One of the worst service departments to which I have taken my car. Impossible to reach anyone, and no one bothers to return your calls or texts. No status update while your car is in their care for several days. First loaner given to me was filthy in and out and had dust, dirt and sticky stains all over the front of the cabin. In fact, I was initially told that they had no loaner for me, although the very reason why I waited three weeks to bring in my brand new car for warranty claims was so that I could get a loaner. I also happened to see two of their employees having the time of their life in my car the day I went back to swap loaners. Upon inquiry, I was told that they were testing it. My car is still in the shop, and I am patiently awaiting a return call from the service manager. If he ever returns my call, that is. Such a shame, considering that I had an overall positive experience ordering the car through their sales department.

Given the pandemic i understand there are staff shortages. Issue was car was dropped off on wed and i had to reach out on friday to find status. Car actually was not serviced until a certain tech was available which was 1 week after i dropped off. Lack of communication was my biggest pet peeve. And in the end i need to still go back as bmw brake pads are on backorder from Germany. Wait time unknown. That is crazy.

This is the absolute worst dealership/service department I have ever been to. Bought a car from here, it had issues within 1 week so I brought it in, and they’ve now had my car for over 2 weeks with close to zero updates/communication on when it will be fixed. They either have no idea what they are doing, or are a bunch of frauds.
