as well. Highly recommend, especially with the new, more spacious location.

Food is fine, staff sux! Went there 3 times, 3 times asked for salt, pepper, ketchup on breakfast sandwich, 3 times didn’t get it! I’m done!

Always the best place to stop to bring bagels home. Their sandwichs are very tasty as well. Good prices, staff are hit or miss on friendliness.

The new ownership has really ruined what was a great bagel place. Now its just slow service with grumpy attitudes. The bagels arent as good as they were with the old owners so I probably wont go back. Unless I was get scowled at.

Buono has a very good selection of not only bagels. The staff is very courteous and accomodating. Everthing is very good and very fresh.

I order from here everyday, amazing staff. Helpful and great food and coffee. Pretty cheap compared to local places. Definitely recommend it for others. Also, they have a indoor sitting area with a tv, so you can relax and enjoy ur coffee and food. Very good atmosphere.

The cashier had a long talk with some guy while 5 customers were on line waiting to order. Then when I ordered my food he charged me $9.25 for a sesame bagel with scallion cream cheese and a slice of lox!! What a rip off... Must be fresh catch.. definitely overly priced.

Food is great but their menu doesn’t reflect what they charge. I buy the same thing every time I go there and they charge me differently every time. Sometimes more, sometimes less but never the same. it’s very frustrating how incompetent the staff is. It’s feels like someone is pocketing the money. It’s ridiculous!

Decent bagels, poor service, expensive. I went here twice. The bagels arent bad. Definitely bot as good as the other reviews...they may just be friends or employees. $8.48 for an egg and cheese and a clif bar. Thats not what brought it down to 2 stars. There was a $10 minimum charge. I had to scramble for quarters in my car. You cant make me late to work and expect 4 stars. If they know is early, they should eat the $0.05 it cost to use the credit card machine to try to keep the customer.

Came in 30 minutes before closing and they were all cleaning up for the day and wouldn’t serve me. Will never go back.

Horrible service. I waited on hold for 12 mins Twice all I could hear is them taking everyone elses orders but never coming back to the phone so I decided to take the 5 minute drive over there and I waited on line for 10 minutes still on hold and got to the counter and ordered faster than if I were to wait on hold on the phone. I then complain to the lady about it and she told me enough about that were busy what do you want. She was extremely nasty, has no customer service skills, not sure why they keep her. This isnt the first time with this issue. It looks like Im not the only One that noticed there are problems with their service.

Buonos has the best bagels in the area, The bagels are not too large and very tasty! You never wait long even on a busy morning. You need to have a Buono Bagel.

Buono used to have some of the best Egg sandwiches in the area. Now they are usually just OK. Service is hit or miss too. Ordering is usually difficult since theres no discernable line or ordering location. The layout with two registers in the center doesnt make sense for this reason. Cant see the cream cheese flavors because theyre hidden in the back of the bottom row, its not listed anywhere else. If you ask youll get an unenthusiastic verbal overview. 3 stars for mediocre breakfast fare and not usually ever messing up the order once the guy in line in front of you decides to finally let you know hes ordered already.

I have had numerous problems with this establishment over the past 20 years. Consistently they make a good product, consistently their service is incredibly poor.

I stopped by to grab a bagel for my first time and the customer service was horrible. This is shocking because how little service is needed for an over the counter bagel shop. I ended up not purchasing anything and walking out in frustration. I do not recomend this place to anyone.

This is very dirty bagel shop.I was there yesterday ordering two bagel one with cream cheese and one with ham-egg-cheese.I asked the guy to scoob the bagel out and he scoob it out with his hands without gloves and he is nails was very dirty ((( and when i ask him to wear gloves he got very nasty and mean.The service is very poor and I complained to George he seems like he didnt careI dont recommend going there.

For some reason this place wants to make you wait while they kid around with other staff members. Had to walk out the last two times I was there and Im not giving them another chance. They obviously dont respect their patrons time. Theres way to many bagel shops around to conduct business like this. The only reason this place is still in business is because they are on rt 17.

In these tough times I try and support small businesses but this place does not even deserve to be supported with the slow and horrible service.I was about to order a breakfast sandwich but the service here is beyond slow I waited for this employee to finish the customers order by the time it took him to cut a muffin in half I was about to walk out, I was fed up and ordered a lousy coffee should have just stick to the dunking donuts down the street
